Have you seen our guide to getting pregnant?🤣

  1. Lots of sex (every other day to catch) or SMEP or just Banging OH to death seems to work for some - For the same sex couples out there; Insemination using a cup (easily available on Amazon) Bum up after the goods are deposited... don’t leave it in the cup for ages before you put it in ✌🏾
  1. Relaxing & lots of patience
  1. Prenatal vitamins e.g Pregnacare, COQ10, Primrose oil, B6, B12, Calc Flour, Folic acid/Folate, Magnesium, Vit C (will have to do your research on amounts/when to take these)
  1. Conceive plus/preseed - if you haven’t had enough assfruit juice and you aren’t moister than an 🦪 💦
  1. Seed cycling - make sure you ground them up
  1. Grapefruit juice (ass juice) for EWCM - CM should be stretchy sometimes hard to tell the difference between cum if you get loads of action.

7.OPKS/CB Digital ovulation kits 😂 A lot of us seem to like fermometer to record the OPK peaks

  1. It will happen when it's meant to but not necessarily the month you want it to 😩

9.Wine, pizza, oreo choc and pouffe sex

10.Relax, dont be stressed, take bbt, dont take bbt, dont obsess, obsess, exercise, don't exercise too much, loose weight, don't loose too much weight, eat healthy, don't let it consume you and eat what you want apart from too much alcohol, caffeine, cigs obvs

11.PMS/ early pregnancy symptoms are the same and the progesterone likes to trick you.

And most of all it isn’t your fault, blame corona for all BFN

@DKDK123 Wow that video clip was interesting! If I'm honest it's not filled me with a lot of hope but still I guess plenty of people manage even with those odds 😂

Juno231 · 15/07/2020 18:32

@Hopeful110 that definitely part explains the eighth but even using a temp adjuster it would make it 36.40 which is still higher than your LP temps. Never seen anything like it I'm sorry 🙊! Your LP temps are definitely unusually low so would perhaps look into boosting your progesterone. Might just be a weird cycle though!

If you're on reddit at all check out r/tfabchartstalkers as they're brilliant with this stuff :)

Hopeful110 · 15/07/2020 18:41

Ahhh thankyou! Yeah I'm wondering if my progesterone isnt as high as it should be so maybe need to look into how to try and increase it :) thankyou for looking over it though x

Newbie0818 · 15/07/2020 18:48

@LaceyMermaid very much the same in secondary! I struggle to remember to do opk's after work often 🙈

@Vil10 always worth a try :)

I'm very excited as my cervix is very soft right now, which hasn't happened before. I'm cd11 so am desperate for a high opk, it will mean the inositol is a miracle cure for me! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

SmileyT · 15/07/2020 18:54

Hey @Missgoldilocks I'm so glad you are back and great news about the tests... I'm all good thanks... 5weeks tomorrow and it's dragging more than the TWW 🙈here's hoping your OHs swimmers just glided through those super clear tubes to your eggy x

@SarahTTC2020 I have no idea what my star sign meant before but im going to read up on being a Virgo now and decide which one is me? 👌🏾

@Franklydear hope DS enjoyed meeting his new teacher ☺️

@DKDK123 that video was amazing, I actually had no clue what the details of what happened were at all 🤷🏾‍♀️

@Hopeful110 I'd say your temps don't follow the classic ovulation chart, and I know you said you had some odd times which can throw the chart off. Are you temping before you do anything aswell? Mine followed the least text book pattern this month so who knows x

@notyetamumbuttrying yeah I was always pretty creamy during TWW didn't notice any real difference apart from the first two days it was so thick and sticky like it hasn't been before but I think everyone is different x

@Newbie0818 yes to an early ovulation 👌🏾

@SmileyT I mean normally my dd wakes up and comes into our room which wakes me up, I then lift her into our bed and then I take my temp lol. I think my next cycle I'm gonna set an earlier alarm so I can temp before shes even awake x

Sausage1990 · 15/07/2020 19:22

Ladies we can all rest assured - our star signs have not changed, its all #fakenews.

This article is from 2019 so this rumor has circulated before.... And it's still not true!

Hey @Newbie0818- I will check out that club, thank you!

Got bloods back today but have been googling the values they quoted at me and I am not convinced they are as "normal" as the GP says.

Franklydear · 15/07/2020 19:24

@SmileyT he loved it, and got to spend some time with his BFF, and some after school, his old teacher also came to say good summer, so fantastic afternoon, and a good 2h walk for me too.

