I’m 9-10dpo and have usual pre af symptoms... sore boobs from 7dpo being the norm for me (ouch) grumpy, pms, tired- all the same as every month so I await the dreaded witch this weekend 😭

@Loladoodle same here, about 10dpo and cramping 😒 x

I'm quite pleased because I've lost a couple of pounds. Small wins eh!

No sore boobs yet though, fairly sure I did ovulate this time round cos of temp rise, my resting heart rate has started dropping now though so think I'm out this month

@claireb7rgn when do the sore boobs usually kick in?

@selina37 hopefully the cramping is not pre af cramps!

@Sleeeeeepy good work on the weight loss 👏 I’ve made a real effort with my diet this last 4 weeks too and have lost a bit so it’s all going in the right direction! Something to focus on other than ttc also 👍

About 5dpo normally so no idea what's going on

@claireb7rg anything outside of the norm is hopefully a good thing 🤞
