@MamaMoonbeam sounds like you have it all covered! Every other day too ovulation sounds reasonable as couple of months ago I dtd everyday from CD8 to CD17 and DH was dreading DTD by the end 😆

@whatever1980 I have tried to cover things as best I can. I am paranoid it's not going to come easy and that it's going to effect my head really really badly.
Omg! Every day?! How were you not broken? 😯😂 my DP is a bit put out by my DTD plan but once I've got him turned on he's good to go anyway. I told him the schedule last night and he rolled his eyes 🤭 I said "it's ok, we like sex, don't we? I love you!" 😁 😘 he feigns exasperation, it's cute 😊

Is anyone else just starting their TTC journey and super anxious about it? Im trying to be chill be my stomach can get really knotted about it if I think too long about it 😬

10dpo and a BFN on a FRER so that's me out for the month, the usual cramping is starting up. Every month I'm a bit less hopeful, I think this is probably a pretty healthy place to be as I'm becoming more accepting that this is probably it for us. I'm a bit sad but it doesn't feel as painful as it did. I'm glad we tried though or I would have regretted not knowing if it was meant to be.

@sleeeeeepy understand what your saying completely, how long have you guys been ttc for?

My cycle tricked me after being bang on 24 days for the last 3 cycles it decided to not turn up yesterday and led to me doing a CB early test this morning which was stark white. Queue the usual feelings of disappointment etc I am stomach cramping like mad so was a waste of a test and I wish I just waited it out.

Has anyone done an at home AMH test?

That was cycle 6 after about 6 weeks I don't count because my cycle was sorting itself out. We caught really quickly with DS1 and DS2 sneaked in unnoticed. My hormones are a bit unbalanced I think, I can really see the difference from when I was younger, which is what makes me think it's not going to happen. I don't want any intervention as I don't think it would be great for my mental health, long story there and not one for today!x

@Sleeeeeepy it’s hard I know! We have decided against any testing or intervention too. Have had a difficult time previously Ttc with a very long, mentally draining road. I’m not prepared to do that again (new partner this time though). The plan is to dtd, take our supplements and keep the faith. If it doesn’t happen by middle of next year we will call it quits but I am keeping faith it will 🙏

Took 3 years last time, I don’t have 3 years this time but I have faith for it to happen and acceptance will come if it doesn’t. I have a good life regardless and I must remember that.

@Vie8126 no sorry, no testing for me this time around. Just winging it!

@loladoodle sounds like a good plan. We said the same (also new partner) my 3 were easily conceived but was in my 20s then and here I am heading to 40. We said until Xmas as will make around 13 months then of ttc. Just starting to panic as mentally I'm not sure I'm ready to stop however a few more months of disappointment and I might be!

@Loladoodle We're going until Xmas then will stop I think. I'm a bit of a planner and at some stage I think you have to move on. We're very blessed as it is and I want to try to focus on what we have rather than what we haven't got x

I think you are right ladies to put a bit of a time frame on it but only stop if you are truly ready to. Initially I said January but we discussed keeping on ttc until middle of next year so we will go with that as a final timescale. I am a planner too, and there are things I’d like to do if we aren’t going to have a baby so having an end date will also be a beginning date for other plans. Having a baby is first priority but if it isn’t to be, I need to move on with life in a different direction.

@sleeeeeepy I'm until Xmas too! Like you and @loladoodle I'm a planner and also thinking that a time scale will help. I need to thibk of the child free time we currently get EOW and the fact mine are grown ups/teenagers and can enjoy more adult things I think if we could travel right now would be helpful as could have some nice holidays planned to look forward to in 2021 if ttc doesn't pan out!

I've ordered an online fertility blood test results will tell me if I'm going to continue ttc or if I should give up now. At least I will know.
