For all us mammas trying for baby #2!

First month of trying here! Fell pregnant in the first month last time so 🤞🤞

I am 40, 41 next week so feel quite anxious at trying to conceive at this stage in life. Just had a miscarriage/possible ectopic pregnancy and blood test reveals possible PCOS so we will see what happens. Good luck to everyone.

@Mommabear20, I'm 32, wasn't with the right person til the last three years, lol

My lower back hurts like fuck today, due on next weds/Thurs so like...what? But I've also had a few psychical knocks this week so might just be sore!

Did people manage to hold off testing??

@Bellaphant I’m 31 and dh is 36. I was 29 when I had ds. I was meant to be due this weekend but I ovulated really late this cycle for some reason - literally almost a week later than normal so my apps have added another 6 days onto my cycle! 5dpo today (confirmed by temp spike and opks) not tested yet lol how many dpo are you?

Dh is 22, lol

6 or 7, depending on where my peak actually was. Think if it isn't it this month I need to start watching what I eat more - but I'm sure it's the breastfeeding making me tired/hungry/using carbs and sugar to replace the energy. Does anyone else find that?

I don’t breastfeed but I’m a sucker for sugar and all things bad for me! I too could do with improving my diet to help with ttc!

@Char899 no, I'm trying to hold on til Monday (11-12 days), my partner is like 'just wait til you are due on' and I'm like....no.

@Bellaphant I’m trying to hold on until Monday too (10dpo) I’ve had so many af symptoms today though so I’m feeling a bit pants

Pretty sure I'm in my tww now but given that I had a long cycle last month we're gonna keep DTD either every day or every other day until af shows. DH thinks Christmas has come early 😂

@Char899, maybe we'll test together :( I can't tell what's af, pregnancy or just me being a bit under the weather this week.

@Mommabear20 we did every day too early again I think, wore him out as we did like every day for 6 days, had a rest and then one more! Then neither of us fancied it for like five days, lol

Yes me too, I’ve had a crazy headache today, light cramping, I’m gassy and constipated as well (sorry tmi) and I’m driving myself mad lol

AF is due in a week and I'm tearing my hair out trying to keep myself occupied so I don't start testing! I don't think I've been out on this many walks in my life! 😂

Ugh, if I'm not pregnant I'm sick - tired, tearful, nausea. My boy is poorly though - he's got a tummy bug and won't eat or drink much but breast milk, and although he's happy in himself he just wants cuddles and rest.

My partner is really anti me testing early for some reason :s.

Hey everyone! Hope its ok to join in. I've been TTC baby no 2 for 8 months now. Already have a daughter who is very almost 4 yrs old. Starting to feel panicked by the time its taking to conceive. I have reg cycles and we've been pretty good with DTD. Going to try SMEP this month and see if we have any success.

Just realised it’s this thread I recognise names from haha I was on here before 🤣 (can I blame baby brain when my son is 1?!)

I did a test this morning, just an internet cheapie and got the faintest line but it faded away after a few hours. Has that happened to anyone else? Might buy a frer?

@Bellaphant no they haven't 🤔 starting to think they've got lost in the mail 🤦‍♀️ gonna email amazon later and see what's going on.

Thank you @Bellaphant 💛 I've been using OPK's but haven't tried temping yet. Worried I'd get even more obsessed than I am haha! Although I'm at a point I want to throw everything at this now so may look to do in my December cycle. Where are you at the moment- 2ww?

@Bellaphant I had the same. Tested this morning but not with fmu. Was a little diluted and I don’t know why I bothered. Felt like I could see the faintest line but was clearly an indent! Will probably try again later knowing me but going to try and hold off for as long as I can lol

We did it! I never imagined it would happen so quickly for us. But number 2 is there! Hoping they stick! 😁

@Char899, mine had some colour but it vanished after three hours. I googled and it said that's either an evap or an early positive. Just like all symptoms are early pregnancy or af.

@MamaMoonbeam, congrats!! How many days post ov are you? Fingers crossed for a sticky.
