@MummyToPrince I'm good! I've had low level nausea over the last few days which gets worse with hunger but that's seemed to have ease off today. I'm only due AF tomorrow so I am petrified it's just going to start tomorrow as normal! I'm a bloody nightmare 😂 how's the relaxing going? Hope you've managed to get the rest you need!

@BettyM90 I can sympathise with the cramps!! I had AF like cramps ever since ovulation pretty much to my BFP - they've eased now but every so often I get a twinge of cramps. My nipples were also sensitive too, and still are!! Exciting that you'll be testing soon!! Keep us updated - keeping everything crossed for you 🤞🏼

@BellaBella84 omg I'm so glad you said that about thinking you'll see blood - I feel like I'm mentally preparing myself every time I do it just in case! Plus with AF due tomorrow, I'm convinced it's going to happen!

@robodo I haven't checked out the fb group - i tend to get quite lost in the big groups so like the smaller ones - I might check it out though if you all are?

@Marri1995 I think that's a good idea lovely, even if it is just for peace of mind. Keeping everything crossed for you.

@Supermathsdoc thats great! Exercise is a good thing - as @MummyToPrince said, I only run when there is the possibility of food at the end of it, so good on you!!

So sorry for being useless with messages girls, - our house renovations have really kicked off this week so it's been manic! Loving the Eyes on the Pies name! 😂 xx

robodo · 03/11/2020 09:03

@RBCoxie there's only 28 of us on there, everyone's just posting questions we're either worried about or just chit chatting it's really nice feel, its not overwhelming at all x

RBCoxie · 03/11/2020 09:06

@robodo oh really! I had assumed it was one of these huge groups - would love to join - sorry lovely! Stupid question...what am I searching? 😂 x

robodo · 03/11/2020 09:31

@RBCoxie the only way to join is to go to July 2021 group PM the OP (use the 3 dots at the bottom of one of her posts) and give your email, its completely locked down so no random people can join or view what we post x

BettyM90 · 03/11/2020 09:40

@RBCoxie that’s interesting, I’ve had pretty much the same. They seem to have eased off a bit now but every now and again you can feel the cramps. It does feel like AF is going to start then...think that’s what’s putting me off testing! I’ve just been to boots and got an FRER. Probably best to wait until the morning? X

MummyToPrince · 03/11/2020 10:04

@BellaBella84 @Supermathsdoc the next one will definitely be Eyes on the pies :-D

@BettyM90 I had 1 day of bad cramping, sore nipples then nothing, but I also knew I was pregnant before I took the test, I just had a gut feeling that I was and I was right :-)

@RBCoxie yeah definitely enjoyed relaxing :-) I'm officially 2 days late and 4 weeks 4 days pregnant.. Its so strange saying that :-) my nausea keeps going then coming back but I'm now taking folic acid and vitamin d daily

@robodo I can't find it on Facebook - all the ones I can see have 200+ members! 😂

@BettyM90 yep I definitely felt like AF was about to start at any moment - I was convinced it was going to start in the first week of the TWW! I really don't want to be the person that is like omg test now so yes, I would wait until the FMU because that is when it's at its strongest - however, my first test was at 4:30pm because I had a moment of madness. I don't recommend it at all because there is a risk of a false negative, but I'd rather be honest with what happened to me! 😂

@MummyToPrince I can't wait until I can say I'm actually late - it seems to have gone on forever. I've kept testing though and the lines are getting darker so that's a positive! I'm 4 weeks + 1 day so not far behind you!! 😊 x

BettyM90 · 03/11/2020 11:28

@RBCoxie thank you, I think I will try and wait until tomorrow morning but even then I think I will chicken out 🤣 my apps are saying I’m due 6/7/8th nov.
Still getting that really weird sensation though...feels like a balloon being pumped up 🤷🏼‍♀️
Did you hear back about your midwife appointment? X

BellaBella84 · 04/11/2020 08:35

Good morning everyone, my name's @BellaBella84 and I am totally losing my shit today! 🙄

Top of the list today (aside from laundry, always laundry!) in no particular order...
Increased risk of Down's as 36
Increased risk of spina bifida as cousin had it (on 5 mg folic don't worry)
BMI 29
Medications in pregnancy (had then reviewed pre conception but still)
And oh crap I had my radiation and Covid risk assessments yesterday, and that's enough to put the fear of God into you!

@BettyM90 Did you pee on a stick this morning?

@RBCoxie I take it you did not get your period today? I took another CB digital before I told work just to be sure I wasn't going to make a fool of myself! (This is NOT reliable, HCG will show up in your urine for up to 2 weeks after a miscarriage. Did that stop me... Er no 🙄)

RBCoxie · 04/11/2020 08:51

@BettyM90 how did you go this morning lovely? I'm really bloated so I know exactly what you mean about feeling like you're being pumped up 😂 haven't heard back from my midwife yet, but I'm still so early that I don't really mind. I've decided I'll call them after I've had my scan at 7 weeks if I haven't heard anything yet.

@BellaBella84 oh honestly I totally had one of those days yesterday! Period did not arrive! And I took a CB digital and it's now saying 2-3 weeks 😊 know what you mean about HCG still being in the system, I just wanted to see the increase in weeks 😂 have you got a midwife appointment yet?

