@Franklydear I certainly wasn't lol-ing at them on Sunday night 😰 I'd definitely just say it was a weekly thing for the extra break. I've turned up a week early for a clinic before and just said I had to go back for a follow up the next week 🙊 bosses get a bit twitchy about hospital appointments even if they are usually awful about time off.

@Newbie0818 really lucky, just a bit of a shit year as I was just starting to make mum friends through the school and then we went into lockdown 🙄 BUT lockdown with acres of space made life so much easier for dd!

@Gem176 I never had the deer crossing, I imagine it’ll be quite frightening, on the appointment, I only booked it last week, silly mare gave me the wrong date, easily done, I am definitely not explaining myself, nor they will get an explanation of what happens in my appointments

@Franklydear it's not so bad when you see them standing at the side of the road, the problem is when they spring from nowhere! They aren't entitled to an explanation, most they can ask for is an appointment letter. My mix up was entirely my fault, thankfully you didn't have to travel to your appointment that they mixed up.

🦌usually prance in pairs too, so if a deer pops up at the side of the road, or in a field dog walking you need to be cautious of where its mate is...the second one can be the stealth 🦌@Gem176 love your working girl comment. I must try getting that in somewhere soon 🤔

@Franklydear I think you need at least 4 weekly checks after that attack. That's what the are checking out...see, you should prob not be there til at least after Xmas (don't forget to mention the email from mr Hancock!)

I'm now terrified it's a positive hangover from my mc in sep but I had a negative test a couple weeks ago at least and I did one yest and it was stark white.

I just asked OH if he could see it and he was like "yeah there's a line but it's too early to test so it's not real" and changed the topic to talk about work .. meanwhile I'm here shaking almost in tears.. I wish I had waited for a darker line to tell him!! If a darker line even comes. Ahhh!!!

@amy00 can totally see it and also want to smack your OH for you - seriously what's wrong with them?! How is it not real??

@Gem176 you have horsies too?! and I assume an SLT is a.... speech/language therapist or am I completely bonkers?

@Minster2012 same with my OH except I have to call it nookie or he tells me off for being too crude. There's also no swearing in our household, have I mentioned that lol?

@Amy00 I actually think men, as a species, are intellectually challenged and they do nothing to change my mind on that one! Remind yourself that stark white to a visible line is progression, hcg has to be increasing for progression, hcg increases are what you want. Ignore him and test again in a week or whatever arbitrary date he sets as not being "too early". I'm the meantime enjoy your BFP!! 🥰

@Juno231 yes, we have two.... well, a horse and a pony. Not bonkers, it's speech & language therapist. If all the teachers who wrote "talks too much" on my report cards could see me now 😂

This feels so surreal like it can't possibly be a bfp so soon after the mc. And also 7dpo is too early, my temps show an ovulation shift pretty obviously, but maybe I'm 8dpo? Max?!

OH is in total denial, clearly he doesn't believe it, he's just breezing about his day (we both wfh at the moment). He also nearly walked in the room naked while I was on a work video call with Japan 🙄

Congratulations @Amy00! Maybe get a frer if you want to show dafty OH a clearer line? If a cheapy is showing up a frer definitely will 🙌🏻

@amy00 not seeing your EWCM or OPK results (if any) I'd say the temps could potentially be a day out like you said and you're actually 8DPO. BFPs are rare but not completely unheard of though I think? So excited for you!

@Amy00 ooh! Hope it's real and you have a sticky bean in there ☺️ get a first response and see what happens tomorrow!

I'm now CD31 and finally got a nice strong OPK 🎉 hopefully I'll get a temp rise tomorrow or the day after to confirm and we can stop having sex for a while 😅 not that we don't enjoy it but my temps and OPKs have been trolling us for weeks making it look like an OPK peak was round the corner...

Also got my bloods taken yesterday, so if this month we'll see.

@Gem176 very jealous of you living in the highlands! We thought of moving to Scotland but Brexit + the weather, we settled here instead. Similar landscape just flatter and much less isolated 😂 took this photo the other morning when it was misty 😍

@Amy00 I see it. Wow that is early. I'm sure it is something new though as you have had bfns across a couple of weeks. Just bare with it afew days and hopefully you will have something more reassuring. I'm sure your OH is just protecting against disappointment, let him absorb it in hos own way and hopefully you will both be celebrating together soon x

@Juno231 I had a positive OPK on CD17 and it had dropped off by CD18. So I could have ovulated on CD17 and not seen a temp shift until CD18. I don't really track CM. Never

I'm going to feel like a right idiot if there is no line tomorrow 😂

If it is a legit BFP, I can highly recommend Preseed - we used it in the 3 or 4 days leading up to ov, both months we have used it we have got a BFP.

So ladies I rang the doctor for my levels today, for anyone who doesn't know I had my CD21 bloods done on CD23 last cycle but the cycle was 59 days long so there was no chance of ovulation by then but I finally ovulated on CD45 22 days after my bloods. 😴 I already had my results but was just told they were normal so wanted to check the numbers. They seem fine to me so these were the results :

Testosterone 1.3
FSH 5.6
LH 17.7
TSH 1.6
Progesterone 0.4

I'm hoping progesterone increases through your cycle so 0.4 22 days before ovulation isn't thag bad ?? I know its supposed to be much higher after ov and if I had my bloods repeated then hopefully that would have been the case. TSH at 1.6 is a relief too 🥺

@lucyrp looks good, if I remember rightly progesterone plummets when your AF arrives so that would make sense it being low before ovulation.

So had the second interview ladies, feel like I aced it, got to wait till Tuesday now as they have other people to interview too. So time will tell!

@Kirky658 that's what I was thinking, I'm not sure about the LH level tho although the doctor said it is fine
