Anyone that temps, I've done my bbt orally for the last cycle but I did say I was going to start maybe taking it vaginally. Obviously I took it orally when I was on my period but now two days after I'm wondering if I can start taking it vaginally now or should I just stick to orally ?🤣

Yep on my foof @lucyrp it's nair cream for tough hair body & legs, can't advise on the temping but I'd say for one whole cycle you need to do one way so if you are going to vaginally fir rest don't start orally IYSWIM

@Newbie0818 your temps haven't shifted so I'd guess your O symptoms were a false alarm? That's a lot of missed temps you've got though, the charts might struggle with that lol

My RHR jumped up today so I'm hoping OD is today :) My OPKs last night and this morning was so close to peak that I wonder if I just missed it. Temps will tell in the next few days I guess!

Oh and GP never called me yday like they were meant to!

@juno231 just curious what you use to check your RHR? I have a garmin watch and use that, I can't see it really increases any for me around ovulation but I must be ovulating because I get AF arriving!

So 3dpo and pretty sure I'm already out! My rhr has dropped massively already and I don't know why

@Kirky658 I use a fitbit! Can you spot a difference in RHR between the follicular and luteal phases?

@juno231 thanks for your reply 😊 I've just had a quick check back at this cycle and can't see any difference.. Mostly around 44bpm every day aside from one or two odd days during AF it was a bit higher...

@Juno231 I was going to ask you if you'd heard on OH's SA?

I swear I'm at a loss... I have no idea what's going on with my body.. 3 days light spotting then 4 days later pass a small amount of blood clots then nothing since. I have a weird feeling bout being pregnant but I dunno.. anyone else have any clue?

@minster2012 yes i think you must have missed my update last Monday! (unless I'm going bonkers) It came back fine - just with a note to say he has a VERY elevated round cell count but the GP dismissed that and said his results were normal.

All this RHR stuff getting me down, checked mine back since TTC and I can't see it changing at all!!!! Super confused. Been having a think and I think if I get to 6 cycles and haven't got a BFP then might move to opks etc.
