Ive been on a few threads now since i started ttc baby no.3 in june.
Unfortunately in August i did get my BFP, but it ended in a chemical pregnancy, so back on another ttc thread with all you lovely ladies.

Hmm.. i’m taking the original one and this is my first cycle ttc since taking it and I ovulated a week later than usual but it’s my first month since miscarriage so who knows. I’ll see what happens next month I guess!

@Theawkwardblonde I used to have really irregular periods and a 48 day old cycle. I went to acupuncture sessions and they really helped me to regulate my cycle. I dont know if that could be worth a try while waiting for the NHS? x

I also two days late! I have cramping but no period! I am in eager anticipation. I think I will test tonight. 🤞😁 x

I might consider acupuncture if the doctors can't find anything wrong. My mum fell pregnant after acupuncture before so worth a go.

AF fully arrived this morning for me. So frustrating. I'll be on the phone to doctors tomorrow asking for tests. I had dark brown spotting yesterday all day when AF was due and was hanging onto the hope that it was implantation spotting but then she showed up.
It's weird because I know I'm ovulating, temp rise confirms it and this month I had strongest opk line so far so we're DTD at the right time. Just don't know why I don't have sticky beans.
I think a lot of us are in the same boat ☹️ x

Can someone help - talk some sense to me.

Currently 15 dpo, and ruled myself out this month.

Did a cheapie this morning with FMU and didn't have time to check on it (toddler).

Just looked and there is a LINE!!!!

Did another cheapie (my last bloody one) and it's a stinking BFN

@bombata2 I've seen a few people mention acupuncture so may look into that as it's the only thing I've not tried.

I share your frustration as we are in the same boat-my beans just aren't sticky enough! Get on to the gp and see if they can get some answers for you. Fingers crossed for October for you 🤞🏻

@Jen8888 I'd go get a FRER or something see if you get a BFP maybe with tomorrow's fmu.
Looks like a good chance of one if you got a line on a cheapie. Good luck, let us know!

Hi Everyone 👋

I've been reading a lot on here but haven't really posted yet! I'm hoping you may have some advice about the below.

I'm having a confusing month. I've been TTC since July and my periods are usually within a day of when they're predicted. I'm using Ovia and the fertile days and period predictions seem spot on. I'm not using OPKs but I am taking my temperature.

I was due AF today (Sunday) but it showed up on Wednesday - 5 days early. I had stronger cramps than normal and generally in a bad mood!

But then from Wednesday night onwards I've just had brown spotting. Like a spot every 6 hours at least. It's like someone turned off the tap. My temperature normally drops like a stone with AF too but in this case it only went down 0.18 then has gone straight back up.

I took a test on Friday and it was negative.

Is this just a super light AF come early or something else? I don't really have any other symptoms but aware you can start thinking you have them when you don't!

I used a cheap ASDA test last time so was going to go out and buy some more today.

@Theawkwardblonde glad you're feeling ok now. Let's hope we get to the bottom of our ttc issues.
Tbh that's why I tried the supplements because I read that they can help support your follicular phase and egg quality which can then in turn support your luteal phase with uterine lining quality and implantation and sticky beans.
But ultimately your hormone levels need to be right for both those phases to work properly. That's where I'm interested to know what's happening with my hormones.
Ttc on hold until DH recovers so I should make the most of trying to relax a bit more from the whole process.

@Theawkwardblonde I used pregnacare conception and it only just messed my cycles up. Once I came off them and I got them out my system, I started seeing positive opks. Sorry AF came back with a vengeance!! I’m just waiting for mine I’m so late.

We go through such hard times don’t we ladies? I’m 6 days late, have had awful cramps, sore boobs, crying at everything!! 3 BFNs! Our friends have just asked us to go out for Sunday dinner and I’m so scared she’s going to announce she’s pregnant! Obviously I’d be so happy for them but it’ll feel like a real kick in the gut.

DH is getting really down and emotional about TTC now as he’s 35 (I’m 28) he really doesn’t want to be an older dad. We’re so frustrated we need to wait until December to be referred to the fertility clinic! I feel so much guilt and sadness. Xxx

I just took a test because I am two days late and its negative. Gutted. I am cramping so much the last few days. Might test again in the morning. 🤞😥

@bombata2 feel for you. I’ve been there three times now. Still late! I just want AF to come now so I can start trying again. I was right, yesterday my bestie told me she was 7 weeks, it was all an accident from one missed pill. I cried myself to sleep and been up since 3am. I’m happy for her but wow it’s really hit me and my DH so hard. Xxxx

Oh cr**p my AF came this morning. 3 days late which gives me a 38 day cycle.

I am on Agnus Cactus and doing acupuncture to regulate it. That is so brutal😰

@emc16x I am sorry how you feel about your friends. Dont feel guilty about your feelings they are natural. I remember when I was going through my first miscarriage my friend announced her pregnancy and it was her baby shower when I went through my second. People forget that other people might not be so lucky.

@SarahMumof1DS you too. I have a feeling it's hormonal with me. Always suspected I may have pcos do will wait and see.

@Emc16x grief hope you find out soon what's up-it may be late implantation.
I'm similar re ages, I'm 28 (29in 2 weeks) husband is 33 neatly 34 and he's the same worrying about being an older parent.
Totally understand the feeling re friends announcing pregnancy. It's an awful feeling as you're happy but then feel conflicted and angry.

@bombata2 @Theawkwardblonde thank you so much for your support. I just rang the doctors in tears, begged them to refer us to the fertility clinic right away its been 16 months since I was last on contraception (only actively TTC for 6 months) They were making me wait to 18 months but I said enough is enough. Something needs to change. So they’re referring me straight away. We should get a letter through the door in a few days. Fingers crossed. I’ll let you know how we go! Xx

No only very weak positives, will test again in the morning.

I have a dull ache in my womb area, not sure what to think xx

Maybe you are just testing early? It could still be implantation.
Test with first morning urine and see what happens. If you are worried, call your doctor and they can test your hcg levels. Then they test them in a few days to check they are rising. Take it easy xx

Are you definitely 16dpo? What are you using to track ovulation?

I don’t want to give you false hope but i wouldn’t panic just yet. See what tomorrow’s test brings. X

@MamaPheebz yes I ovulated on the 12th and used Clearbue advanced OPKS (The one with the solid smiley) x

I got a false peak opk this month with clear blue digital but i’m sure that doesn’t happen very often.
I’ll be thinking of you and hoping for the best outcome. X

Morning ladies!
So as i posted AF visited on monday last week, few days late, but was really light, i wasnt even filling a regular tampon and then after 2/3 days only wore a pad as it wasnt 'wet' enough for a tampon. Pad was never really soaked and was only blood when i wiped, had fully stoped by day 5.
Since tracking periods probably theyve been really heavy, super tampons and pads needing to be changed every coupe hours if not sooner.
Im really quite baffled.. im tempted to take another test as i havnt been able to shake that gut feeling of being pregnant, also my boobs and nipples are still sore/tender which normally go as soon as af starts...Since Saturday ive been getting bad headaches too, and weeing alot, also absolutely exhausted!
Has anyone experienced anything like this in previous pregnancies?

Im worried im getting hopes up when it could just be nothing. 🤷‍♀️
