BFN for me this morning. I’m not too surprised given the AF symptoms that were developing but had been obsessively googling ‘AF symptoms followed by BFP’ to reassure myself I wasn’t out!

On to the next one ....my app is predicting 16-19th October for my fertile window.

Hey girls my AF showed up Monday wahhh 😩 my fertile window is saying 10-16th Oct. let's get trying for this month 😂

Anyone going to be doing anything different? I'm going to start taking folic acid and not DTD as much lol, my friend was trying after a miscarriage and she said she just didn't do it as much and fell pregnant so gonna try her method. Obviously a few times in fertile window x

Mine says between 17th - 22nd but I think that will change unless af shows on time.
I really hope someone does get their bfp this cycle, my boobs are still throbbing and I've got horrible strong cramping but nothing to show for it 🤦‍♀️

My ff app is saying 13th-15th as my fertile time (if my cycle is 30 days like it's predicting)

This cycle I'm not going to symptom spot or anything apart from taking folic acid, and tracking bbt.

I'm also not going to test until af is due unless I am vomiting before! Xxx

@SparklePrincesss I just want af to arrive now, next cycle I'm going to use opks and I might get some folic acid, but I'm with you I'm not going to test either

BFN for me too this morning 😔 would definitely love a group for us all for next month - this is hard! I'm changing to the not testing until AF is due train too and not going to symptom spot. My fertile window next month is 17-22 October if my AF arrives on Sunday.

@MummyToPrince @SparklePrincesss I also find it really helpful to think about what I might do differently for the next cycle. It really helps me to not dwell on the negatives...

I’m going to try and be very good with my temping, I often measure at different times, or when I’ve been awake a while and I find it’s affected by alcohol, getting up in the night, and sometimes I just forget to do it all!

I also really want to lose some weight I am 6kg over weight (for a ‘healthy’ BMI) and I’ve read that being in the healthy range improves chances of conception. I’ve made some changes and lost 2.5kg but it’s time to take it up a notch if I can....

@RBCoxie sorry to hear that, it’s so awful when you get a glimmer of something. When I had my chemical I was mentally in all sort of scenarios with my new baby!

I think the most important thing is to be kind to ourselves. It will come and we have everything we need to make it happen x

@RBCoxie how strange my app says af if due Sunday and my firtile window is the same as yours for next month 😂

@Supermathsdoc thank you so much - it's really hard when you see the faintest line, it's impossible to stop yourself from thinking 'this is it!' even though I knew it was so faint. Lessons learned though, never again. Completely agree, I'm taking folic acid and vitamin D already so I'm going to continue doing that, definitely use OPKs too.

@MummyToPrince haha!! We're synced!! 😊 I have a feeling it's going to move earlier as that's quite late for me. I've only been inputting days for the last 2 months so it hasn't quite caught up yet 😂

Hey everyone I'm ovulated on Sept 22nd (CD15) and I'm 9dpo today. I tested this morning just to get it out of the way, and of course it was a BFN. AF is due on Monday

I really loved this tread tho 🤣😂😊. Currently 3dpo and decided I was pregnant this morning and tried to have a word with myself that I'm just being a looper. Have all the symptoms thick creamy cm, sore nipples, back, cramps. At least I'm not the only one losing my mind 😂🤣😂

How's everyone feeling? I'm full on cramping as if I have af but I don't and my boobs are still sore!

@MummyToPrince Irrational and emotional. But I have succeeded in moving myself from the bed to the sofa!

@MummyToPrince I feel awful, feel sick, sore boots, lower backache and I've cried twice at the TV 🤣

@MummyToPrince I really don't feel great - just an awful mood in general 😔 Getting the beginnings of AF cramps on and off too, usually don't feel anything until AF has actually started so maybe it's coming early. How're you doing?

@RBCoxie Ive had awful pains most of the day and they have finally eased off! Backache and still sore boobs! I hope af comes early then we are onto the next month!

I have faint cramping and definitely having mood swings. I’ve decided to hold off and see if AF arrives Monday and if not I’ll take a test on Tuesday. Tuesday is the same day I took one with my daughter so hoping it’s lucky!

@MummyToPrince My boobs have been excrutiatingly painful tbh I'm so sick of it already, they've been like this since I ovulated. Getting a few period cramps today too

Feeling nauseous and there’s cramping don’t know if my minds playing games with me Or if I’m really feeling The way I am. period is due on the 4th feeling anxious to say the least

@proteacat I've given up testing, got a faint line and then negatives, it's too disheartening seeing the negatives. Good luck :-)

@acaciabluebell yeah my boobs have been really bad since 3dpo I'm now 14dpo and they still hurt, not as bad though
