Update from me CD20, 3DPO (I think) 🥰.. Nothing going on at the moment, will wait impatiently for the next week xx

@Jazper Just read your message again, and it is so great your cycle is regulating. I agree you will be covered with your DTD. And you have today/tomorrow to make extra sure. Good luck, fingers crossed it's your month. Must be a nice feeling to stumble upon a peak xx

@MichT4 happy u have comfort after telling ur mum. You need all the support u can get after a loss

Girls I’m so confused; my doctor must of urgently referred me to epu as has rang me. They took my last AF dates and when I found out and have said I’m exactly 5 weeks today. And have booked me in for a scan at 7 weeks on 6 aug. My issue is I’m only 4weeks 2/3 days depending on what app I use so I will only be 6.2/3 weeks come 6 aug by my calculations. Can you see a heart beat at that point? Last AF was 23-27 June, ovulated on 8th July

@2020wish I had scan at 6+1 and saw the heartbeat xxx

@2020wish why don't you call back and ask their advice. I'm sure you will see the heartbeat then, but if you feel better to wait a few more days, then ask them to move it?

@2020wish my baby was measuring 6 weeks 4 days and we saw heartbeat too. I think anything over 6 weeks is hopeful xx

I’m still getting ovulation type stabbing pains so I’ve tried to do a clearblue digital and I’ve done like 5 sticks now and they keep messing up? Even just tried my new reader and all that’s happening is the symbol from my photo comes up but doesn’t flash like they aren’t reading my urine. I’m so angry cause these tests are expensive

There are some second lines on them but it’s seriously annoyed me now much they have just let me down 😩👎🏻

@MichT4 that's so so lovely that she is such a huge support, I'm glad that all went well. When will you have your blood tests? Yeah, they'll tell me as they go along I think! Just waiting to go in now. Well, I don't think I'll have any more bloods this month, but yeah I think the SI does something hormonally. I'll have a little more of a google and see.

@Lollol86 pre-MC cycles were regular but I never used to track ovu or anything so not sure! Xx

@2020wish thank you xx yeah ask them if they think the dates are okay if not then ask them to reschedule I'm sure they'll understand and be accommodating.

@Pugprincess did you dip it in for long enough? I normally dip it until it starts flashing and it's always been okay xx

@VP91x ah Ive never even tried that way lol cause the instructions said to dip for 15 seconds then click in? Or have a got that really really wrong 🙈🙈🙈

I just checked the instructions really carefully 😳 I’m ashamed. How on earth did I ever get high and peaks on them using my way?!

@VP91x I’m such an idiot 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ Learn something new everyday I guess. Thanks for that, glad I asked now or I’d have wasted the whole box 😂 maybe this explains why it’s taken me 5 bloody years 😩😂😂😂😂

@Pugprincess I found it easier to put the stick in then just hold it in your urine stream. If you hold it in the stream you only have to hold it for 3 seconds 😊 saves peeing in something etc x

@VP91x I have to call on CD1 to have the first lot, then another after ovulation. If you're going to have the progesterone one then it might be worth holding off. I read that supplementing one hormone could affect the other, so I guess it could affect your progesterone. I really have no idea.

My mum is amazing. I hope she hasn't gone home really upset.

@Pugprincess sorry, I probably shouldn't laugh, but that series of messages made me giggle. At least you know now. Might get a super peak tomorrow now!

@MichT4 don’t worry I’m laughing at myself to 😩😅 I think il try another later on and hold my wee now. I aim for about 7pm ish. X

So much has happened since I checked the thread earlier today!
@VP91x so sorry it's AF! I really thought it's your month. I'm so glad you've managed to get a scan this afternoon, amazing that they managed to fit you in so quickly as well. Really hope the bloods and scans shed some light on what might be going on xxx

@MichT4 I can understand how nervous you mustv'e felt but mums truly are the best listeners. I told my mum and also MIL as soon as my MC happened. I live near my MIL and she was a huge help, sent dinners etc over and calling to check if I needed anything. I hope you can get lots of comfort from your mum now it's been discussed.

@Pugprincess oh no I can't believe you'd used them wrong for 5 years! I dread to think what that must've cost you! Saying that, it's the kind of thing I'd do too until someone points out the obvious. Hope you manage to catch your peak this cycle for sure xxx

Urghh got it to work but just a plain old circle ⭕️ I’m not imagining these pains though and I’ve had more cm today so something is trying to happen I’m sure of it x

@Pugprincess I'm not definite as I've not used it, but I think your first reading is always blank to find a baseline. So tomorrow you will hopefully get something resembling a face of some kind

@Pugprincess , as @MichT4 says, it's always a blank on first use unless LH is detected and it will show static on first use.

@VP91x , thinking of you in your scan now and waiting to hear how you've got on. Have literally everything crossed for you!

Yes @MichT4 , it was quite a surprise to stumble upon a static three days early. I'm really wishing we had dtd yesterday now but can't turn back time, can only hope that today and tomorrow will be enough for us. I can't believe I'm having to try this hard to fall pregnant 😫 I imagine that's a common feeling shared by us all here. Just so frustrating sometimes.