BellaBella84 · 04/11/2020 08:52

@rbcoxie No we self refer at 6 weeks here.

RBCoxie · 04/11/2020 08:53

@BellaBella84 ah nice! Not long to go!

MummyToPrince · 04/11/2020 10:31

Sounds like we have all been having meltdowns I'm having one today panicking that baby isn't in the correct place and worrying baby is in my fallopian tube 🤦‍♀️ x

BettyM90 · 04/11/2020 10:57

@BellaBella84 I didn’t do a test this morning in the end. I was half asleep and running late for dropping my son to nursery, so went to the loo without thinking 🤦🏼
Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of an anxious week...totally understandable though. The world is weird enough as it is without everything else to add on top! Try not to panic too much, as that won’t do you any good. Could you have an early scan to try put your mind at rest? Hope talking to your work went well :) x
@RBCoxie how exciting :) I bet you can’t wait for that scan! How are you feeling today?
I didn’t do a test this morning. Weirdly yesterday I had a little bit of blood when I checked my cervix (sorry TMI) but none when I go to the loo. So I was half expecting to come on my period this morning. The cramps appear to have subsided and just weird sensations now and still sore boobs :(
@MummyToPrince hope you’re managing to get lots of rest :) I’m sure baby is settling in and getting nice and comfy in exactly the right place 💜 xx

BellaBella84 · 04/11/2020 11:26

@BettyM90 This is a good thing, honest. The longer you can leave it until you test the clearer you test will be. When I tested on CD 29 of 29 the window on an FRER looked blank, and I didn't get a clear positive until CD 31 of 29, 2 days after my period was due.

I was wondering about sneaking in an early scan before my official dating scan. Just realised that pre 10 weeks is trans vaginal, and close as I am to my work family - that's a step too far! 🤣

MummyToPrince · 04/11/2020 11:28

@BettyM90 will you be testing tomorrow morning?.. Maybe the brown was implantation bleeding?.. My doctor is calling me this afternoon as I have 3 kidneys and 3 urethras, 2 on my left and 1 on my right and my pain is in my left side and it's a little intense, I'm thinking it could either be ectopic or one of my urethras are blocked or not working, I'll see what the doctor says, hopefully baby is in my womb x

@MummyToPrince Any word from your GP yet?

BettyM90 · 04/11/2020 15:51

@BellaBella84 ah ok, thank you that gives me a little bit of reassurance...just really hope AF doesn’t show! My cycles are normally 30 days max...although last month was 27 and the month before was 26. I’m currently CD28.
Oh no, i didn’t realise that they were internal scans! I just assumed it would be an ultrasound. How are you feeling this afternoon?
@MummyToPrince I really want to test as I just want to know either way but I don’t think I could face a negative tbh :( it just feels different down there but then I don’t know if I’m just starting to go a bit crazy 🤣 the little bit of blood was reddish/pinky so that’s why I was so sure I was going to wake up to AF this morning.
Oh gosh, I’m sorry to hear that. Have you heard back from the doctors yet? Hoping all is ok xx

MummyToPrince · 04/11/2020 17:26

@BellaBella84 @BettyM90 The doctor called and said its a muscle spasm thing that happens to 30% of pregnant women and its completely normal he told me to do another pregnancy test and if it's blazing I have no issue and everything is heading in the right direction :-) this was my test this evening

I totally understand that, I have everything crossed for you lovely! X

@MummyToPrince thank you :)
Oh wow, that is a very strong positive!! I’m glad that all is ok and is nothing to be worried about. Make sure you take it easy and hopefully the pain will start to subside x

RBCoxie · 04/11/2020 18:43

@BettyM90 don't worry about not testing - the later you leave it, the stronger the line will be if you are pregnant so that's only a good thing! I've read that the cervix can bleed a little during DTD due to increased blood flow, so maybe that was also why you bled slightly when you checked your cervix? I'm feeling okay today - I seem to get quite tired middle afternoon time so caved and had a nap today, was great! 😂

@MummyToPrince so so pleased everything is okay! Your test is incredibly strong! I used an OPK today too - almost went black it was that strong 😂

BellaBella84 · 05/11/2020 07:52

Morning all! 👋
@MummyToPrince I'm glad your GP feels it's muscular and I hope it settles down soon.

@BettyM90 How are you doing keeping your sh*t together this morning?

Supermathsdoc · 05/11/2020 07:58

Morning everyone !

So I have good news and bad news. The good news is my donor has agreed to donate twice this cycle. The bad news is because of the lockdown he won’t come round and wants to ‘produce’ at his place and then drop it off. I think it will take him 30 mins to come round so I’m a bit worried the sample won’t be viable....also because of how cold it is at the moment!

@MummyToPrince so pleased to hear everything is ok

@BettyM90 are you testing today? Everything crossed for you, and if you’re not I totally understand. For me it’s somehow become less disappointing to see my period than to see a negative.....also the long you leave it the lower your chances of a false negative x

BellaBella84 · 05/11/2020 08:16

@Supermathsdoc Twice this cycle, we're taking that for the win! 🥳 What are the stats for sperm viability after 30 mins?

MummyToPrince · 05/11/2020 08:51

@Supermathsdoc that's brilliant news!! I've just found this online

Thank you ladies :-) it is subsiding a little so hopefully it goes soon :-) I think I just worry too much x
