@littleeggcup Sorry to hear that, must have been very tough to go through. Sounds like you are well prepared though, so hopefully everything goes well for you this cycle!
@Qwom oh yeah, ooops, so I guess AF would have been good news for you!
@Annie1290 hope you have more luck with the OPKs than I have so far! I think the stats are in your favour 90% supposed to ovulate within 4 weeks of removal
@Mommabear20 yeah, I have no patience, so I found out with my first at like 11 weeks, but DH wanted a surprise, so I then couldn’t tell anyone, which was fine by me though...
Thanks @Char899, you might need to give us all a crash course in temping if it ends up working well for you this cycle!

Waiting4another · 17/10/2020 10:55

Haha @Bellaphant, I didn’t either, I stumbled out of my GP appointment in shock and mouthed it to him in the hallway, then got whisked off for bloods by a nurse immediately, by the time I finished with bloods DH had done a lap of half the block in shock, I had to call him to find him!

littleeggcup · 17/10/2020 12:54

What apps are you using for ttc!?

I have Premom and Flo xx

Qwom · 17/10/2020 13:55

@Waiting4another exactly!
@littleeggcup I am using Maya, I have used it for 4 years to track my cycle but it can be used for TTC too! 😊

Mommabear20 · 17/10/2020 17:17

Decided to test tomorrow instead of waiting till Tuesday. DH has the day off tomorrow so IF it's a BFP it'd be nice to have the day together 😊🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Fx for you @Mommabear20 Smile

Waiting4another · 18/10/2020 03:18

@Mommabear20 Can’t wait for the update...🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Waiting4another · 18/10/2020 03:19

I go old school and just use a paper calendar...

Mommabear20 · 18/10/2020 07:56

BFN this morning :(
Will wait for AF to confirm but looks like I'm out this month

Qwom · 18/10/2020 08:19

Nooo @Mommabear20 Sad
Well there's always next cycle xxx

Annie1290 · 18/10/2020 09:16

Withdrawal bleed for me this morning I think. Glad in a way, hoping it's a good sign of things getting back to normal.

Waiting4another · 18/10/2020 09:40

Oh boo @Mommabear20
Looks like this month hasn’t been kind to anyone on this thread!
@Annie1290 a withdrawal bleed is great news, it means your body is reacting properly to the drop in progesterone.

Mommabear20 · 18/10/2020 13:28

Tbf I think conceiving on our first month twice was asking abit much! 😂
I'm more bothered about how perfectly it all would have fallen for us but as long as (when it happens) everyone is happy and healthy it'll be perfect in its own way 🥰

Exactly @Mommabear20 ! At least you'll have fun trying! 😁

AngeloMysterioso · 18/10/2020 20:58

Evening Team TTC!

FW (or, as DH and I call it, Rabbit Week Grin) commences today. Has anyone here tried SMEP? Or do you just go like the clappers every day? It took 5 cycles for us to strike lucky with DS, I’d like to fine tune my methods somewhat- have got a fresh tube of pre-seed, and last time I used my mooncup to keep everything in there so I didn’t have to lie with my legs propped up (which I know makes no real difference, but I did it anyway)

Bellaphant · 18/10/2020 21:18

So now I'm really confused. Just had a lamb curry, got horrible heartburn, puked everywhere. And then again.

I do have my first driving lesson in forever tomorrow and I may be nervous. But like...wtf body?

Merrz · 18/10/2020 21:37

F**k sake, cramping started tonight so af will likely be in the next couple of days. Onto cycle 7. We dtd loads over fertile week like 6 out of 7 days between cd11 and cd18, I really thought we were in with a good chance this month Sad

AngeloMysterioso · 18/10/2020 22:32

@Bellaphant the first time I got pregnant I got a BFN 2 or 3 days after AF was due... didn’t get a BFP til I was over week late I think.

@Merrz I’m sorry Sad

Waiting4another · 19/10/2020 10:10

@AngeloMysterioso enjoy rabbit week!!! 🤣 😂 I haven’t had cause to try SMEP yet, but if/when I get my cycles back it will be SMEP all the way for me! Don’t think I am committed enough to use a cup or to keep my legs up, but I am a bit prone to UTIs if I don’t rinse well and immediately - didn’t seem to impede any baby making last time!
Also wow - no positive until after AF would have messed with your brain I bet!
@Bellaphant if you don’t get AF by Thursday, you’d better test again pronto with those symptoms!
@Merrz I don’t think cramping rules you out at all, I had my regular AF cramps in early pregnancy, I was totally sure my AF was around the corner. Have you tested this month? Also have you been using OPKs or temping? Could you be ovulating early/late?

Qwom · 19/10/2020 10:46

@AngeloMysterioso hello!
We're starting to use SMEP as soon as the opportunity arises! Af day 3 so waiting for that to be done!
I'd worry a mooncup would suck it out! 😬 I use a mooncup but have a diaphragm that we used as contraception so will use that to keep things up there instead! 😁

Qwom · 19/10/2020 10:47

Also- I lol'd at "rabbit week" 🤣😂🐇🐇

Qwom · 19/10/2020 11:24

Is pre seed a worthy investment? Just wondering...

Waiting4another · 19/10/2020 12:49

So like 99% sure that I am NOT pregnant, but are these cheap tests not just torture?!?!

TTC baby #2
Waiting4another · 19/10/2020 12:55

I mean it is just cruel to get a line like that to mess with your head!

TTC baby #2
Bellaphant · 19/10/2020 13:15

That's looks pretty positive to me, go buy an expensive one now!!
