TTC November Bus

Hi loves,
I'm out of the game for the Oct bus so I thought I'd kick off November bus early so people can join if AF rears her ugly head.
Brief summary of me - TTC since Jan, mc in Sept, just finished first period after d&c and ready to get pregnant already!
I've got a 4yr old ds and really hoped to be pregnant right now so pretty fed up with the whole process but trying to keep positive. IT WILL HAPPEN.

Oh well thats good that you have been referred. Only had mine since mc so will see how I get on next couple of months and if no better il ask my GP for scan x

@MgW1 I think I'm just having an off month. It's annoying but hopefully back to normal next month. Just wish I knew if I could actually get pregnant or not 🙈

@dogmum13 that's good that you've been referred, I too suffer from really bad ovulation pain, mainly when I ovulate from the right side. It's horrible.

Is anyone planning on testing soon?

How is everyone doing?
I am watching my LH rise on my OPKs. Due to ovulate at some point over the next 3 days according to a couple of apps I use and the cheapie OPKs I have seems to be confirming that.

DP is jokingly complaining about DTD so much at the moment, but I said he could have a break after ovulation and he seemed relieved 🤣😂

@MamaPheebz I am also very confused with opks! I have attached an image, does anyone else’s look similar? I seem to get a faint line every day. I’ve had temp drop gradually for 3 days now back up today. X

@SRyellow Hiya, it definately seems normal for that line to be your baseline of LH (I wouldn't go by what the app says as the photos seemed to confuse it when I used it) Keep testing early afternoon each day, you'll know when you get a peak, the line will be as dark or darker than the control. I had a look back and you said your cycles are 31 days I think so you'll probably get something about cd 16 onwards I'd have thought.

@sryellow - I've had really faint lines which are getting gradually darker now. This is good as it is correlating with ovulation pain! I wish it would hurry up and pop now though as it's quite uncomfortable! Thinking I may peak tomorrow but I'll let y'all know! 😁

@chillichutneysarnie thank you, hopefully the darker line will be coming! The temp dip has confused me a bit but I did think it’s a bit early to ovulate.

How did you get on with opks last month? Similar situation? When i got my peak it only lasted a few hours , i could have easily missed it xx

@MgW1 yes similar last month, this is my first month using the strips instead of clear blue (not the flashing one). Last month I think I missed the surge or maybe it didn’t happen, the month before was cd19 but temps are throwing me. I’ve done SMEP, managed to keep up so far but only on cd12 X

@MgW1 hiya! yeah all good here thank you, hope you’re okay! I had lots of twinges and CM yesterday but could just be my general cycle symptoms, I might test on Friday if I can hold off until then! Ahh no, you’ve still got a few days though, are you going to do a FRER or just a cheapie? Xx

Iv done a cheapie test this eve ... mega faint line. I think my eyes might be playing tricks. Il try again on tues 🤞🏻 xx

I’ve watched so many youtube videos on opks but mine are all over the place!

The app said I had a peak on CD 10 but i don’t think it was fully positive. I did have a litTle CM and slight cramping so accepted it.

Today is CD 25. I woke up with lots of CM and did a opk and it was positive. Then severe cramping at lunch time today. So now I have no idea what us going on. I’m presuming I’ll get my period in the next couple of days but god knows what my body has been doing this month.

I’ve bought a thermometer so hoping that will clarify things next month. Although i don’t think we are even trying next month.

10 dpo but poss 11 , when i thought i had a peak on the opk it turned out to be just high and peaked the following day. If this turns out positive it will ne a miracle cos I have had no ewcm or any kind of mucus but gave pre seed a bash this month fingers crossed xx

Hi @MamaPheebz, hope you're ok jumped onto the November bus too. DH had another episode tonight, called the ambulance and they rushed him off to the hospital. They completely fobbed him off and sent him home without really doing anything and just spoke to him like crap. We're going to complain. Luckily he has an appointment with neurologist on Wednesday so hopefully will get better support there and hopefully some answers. So annoyed at the way he's been treated though. x

@Bmeggar yes my skin is a million times worse since we started TTC! Goodness knows why as I'm really good with my skincare routine. I've more ache now than when I was a teen.

Hi guys, have been watching a few threads and trying to relate to women who are ein same position as me and as it's my first month TTC was hoping I could share this experince with you guys?

I used opks this month and think I covered all the dates pre ovulation and after!! Had EWCM and a postive OPK too along with slight twinges and ovulation bleed just before my postive OPK!
Fingers crossed you will all get your BFP soon!!

TTC #1 since December last year. Diagnosed in September with PCOS so on clomid and cyclogest. Currently 9 DPO with AF due in 6 days, currently getting some pregnancy symptoms (sore boobs, peeing a lot, nausea) but it feels like every month I do 😜. Anyone on Clomid and Cyclogest?

@Bmeggar @MamaMoonbeam I try too not to care about my age - I am 36 - but so hard when all you can hear is the click is ticking.

@Sophss1990 - I didn’t expect it to be TTC for long too. Good luck with cycle 6 🤞.

@Theawkwardblonde I think it must be the hormone fluctuations. I'm blaming my husbands sperm! 🤣 Actually I think for me ovulation seems to make it worse and then the occasions when I think implantation failed made my skin go nuts. So irritating as I'm feeling shit enough as it is without being covered in bloody painful cysts! 😕🤦🏼‍♀️
