@LT103 @Stabal yeah I'm ok now, think it was said a bit more tongue in cheek than I took it in my emotional state this morning. I get that they don't want us to worry but I always feel a lot better when someone says ok that's a legitimate concern. Otherwise I just feel like I'm going crazy as well!
I'm definitely up for chatting on WhatsApp too xx

@LT103 I’ve had my 21 day blood tests done which were all fine and GP said that DH needs to be registered at same practice and have SA done for referrals. I need to give them a ring and see if there’s anything I can have done in the meantime. I lost track of everything a bit last month as I was just so busy, but I’m back on it now!! I suggest phoning the GP too, I found it such a relief to finally be doing something about it all!

@Mia1985x glad your scan was ok and everything looked good! Fingers crossed that the next month is your month!! 😊

@butterfly5291 sorry for bfn but hopefully it was just a bit early! Are you testing again today?

My temp went up again this morning to 36.96 but still BFN.

I've hit the chocolate stage of the luteal phase. What's for breakfast? Mocha coffee and a bowl of tesco own brand coco pops.. Lunch? Chop chip brioche roll.. Dinner? Not fussed, a bar of chocolate preferably.. God help me 🤦‍♀️

I’m still just having brown spotting for 3rd day now and temp back up to 36.9. I know that af will be here in full flow tomorrow but I’m clinging onto that tiny bit of hope that this all stops!! 🙈

@stabal that sounds like my ideal meal plan haha

@butterfly5291 how annoying. Hopefully it’s just too early yet and that bfp will come. Good that temp gone up!

@LT103 how long does your spotting usually last for before AF arrives? You and @butterfly5291 have me so anxious waiting 😂

Also obviously that was meant to say choc chip not chop chip.. Not sure I'd fancy a roll of pieces of chop

@stabal It varies. It has been 4 or 5 days before but it’s usually pink spotting tho I know brown spotting can be perfectly normal before af. I feel like this is just a normal cycle for me and af will be here soon. I’m just clutching at straws!!!

@LT103 ahh I really hope you're wrong and it doesn't show! We are due a BFP in here it's been a couple of months lol

My skin is absolutely atrocious and my hair is so greasy even though I just washed it yesterday. PMS is seriously hitting me hard and strong this cycle, genuinely can't wait for a bleed to feel a little more on balance!

@butterfly5291 @LT103 keeping everything crossed for you guys!! Temp rises all sound good! Mine just starts to drop and keeps on dropping before af, so having it going back up sounds like a good thing to me!

@Stabal you got me craving Coco pops now!! Haven’t had them in years!! 😋

@crazycatlady1981 haha I quickly added them to our shop last night that came this morning when I realised that's what I was craving!

@LT103 did your spotting get heavier?

@Stabal not yet. Still nothing really on a pad, only when I go to the bathroom (sorry tmi 🤦🏻‍♀️). That’s 3 full days of spotting. It’s clearly too much to ask for a normal cycle.

@LT103 argh! 🤞 for a sustained temp tomorrow!

Well that's me out this month, massive temp drop this morning so expect AF today or tomorrow.

Temp back down a bit. I’m not holding out any hope this month. My temps have been all over the place last few days so suspect something is putting them off. Still no af but I’m sure will be here today or tomorrow

@LT103 bet you just want it to hurry up and arrive now. I'm assuming it's going to be here next couple of days so definitely having some drinks tonight

I am just catching up on the past couple of days of chat now as was feeling off after the scan (think it was effects of antibiotics).

@LT103 you sound like you've had a really confusing month with your temps. The whole TTC is stressful enough but when you don't know whats going on or your body is doing what it 'normally' does it just makes it even more stressful. I really hope AF doesn't arrive for you but if she does then hopefully a new month and you can restart pregnacare if it was giving you more regular cycles.

@crazycatlady1981 I haven't had acupuncture but have also heard positive things about it. The fertility podcast im currently listening to has a section in it every week where they consult a Dr on various myths and he gives any evidence/science behind it and advises on the likelihood of it helping with TTC. The acupuncture one was actually one he said was worth giving a try. I think I might have a look myself at trying it. Have you found anywhere yet or still thinking of it?

@butterfly5291 sorry about the comment your DH said, totally understand how that would make you feel. Glad he apologised and you are feeling ok now. I sometimes think men (my DH anyways) have a habit of trying to lighten the mood and make us laugh and can sometimes be way off the mark with their jokes. I also think alot of guys probably feel more worried and stressed with the TTC journey than they let on sometimes but can see already how we are about it and don't want to add to that. Also probably a bit of the annoying male relaxed attitude of everything will be fine. I'm totally generalising here but I def think in general woman overthink everything way more than men. Sorry about your temp dip but not out yet. Although sometimes thats not the most helpful comment and I think sometimes we just know if AF is on her way 😖 I also am at the stage where I don't know if I should tell work, its such a dilemma isn't it.

@Mia1985x yeah I just know this month is out, if it was a tiny temp drop but it was 0.3 and combined with negative tests and cramps yesterday I'm pretty convinced. @Stabal and I have swapped numbers so feel free to message me and we can start a group chat. Anyone else welcome too.

@mia1985x so glad it went well and you had a positive experience. I hope these next 3 months you are extra fertile and get your bfp before Feb. Although nothing wrong with going down the ivf route of course.

@butterfly5291 AF arrived yesterday unfortunately. Got really bad bloatedness and cramping today so feeling sorry for myself.
