I'm desperately keeping my legs crossed to deter AF 😂 so far it's worked. Oh, and cleaned out the pantry for two hours, it looks amazing now. What a relaxing Saturday...

Not sure whether to test tomorrow or Monday, but I only have ICs and a couple of boots tests in so I'm not sure they'll tell me much either day 😂

@BellsB1 how many dpo are you?I would say at least 11, unless you don’t mind the bfn

@Vil10 do you do other ways of tracking ovulation too? I have rapid peak LH pattern so it's easy to miss and I second guess but then I use about 5 different methods and they all line up so I have to believe it. Temping, mucus tracking, cervix position, LH tests, and ovulation pain. I have to tell myself they can't all be wrong 😂that said I ovulated at day 22 this time and we were doing the SMEP method so I was thinking goodness... am I ever going to ovulate or are we just going to keep bonking till our bits drop off. I was so relieved when my temp rose and my cervix changed position.

@Minster2012 love those boots! I just got some nowhere near as pretty but incredibly warm, comfortable and waterproof Croc duck boots. I am so tired of getting wet feet on the daily dog walk every winter.

@BellsB1 I was definitely guilty of testing way too early last month. I'm not sure that bulk buying cheap strip tests online was a good idea because I just constantly peeing on them 😂trying to hold off this month till past AF is due though.

It's proper grey wet weather here now. I was trying to attach a picture of the incredible flatness of the Netherlands so that everyone in Yorkshire can appreciate their hills, even in winter, but MN wouldn't let me. We're going on a covid-proof camper van trip in a week and I can't wait for some hills and mountains. I love where we live on the heath but... it's a little bit like ironed out Wuthering Heights come winter. Very blasted.

Helllo!! Date night was lovely thank you! Though my food was nicer than DHs, his lacked a little spice we thought. He put the slice in first though after I have put him on a TWW sex ban and I didn't feel great earlier (I'm guessing the meds & the fact I had to sit in the back seat of our car on a very winding country back road journey earlier) meant I didn't want to do anything earlier meant he had a wank in the shower (doesn't usually wank) and and then he got weirded out when I peeked in on him in the act...he said it's not fun me watching unless I was joining in & he proper thought I was being like a peeping tom! How bizarre!!

@NestinginNL croc duck boots you say...tell me more. ANYTHING that might keep my feet warm throughout winter I'm interested in. I think I walk around with blocks of ice on the end of my legs most of the time stood in bloody fields.

@NestinginNL what dpo are you currently? Are you on the testing list 👀though I will be testing at some point next week so mines wrong too!

@NestinginNL, technically I was due on yesterday or today. My stomach definitely feels weird, like AF is coming... maybe it's just delayed and my LP is getting to a normal length 🤞 even if it's not BFP I'll still be happy I've made it to double figures.

@Minster2012 can't believe he thought you we're a peeping Tom 😂 I love my pantry, I can hide everything in there and now it's tidy I love it even more 😍 slowly working my way back around the house and reorganising it.

@Minster2012 they’re the all cast boots. Sort of a boot wellie hybrid. I can’t vouch for how they do in freezing weather but they’ve been good on the two very wet walks I’ve done so far! I swear I go through a pair of boots every winter. I read somewhere that having warm feet helps implantation and conception 🤣 so investing in good boots, worth every penny.

My OH won’t reveal his wanking habits to me at all if it makes you feel any better. He’s very bashful about all such matters. It’s a cultural clash between us I think 🤔 it’s one of the only things I don’t know about him and I’m so very curious 😂 who says love has no mystery anymore??

I’m 5dpo seeing as it just passed midnight here. On the bus for 14th. We pick our new puppy up on the 12th so that should keep me distracted enough to not test before. What day are you aiming for now to test?

Ooooo they look lush boots @NestinginNL and I'm totally with you on the warm feet, last night I thought my feet were cold so I wore fluffy socks to bed in a bid for implantation help (note to self if I write a list a la that other thread that would have to go on there!). DH says he never wanna, doesn't need to but seeing as his jizz wasn't going anywhere near me & we haven't had any kind of sexual contact since Monday (that's a long time for us), and see former comment him thinking my aching bag was yearning for him 🙄he obviously needed to get it out (so to speak 🤣)

CD2 today - yuck. Spent today visiting the new house for measurements, had lunch at our new local pub and spent 5h going to showrooms to try out sofas and mattresses. So I'm still knackered and looking forward to actually relaxing tomorrow :)

The wine drawer sounds amazing, if AF shows I'm definitely treating myself to a glass or two of red! I've also read the warm feet rumour. My feet are ALWAYS cold so it's been 3 pairs of socks and slippers for the last few weeks, and they're still bloody cold. Ridiculous 🤦🏻‍♀️

@BellsB1 from a fellow Yorkshire girl with forever cold feet, I recommend perilla alpaca socks as the only socks that keeps my feet warm when standing in a field all day in one spot shooting. And you only wash them once a week and they don't smell. BRILLIANT. Still want your pantry 😆

@Juno231 ahhh I see, no he's much more Yorkshire than that, only wears skinny jeans when we go out, other than that he's genuinely flat cap & chinos, the flat cap is a permanent fixture (in fact I've just bought him 2 new ones for this winter as he lost his other last year) just tall!

@Minster2012 @Franklydear BFN for me this morning but it was only and IC as I don't have any FRER in the house. Might need to get OH to order some if AF doesn't show today. She's not here yet but my stomach is doing crampy flips so who knows what that's about, maybe AF gearing up.
