10.Relax, dont be stressed, take bbt, dont take bbt, dont obsess, obsess, exercise, don't exercise too much, loose weight, don't loose too much weight, eat healthy, don't let it consume you and eat what you want apart from too much alcohol, caffeine, cigs obvs

11.PMS/ early pregnancy symptoms are the same and the progesterone likes to trick you.

@Minster2012 That's good 😂 just reminded me of a story my dad told me once of someone he knew cycling to the pub, he could hardly walk when he got out he was so drunk but he attempted to cycle home anyway (small village so not a huge distance although still a silly idea) and was found a short way down the road in a heap and covered in grazes 🙈 he was ok in the end though so now just a funny/stupid story!

@KateColx same here, it's the pressure, funny enough this is the month I am most relax and not tracking anything, but he is not silly, and knows that it's nearly two weeks from af and normally ovulate cd 12/13...

I went to a work induction, and I am happy I went, took the bus, not great but not so terrible, the office has been adapted and an area separated for me, I'll be coming back in a month...

@LV1987 indeed it is! No point symptom spotting as I get all of them every month and it's always AF :( yeah first week of tww always flys by and then second week drags and I get ratty as progesterone rises! I already feel out as got my telltale creamy cm yesterday which I've been tracking last few cycles and it's always ended in AF so I don't see why this cycle would be any different 🤷🏾‍♀️

Morning ladies!!

Well girls, I am tougher than rough, I was that pissed last night we didn't even manage drunk sex because I was too drunk, we got that session in yesterday though so hopefully twice today then tomorrow then Monday morning and night! I used an opk on fmu and it was quite a strong line even with my first wee so thinking ovulation might even be tomorrow instead of Tuesday!

@notyetamumbuttrying not counting myself out yet, but also don't want to get too positive as falling this month would be a little too perfect! I had creamy CM this time last month too, but this month I'm dry as the Sahara, which I don't think is a good sign 😂🤔

I'm going to watch my temps closely over the next few days to see if anything happens as I think my body has tried to ovulate twice during the month before. I'm having slight cramps too which I usually get around ov so I'm really hoping the inositol has done something, even if af comes I'll be over the moon at a shorter cycle 🤞🏼🤞🏼💕

@LV1987 honesty I've had both cm types and not been pregnant so it's not a good indicator lol I try not to look at cm anymore because none of it means anything 😂😭

Morning ladies or should I say afternoon. It all went pretty quiet on here yesterday so I don't think I posted at all yesterday !😱 were off to the beach again today as it's my only day off with OH so we've brought a picnic and a change of clothes incase it's warm enough to go in the sea☀️🙈 got a busy week next week and I'm so excited. Tomorrow I've got to sort the last bits from my ex's house which is mostly DS bits then me and my best friend are going shopping, Tuesday I have the doctors and a gas engineer coming to the house then I'm going to meet another friend and her baby for a picnic, wednesday me and my best friend are going for a 20 mile bike ride! Then Thursday is a day just for me and DS🥰then back to work!

@KateColx we're going to see OH best friend later and they've just had their little girl so going to get cuddles but going to be heart breaking at the same time!

Hi @laceymermaid how long have you been trying? Its been a year for me now (i knew he was my forever straight away) have tried opks and bbt this month although i have no idea how to figure out my bbt chart i am 9dpo so due af on friday

@Bbdm1984 this is only my first cycle. Never did any of this with my other dc so I’m pretty clueless but the ladies on here know their stuff! I’ve been using cheap internet opks to track if my cycle is returning (had Mirena removed a few weeks ago and had been having them in for nearly 12 years!) I’ve finally got a strong line yesterday so hopeful everything still works! Fingers crossed for your BFP soon

@laceymermaid yeah i was the same had the mirena for 12 years (i was on my 3rd) 🤞 for you too, i hope it happens quickly for you. I did get pg last year but ended in a MC so at least i know i am still working and up until that happened i never realised how much i actually really really want another. I think i am out this month so just looking forward to next month