@Hopeful110 Ive just read you mention lifting your daughter, that's enough to make the temp invalid unfortunately :/ you have to be still apart from moving your arm to get the thermometer or the temp can shift, which I found out as I tested turning over before and lying still and the difference was surprisingly large!

@TheDaydreamBelievers interesting, what do the values you have indicate?

DKDK123 · 15/07/2020 19:59

@Hopeful110 I think doing anything at all before taking your temp can effect it so lifting your DD before you're temping might be part explanation as to why its not accurate.

DKDK123 · 15/07/2020 20:06

@Hopeful110 also meant to say you might not have ovulated too which may explain it. I know you said you def ovulated as you got your peaks and they're now low and your CM tied in with ovulating but all of them just tell you that your body is preparing to ovulate not that its actually happened only the temperature shift can tell you that it actually happened (from what I understand, feel free to correct me anyone if I've picked it up wrong?). Keep doing your ovulation tests as sometimes your body gears up for it you get your peak but your body doesn't actually succeed in releasing an egg. It can sense this and then tries again later so you'll see another peak happening if that was the case. (If you Google multiple peaks it'll explain it better than I do!)

Hopeful110 · 15/07/2020 20:11

Ahhh ok thanks ladies :) yeah I think I'm gonna start fresh taking temps once AF arrives within the next week :) thanks for all your advice. I'll defo make sure I set an alarm and do it before she wakes up and comes in, I didnt realise just lifting her into the bed would make such a difference to the result... crazy huh x

Purplefairy25 · 15/07/2020 20:11

Not posted for a few days. AF got me two days earlier than what Fitbit predicted from my opks. 112 day cycle 🙄 who knows what the next cycle will be. I'm hoping for a bfp or a shorter cycle.

2alreadywantanother · 15/07/2020 20:15

Yea I was looking up bbt and it says do it before talking, moving or anything. And to lay flat

Cocoblue22 · 15/07/2020 20:34

@Newbie0818 I am a true Gemini and I'm
Not changing just because they've decided to mess it all up! 🤣 x

@Sausage1990 I literally just heard on the radio news that it's true x

@Purplefairy25 sorry ah got you! Wow that's a long long cycle! X

TheDaydreamBelievers · 15/07/2020 20:37

@Newbie0818 so it was-

FSH 5.7
LH 4.5
Prolactin 77 (is this one not meant to be below 30?!)
Hb 138

Any interpretation by the scientists among us much appreciated x

Juno231 · 15/07/2020 21:08

@TheDaydreamBelievers is this an NHS day 3 test? I literally only got a text saying it was all normal but I really want to know the numbers. Reckon I could call reception and ask them to email them to me or something?

TheDaydreamBelievers · 15/07/2020 21:12

Sorry @Juno231i dont know what a 3 day test is. Im in Scotland under NHS care if that matters.

They were done because I've got a period missing in action for 119 days now. These hormone levels were run from bloods at CD90something then the GP ran another set of bloods at CD108 to test androgen levels (all fine but testosterone on upper boundary of normal)

TheDaydreamBelievers · 15/07/2020 21:15

@Juno231 - see above, didnt tag you properly. The first GP call they only said "normal" but today I asked for all the numbers.

I also have the androgen numbers:

Testosterone- 1.5
Androstenedion - 4.7
Progesterone- 1.4

Newbie0818 · 15/07/2020 21:22

@TheDaydreamBelievers I have no idea about any levels, sorry! Hopefully someone can shed some light x

Juno231 · 15/07/2020 21:36

@TheDaydreamBelievers ah yes I'm sorry I did read that earlier but lost track. All your levels seem in the normal range per Google - except I can't find anything consistent on prolactin 🤷‍♀️.

Interestingly your progesterone levels suggest you haven't ovulated yet 🙊

Missgoldilocks · 15/07/2020 21:36

@Hopeful110 when I did bbt charting I found my temps were really low when I did them orally (still a clear spike at ovulation) but once I started doing it vaginally I was like woooow it went from like 36.1 to 36.8 lol mouth isn't very accurate especially if you sleep with an open mouth like me 😁

@SmileyT congratulationssssss!!! whoop whoop ❤️❤️🥰🥰 throw some of that baby dust on us girl haha! My sons a virgo they're so amazing x
