7.OPKS/CB Digital ovulation kits 😂 A lot of us seem to like fermometer to record the OPK peaks

1. It will happen when it's meant to but not necessarily the month you want it to 😩

9.Wine, pizza, oreo choc and pouffe sex

10.Relax, dont be stressed, take bbt, dont take bbt, dont obsess, obsess, exercise, don't exercise too much, loose weight, don't loose too much weight, eat healthy, don't let it consume you and eat what you want apart from too much alcohol, caffeine, cigs obvs

11.PMS/ early pregnancy symptoms are the same and the progesterone likes to trick you.

@SmileyT or anyone else who've got their BFPs recently... quick question: have any of you tested on both IC and FRERs to be able to compare/confirm sensitivity? I'm wondering if it's worth giving up on IC tests when testing early as I have a feeling they would never show a line before AF like a FRER would. Am I right?

Finally caught up now! Just a quick question to those that use the CB advanced digital OPK, I know it says that once you get flashing smiley you can test multiple times a day. How many of you do this? I don't know whether to test morning and night at that point and potentially waste valuable tests or just to do the usual FMU and then test with cheapie OPK for rest of the day? Just don't want to miss my peak because I think my surge is only short, I've never managed to catch a peak on cheap OPK before!

@2020mission pics are my tests maybe not the best ones to use as I waited until 13dpo but it did come up on ic (very faint) and much clearer on FRER. I feel like a couple days before it would still show a hint of a line on ic but probs not if you're testing 9/10dpo, the months I've tested before with ic it's been stark white x

@lucyrp could it be ovulation? Do an opk just to check x

@Ltay2 I decided just to test once a day but if you test in the evening then it may give you the static 12hrs earlier, I just didn't want to waste tests. My CB box lasted me 4months 😂

@Ltay2 how good have you been with the ICs before? If you are good with them then I'd say no need for multiple testing of CB, or you could test with IC (keeping wee in a pot still don't throw it away) & when you get a high or potential peak then use the CB in the pot of wee?? That way you aren't wasting loads but could still get the static when it needs to be?

@Ltay2 I tested morning and night from CD12. I started doing that after one month I never got a peak on CB and read somewhere it might be that I just have a short surge and could be missing it. I've never missed it testing twice a day and interestingly it's always evening when I get my static. I don't know if I would have gotten a static the next morning had I waited but I'd definitely say twice a day at least until you have a few months data. Like if you get your static 2 months in a row in the evening of CD14 you start to get a clearer picture of when ovulation will be and if you're regular or not

@Ltay2 I only texted once a day until CD13 then I did one in the evening too and it was still high then in the morning the next day it went to a static!

@SmileyT I'm not sure I've had it few times lately but haven't thought anything of it as nothing else is goinn on could be nothing. Il do an OPK when I get home from work but they seem to have been lighter if not the same the last time I did one x

Thanks @SmileyT that helps! One final question... is there any difference in the IC tests at the bottom of your photo other than the brands (e.g. the test day)? The ones I've got are the blue one step ones which looks the same as the bottom test in your photo.

No worries @lucyrp I've just spoken to my IVF clinic & they said that if I've got another BFN tomorrow then to get a prescription for northisterone tablets to bring on a bleed either from them or my GP. She said if it's over 40 days then that's not right & the GP should do it too, she said that without me mentioning the day 19 bloods I got done so I'm sure you should get them? Who was it I spoke to about them before maybe they would be fine for a short period (someone going on holiday?) then as she said 3 times a day for 5 days should then bring on a bleed? Whereas I was on them fir weeks before, it's annoying as she asked me if I had any left from before and I literally threw a packet away a week ago I think. Damn it

@2alreadywantanother @notyetamumbuttrying yes! Last cycle we DTD every second day for about 6 weeks so I think I've broken myself 😂 dh is up for it though so I suppose I'd better make the most of it.

@Minster2012 oh really ? Lol I'm 25 days past CD40 and she still doesn't care. I've rang the doctors again but the only time another doctor can ring is tomorrow afternoon when I'm in work and my other doctor is on annual leave at the moment so its not looking great. Il attach my latest OPKs which seem to be lighter than the other ones so don't think its ovulation

@lucyrp would it not be better to speak to a different doctor than your usual one if they are on annual leave? Actually get to talk to a different one might be good? You could even say you "friend" has just got northisterone prescribed at CD40 (don't mention the IVF) for cycles of usually 28/30 days? I won't get offended you mentioning me 😂🤫
