Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Juno231 I noticed that I had put watery CM down for CD 28 and it had changed it to dotted crosshairs! Took it off and it’s gone back to normal. Very strange!

@mumof23188 ah that makes sense as it's a fertile fluid so may have thrown it off if it wasn't sure enough!

@Juno231 yes confusion over 😂 wish it was a BFP tho 😩😂

I'm 4dpo. I am assuming that RHR before implantation wouldn't be any different whether you were preggers or not, since implantation is what gets your progesterone going? What does everyone else think?

Bfn i think. Heart rate back up to 68 too.

Is it my imagination or is there something vvvvvvv faint where its meant to be? Xx

Hey, had a little break away from mn. Think I need to sometimes as it all gets a bit much.
I’m currently cd13 and these are my ff and Fitbit charts. OvuSense puts me currently in my fertile window so will see.

So my rhr dipped and I started spotting, and dipped 3points to 67 today so full on AF today or tomorrow, it will be interesting to see how rhr goes as I explore this way of predicting ovulation etc, anyone got any tips? I font drink xx

@Mrsi2020 i think i know what you mean. I thought that this morning when i took it

@GlassLily yes progesterone is produced after ovulation and the levels peak somewhere around 5-9dpo I think. So in theory it should rise higher then!

@Moominmiss hi 👋 hope you are well! What day do you usually ovulate?

@Ylladyoll just wear your Fitbit to bed aswell to get the most accurate HR readings.

@mumof23188 14dpo i believe. Period was due anytime from Thursday to today. Still nothing at the moment, keep going to the loo to check 🙈

I’m not entirely sure when I usually ovulate. It used to be quite late around cd22, so I started taking soy isoflavones to bring it forward which it did and I’d ovulate anywhere from cd13-cd16. This is the first month in about 4 or 5 months that I haven’t used soy, so not sure when to expect it. Fertility friend predicts it to be between Monday and Wednesday, another of my apps says today, and OvuSense just says I’m currently in my fertile window. In a few days OvuSense should tell me the exact ovulation day. So will be interesting to see what my body has done on its own!

Scanxiety was not needed this week, I feel so relieved... I’m sure some of you ladies ttc don’t need me hanging about here any more so I’ll keep an eye on how you’re all doing but will probably refrain from posting unless anyone has any rhr questions I can help with xxx

Wow my bra isnt half digging into my sides today so making my boobs sore in that area, just wishing either a line shows up soon or for af to arrive

@ambs1994 you must be feeling so frustrated. I had this 2 cycles back... BFNs but no AF. The wait is excruciating! Hope it swings to BFP for you, but even if AF arrives, that's another egg and another chance.

CD9 today! Had a rise on my HR! Still getting a decent line on OPks! Had lots of EWCM the last couple of days.

@mumof23188 I'm okay thank you. Still no period. Might get some more tests at some point today. I have sore boobs and quite heavy, feel nauseous, feel like af is coming so always checking ha. Have watery cm with tiny bits of white in too

@mumof23188 I havent tested today. I stupidly thought boots out of hours counter would be open now and it closed at half 4. I was in the petrol station this morning and was going to buy one in there but didn't know the sensitivity of it 🤔. Will see how i feel tomorrow and if af shows during the night before i buy some tomorrow now

Hope you’re all keeping well. AF has finished and just into my FW and flat RHR now so all looking positive that my cycles are regulating back after CP 🤞🏻

So now af during the night, so this sounds disgusting but I've peed in a pot, then drive to asda soon and buy a test and do it in the car.
Heart rate has dropped to 66 but still up from ov day. I only assume its dropped by not doing anything yesterday
