@LeeTTCRainbow no I'm trying for #3 I already have 2 boys! I just thought it would of happened quicker than it has. Yes gets harder each month that goes by! I just need to be patient and it will happen when it's time 🤞🤞 are you trying for your 1st? Xx

Oh wow amazing, yeah i think until start ttc you've no idea how long it can take as all I've ever heard is it wasn't planned or happened quicker than we expected half the time, and here we are, and myself a year later 2 losses down and still no closer, yes ttc our first seems everyone around us is announcing as well, which includes my sister in-law to be two weeks after my d&c back in January that was so tough and even now i still struggle with her pregnancy but we will get there. xx

@LeeTTCRainbow always hard when people close to you are expecting especially when you have been through a hard time with it. Hard balance of being happy for them obviously but it does still hurt. Hopefully u will be on that journey soon 🤞🤞 keep positive and think of that amazing wedding and honeymoon your going to have 🥂 xx

@Skl2021 Yes 100% i mean out of my 5 bridemaids 3 have now had their beautiful babies and one is currently pregnant and another friend just announced her pregnancy, so I'm surrounded obviously happy for them and including babies in the wedding its just hard some days when that's what's missing in your life, we've been together 10 years as well so, so ready for a family to make memories with now. Yes i do my best too cant wait to marry now then hopefully our ttc journey will fall into place. xx

Have been off the pill for just over a year now and initially put my long cycles down to that but my cycles have continued to be around 49-58 days, apart from after my first covid jab where it was around 80! This cycle is looking like it's going to be around 50 days.

This is our second month TTC. Finding it very frustrating because although it's only our 2nd month, like others on this thread, lots of people around me are having children, and I just feel like my chances are minimised because of my long cycles.

@Pol96 thank you, bizarrely I've had peak OPKs from CD11 until last night. So I'm assuming (🤞🏻) I've ovulated! To be confirmed by bbt yet though lol how are you?

@LeeTTCRainbow everyone around me is pregnant or has recently given birth and it's horrendous 🙈 hard to deal with but that's what MN is for sometimes xx

@xoJellyBean aw I hope you have! That's a good cd to get it! Hope bbt confirms! 🤞 It's your month, are you taking clomid now? I've been dipping in to check on people but everything is a bit of a blur!
I'm okay thanks, very tired 😂 Finleys 6.5 months old (28 weeks) now and weighed 18lb 6oz (as of last week). He has 2 teeth so keeps biting me while feeding! He's close to crawling now too. It's going super fast. Xx

@sparklyhippo your situation sounds similar to what mine was. I had been off the pill 2 years and had very long cycles. Longest was 124 days! I had my baby in January so it does happen! Good luck x

Did you take any supplements/do anything that you think helped?

@xoJellyBean yeah I’m ok. Sorry not been on here for a while, really struggled lately. On my last cycle of clomid now. How are you doing?

I tracked bbt and cm, used opks took conception vitamins, did castor oil packs and obviously dtd frequently. The time we concivqred was on my peak opk and I got the temp rise the next day. I went all in when we started properly trying to conceive and it took 2 months of doing it all.. However in the 2 years I'd been off the pill we hadn't used any contraception so I needed to try everything as we knew something wasn't working as it should.

@xoJellyBean just took an opk and it's alot darker than I was expecting 🙊🙈🤣 nearly peak!! what Is happening I can't be ovulating this early?! I haven't even DTD yet 🤦 xx

Thank you - I'm doing all of that apart from castor oil and bbt. If it doesn't happen this cycle then bbt is next on my list to look at!

@Pol96 can't believe your wee one is over 6 months now!! My word time really does fly 🥰 I've been referred to the fertility clinic but I'm on their waiting list so no clomid yet 😊 my GP said a lot of her patients got pregnant once she referred them and I'm hoping I'm the same lol x

@xoJellyBean I think it's my peak my app is saying it is and it's very dark 😩 can't believe it's come out of nowhere. Feel like iv missed my opportunity 🤦 I'm only on cd 12 I have never ovulated this early 🙈 I will DTD tonight and tomorrow then think it's too late to do anything more 😭 xx

@Skl2021 do you have a pic? Honestly don't fret, I started dtd when I got my peak 🤞🏻🤞🏻we had dtd two days before the first peak but I'd only come off my period🤣 we are so similar this cycle. I'm CD14😊 xx

@xoJellyBean isn't it crazy how we were both long cycle and now suddenly same month were following the same pattern this has never been this early for me 🤣🤷 🤞🤞 for our bfps this month!! What are you now 1dpo? Yes IL attach a pic xx

@xoJellyBean I’m cd13 today. They say ivf next. I have an gynaecology appointment next week to give me more idea on timing ect. Really nervous about having to do ivf though 😬
Glad you’ve ovulated sooner this cycle, fingers crossed for you. How are you feeling now?

I dunno if I actually DID ovulate or if my body tried lol not sure did my temp rise this morning is anything to go by 🥲 I took it a second time because the first reading was really low😐

@xoJellyBean So do u not think you have ovulated? My opks are darker today so think my peak is today and should hopefully ovulate tomorrow. 🤞🤞 Xx
