First month of trying here! Fell pregnant in the first month last time so 🤞🤞

Hey everyone, wondered if anyone has experienced it before. I'm 11dpo, I have extreme tiredness and not really done a lot at all. Bfn hpt I'm wondering if I should hold out hope or just move on to the next cycle. Af is due friday or sat I have 2 more frers on order in case but not holding out much hope

Quick question about OPKs... according to Clue yesterday was the start of Rabbit Week, with Sunday being my predicted ovulation day... I did an OPK strip yesterday and one today, I know it’s early but shouldn’t it be a little bit darker than this?

@AngeloMysterioso that looks like mine Tuesday morning and I didn't peak til weds night/Thurs early am (I also found testing twice a day, at about 11, 4 and sometimes late eve made it easier to compare ) it was a lot later than I expected due to the app and my cm, but was about day 14/15 .

Maybe test twice for the next few days? I think you are close.

I dunno I'm afraid, never done anything hi-tech like use OPKs all I do is use Fertility Friend to track my cycles and try to have sex every other day around the week of predicted fertile period/ovulation. That's the extent of my conception work haha. Oh and taking vitamins/folic acid.

AF isn't due till Saturday but DH is at work tonight so I caved and tested, BFN staring back at me :( why do I insist on testin early?? 🤦‍♀️

@AngeloMysterioso, there's mine - 2 a day Tuesday-friday.

@Bellaphant yes I might start testing twice a day. It’s just tricky because I’m in college Thursdays and Fridays, can’t exactly do an OPK in the ladies’ loo!

@Bellaphant nope! No signs of them yet 😡 no sign of AF yet but honestly just not feeling it this month 😔

AF is gone (yay!) and feeling positive heading into a new cycle. Felt very emotional whilst I was on but better now. Anyone else go through this vicious circle of optimism, worry in the TWW, then utter rock bottom when AF arrives! CD8 today and started as we mean to go on and DTD last night. Attempting SMEP this month. Never tried it but this far down the line, I'll try anything if it means this month could be our month. Hubby is really commited this month to being better...having 1 child already and both having very demanding jobs means evenings we're mainly falling asleep on the sofa haha! But I think after being more upset than ever when AF arrived, he's taking more responsibility to instigate. I think he was just enjoying all the extra sex before without realising how many months had now passed and no BFP. Anyway I'm rambling, how is everyone? Anyone else similar time in cycle to me?

@Bellaphant not so far, was only able to do one OPK at home yesterday and Thursday evening, both still pretty faint. Gonna do another in an hour and a half or so- you’re not supposed to do them with FMU are you?
I’ve just got the one stop strip things off Amazon but I’m contemplating getting a clearblue one...

@Mamatoalittlebear same here! DH was really into the extra sex the last 2 months, but he said this morning that he is really hoping af doesn't arrive this month! 😂 think he's cracked under the pressure!

AF is due today so am on edge today which isn't good as we have DH parents coming over (they're our support bubble) and his mother is like a blood hound when it comes to pregnancy! 🤦‍♀️

@Mommabear20 oh its horrid when you're due! Have you done a test yet? Any symptoms? I hope you're able to enjoy your day - its good you have something going on today. It can distract you from thinking am I or aren't I Keeping my fingers crossed for you. X

@Mommabear20, is it worth just doing a test? Even a cheapie would show something. FX for you

@AngeloMysterioso, mine were cheap from the internet, the colour did go from v faint to dark in 36 hours. Keep DTD!

Im trying really hard to not test unless I'm actually late as I get my hopes up then it's negative so want to wait till it's looking very likely

@Bellaphant ok here ta! Telling myself no point symptom spotting or getting obsessed till I’m at least 8dpo haha which isn’t till Wednesday, so staying busy 😂 how are you?

Pre baby I was like clockwork! Post baby it hasn't been as predictable but I know it can take a while to get back to normal.

Worth a test in the morning then? ☺️☺️ Fingers crossed for you! Remind me how old little one is??

@EllyNC baby girl is 5 months 🥰
And planning to test on Monday morning as DH is working tomorrow morning and he wants to be the one to find out first this time 😊

@Bellaphant amazing and then you got your BFP! Hope that works for me too! We started TTC in March so about 9 months in now. Our first took 6/7 months so only more recently felt panicked that its still not happened. Its emotionally really hard. How are you feeling? Any nausea etc yet?

DH wants to retest tomorrow morning as well! He's had to go to work now, (he woke me super early because he couldn't wait 😂) but it has got darker. Will retest tomorrow to confirm but I'm so happy!!! DD, not so much 😂 she woke in a great mood and is now being a demon child 😂 someone doesn't want to share all her attention! 😆
