@lucyrp I think that's a good approach this month and we will all hope that you have a good cycle, Keep with the fun intimacy & your bloods will show that you have ovulated then at least you know you are back on the right track so fingers crossed - keep going girl & keep enjoying it xx

Thinking of you @2alreadywantanother sending big hugs. Id be interested to know about the aspirin too if you get any info. I wonder if it would help with CPs as I've had 3 of those this year, this cycle is our last try before the docs so if they tell me about asprin I'll let you know.

Sorry about your bfn @Missgoldilocks I've been feeling that fed up whats the point way this cycle too. I dont think people realise emotionally how much ttc can take its toll.

@notyetamumbuttrying Dont give up hope there may have been a wee tough one hiding at the end reminding itself its a marathon not a sprint so it was jsut pacing itself for the long journey ahead 😉

I know how you feel about the age gap, I always wanted only a 1-2year age gap between mine and now that hes about to turn 3 the thought has crossed my mind do I give it a time-limit of when I stop like another year tops as I dont want the gap to be too big. I know older siblings can be amazing (there's a 10year gap between me and my brother and we got on amazingly), I just always wanted two quite close together.

@Minster2012 I am thinking about whether I should take a break from here because I'm not really contributing much and I have nothing to report. Can't really class myself as ttc.

@Missgoldilocks I originally thought I wanted a 2 year age gap between my children and that didn't happen. Would have been the wrong time anyway but 5 years was more than enough but now its getting far too much.

From what I gather it thins the blood and prevents it clotting which can cause ms I think. The progesterone thickens the lining of ur uterus helping you conceive and helping the baby grow.
Not even sure if my gp can prescribe them I may have to go to a fertility consultant

@DKDK123 I feel really selfish aswell because I wanted to have had the baby by May/ June time so that our plans for next summer could go ahead but at this rate Everutning will be messed up and I'll still be TTC with nothing to look forward to ! It's just upsetting that it will be a bit age gap

You need things to look forward to, dont think your thinking selfish @lucyrp I remember way back when we started over a year ago having some months where I thought I secretly hope I don't get pregnant this month as the timing for the birth would clash with something I had planned.......now I'm at the stage of just give me my baby any time and ill take it 😂
And dont leave the group, your chat is just as valued whether its about ttc or not!

@DKDK123 I was supposed to be going to a festival this year and on holiday and neither happened and instead my friend got pregnant too. I kind of think I'm going to still be TTC next year so maybe il still end up going to the festival 😂

@2alreadywantanother hope it all goes ok for you. My friend told me yesterday that she had 2 miscarriages before she had her first child. & she said she was told to take 75mg of low dose aspirin everyday. So for her next 2 pregnancies she did that & didn't miscarry.

So my step brother rang this morning, they had a gorgeous baby boy last night! I'm happy for them but selfishly a little sad for myself as I only stopped bleeding from my loss on Friday.

Aw @lucyrp don't think like that. If you are getting something out of the group then stay. Thereare afew of us coasting along here with fuckall going on 😂 only take a break if that's what feels right for you.

Reading up, women with high blood pressure in previous pregnancies, over 40 or with a high BMI should be taking it. That's me. Just hard to think all might be okay if God been on it from the start. Gona speak ho my gp about it, once I've the info of she wont prescribe I'll take myself. But I'll make that clear to her. So it's in her interest to.work with me here

@Chlo2701 that's really bittersweet sending you massive hugs and totally understandable it will take time to heal & I found it hard a lot

Regards the low dose aspirin. Do you or your docs think you have lining or clotting issues? I don't know much about it but on the miscarriage forum there are women there who have been told that if you don't have a clotting or lining thickness issue (or other medical reason why you can't keep a sticky bean) not to take it.

Hope you get some answers though.

@Juno231 Hi I'm due to test on the 29th my birthday hoping for a BFP! Few symptoms but not looking into them this month 🤣

Held my wee for another shot as despite the negative this morn I had that niggley feeling again that it was wrong. I just got a very faint positive on both an IC & FR! Really trying not to get my hopes up too much as I've been here 3 times and not made it past the 6 week mark but keep holding onto the thought that maybe just maybe its my time for a sticky bean? Keep everything crossed for me please ladies that its not going to be so cruel to throw a 4th CP at me.......unfortunately tho we all know in this ttc journey life isn't a fairytale and can indeed be very cruel.
