Should I even bother buying a pregnancy test?

Dpo15, still freakishly low Bbt 34 Celsius, lots of creamy cm and PMs symptoms stopped 4 days ago when AF was due.

Oh and to add to the silliness my ovia calender is telling me I'm overdue and ovulating all at once! Great stuff 😂😂😂

I think I hit peak over night as my SMU OPK is negative nearly stark white compared to yesterday's SMU OPK

I finally have a very clear positive opk but will continue testing, my OH happens to have the rest of the week off work, feeling like this has to work this month 🤞

These my 2 opks yesterday and then today's one.. I was going to wait until this afternoon but I was curious

@MummyToPrince keep testing to see is there a possibility you peaked last night as there's a big gap in time? These are mine and I drop down within a couple of hours.

@MummyToPrince AF was due 5 days ago. Got faint line on Opk this morning. Just found out lockdown starts here this weekend so I'm just gonna go pick up some tests anyway.

@robodo there's a big time gap as I was only testing twice a day, I was originally doing morning and afternoon and then decided I will do afternoon and evening instead, yesterday I had a bright line with SMU and then completely forgot to test again yesterday as my little boy was being a monster and was grumpy, I only think I peaked in the night because yesterday's tests was the strongest I've had so far and 2 of my apps say I'm due to ovulate tomorrow and another app says in 4 days but I've got light cramping in the left side so not too sure what to think. First month of trying to get my head around opks 😂

@MummyToPrince yeah me too - I haven't got any in the house. I'm determined not to get any until AF is due! I've had a bit of an anxious morning today - I've not even had my peak yet and I'm worried about missing it, I'm worried that because we haven't DTD every other day since my AF we've screwed it all up for this month. It's absolutely ridiculous I know, and I know it will pass but just frustrating now.

@RBCoxie I felt the exact same! Felt like chucking the towel in even though it was still early! I think your tests are rising, I think your peak will be Friday, I had that bright one yesterday and today its a squinter so not sure what's happening but now cramping on left side, don't let your crown slip chick we will get there :-) x

Definitely think my peak was last night as I have just done another OPK after a 4hour hold and there's only a hint of a line, I really wish I had tested again yesterday but Im going to assume I've peaked just because of that OPK yesterday

@MummyToPrince ah sounds like you have peaked, especially if you're cramping today! I've written off today mood wise - it's just a horrible anxiety day. It's the beginning of my fertile week tomorrow according to the PreMom app so going to try to DTD every day up until the day after ovulation. I've taken two OPKs today - going to do that from now on so I don't miss it! x

@RBCoxie Yeah I think I peaked I'm not too worried as I've been DTD every night and will do tonight and tomorrow night and then hope for the best! My fertile window ends tomorrow! I hope you get your peak soon and I hope tomorrow is a better day for you x

You really have done everything possible - keeping everything crossed for you that this is your month! 🤞🏼 I think I just need to wipe it out from my mind that I haven't DTD every other day since the end of AF and focus on the fertile window. Not even sure why that's impacted me so much today - it's not going to change anything - clearly emotional 😂 ahhh the TWW is nearly starting for you! We'll be here to keep you distracted!! x

@RBCoxie but if you think about it sperm lives up to 3-5 days providing we have good CM so if we are DTD before our FW that sperm before hand wouldn't be of any use, so DTD every day in the FW would surely be more affective? If you started tonight and done every day until just after your FW You have a massive chance.. I'm nervous about starting the TWW I'm in 2 minds whether to document my symptoms or not if I don't then I won't be symptom spotting and I don't think I will be obsessing over it, if that makes sense! I'm a white wine girl too :-D x

@MummyToPrince yeah that's very, very true! DTD prior to the fertile week only helps if you ovulate earlier than expected I guess! Which I clearly am not ovulating from those OPKs 😂 Im going to start using pre-seed tonight too as I'm not really getting any CM which is the same as last month. Think I'll feel much better once those OPKs start increasing and I know I've ovulated. God this whole TTC thing really is a rollercoaster of emotions! 😂 thank you so much lovely 💕 you mentioned a few symptoms last month in this chat so you could go back and see if it's the same if you feel anything? There is nothing like a glass of good white wine!! x

@RBCoxie it's a good way of looking at it to be honest, I've never tried pre-seed, to be honest I had EWCM on Monday but only the once when wiping! I hope that doesn't affect anything but I also read 'wet' cm is also fertile cm so hopefully fingers crossed! It literally is a roller-coaster not kidding! The amount of times I've said im going to flush my head and put myself in a museum 😂 I'm a bit concerned because I've read that creamy cm is not fertile and I've just been to the loo and I have a little creamy cm.. Do I continue to DTD or stop and hope I've done enough? Still getting on and off cramps in left side and negative OPK... If I fancy a bottle of wine I get tesco home delivery and put it in the freezer for 2 hours so it's ice cold 😂 x

@MummyToPrince I think you’ve done a far better job with the OPKs than I did the first time round. I totally failed as I had bought 40IU/mL ones and i think I totally missed my peak!

@RBCoxie I think the DTD during the fertile window is the important time, outside of that chances of pregnancy are low, so nothing lost. It sounds like an epic effort on your part!

I’ve had a mild positive OPK this evening but I find it hard because it gets darker with time but the instructions say you’re only supposed to interpret it after 1 minute. Seems way too early to ovulate but I did start with EWCM yesterday.... I find the timing so stressful with only having one shot..

@Supermathsdoc the truth is I'm absolutely 100% winging it 😂 I haven't a clue what I'm doing I had a little ewcm on Monday and now a little creamy cm! I've got 1 app that's saying I'm 2dpo another app that says my FW ends tomorrow and another one that says it ends in 2 days 😂 here's to not knowing 😂😵 maybe you will peak over night then?
