Ovulation buddies starting July 8-14

Hey everyone,

Anyone else just started ovulation or about to start in the next week. Let's start a chat and keep ourselves busy as we head through ovulation and the dreaded 2WW.

Little about me this is my 2 cycle at TTC Baby no.1 I'm about to start ovulation on fri or sat, so going to make the most of this week. I've ordered some IC ovulation sticks hopefully will arrive in next couple days and I will give them a try out. What is everyone else doing to prepare themselves for ovulation???

I'm a day out from you 9 - 15 - also on my 2nd cycle - it didn't happen for me last month but I struggled to read the ovulation sticks so that may be why

Are you using any apps to track ovulation or just sticks? I think I need all the help I can get! Lol

I've just received my ovulation sticks I downloaded an app call femometer it reads them and tells you the % I'm low today at 9% so that means next couple day it should start going up. This is my first time using I will post a pic to show you

I also use flo and Ovia to track my cycles but I've just entered all my information into femomter and she's seems accurate compared with the other apps

This is my reading from 1pm urine

So they can be confusing I wanted for the 10mins to finish and scanned again now it's at 20% and I'm in the high sections

Flo has predicted me as the 14th being my highest chance day ... but I'm not sure - off to check amazon for them tests now!

Hi 👋 I'm due to ovulate on the 14th too. This will be cycle 5 for me 😔 ttc no1. I use the clear blue ovulation sticks and the Clue app to track. 🤞fingers crossed for a lucky group!

Hi Ladies! Im in cycle 3 ttc baby #1.
I use Ovulation sticks purchased from amazon - cheap ones and this cycle I have bought the Clearblue advanced fertility monitor.
Not once have I detected an LH surge, Im thinking I may need a trip to my doc . I came off the pill at the end of March so I would expect to see something by now . My periods are like clockwork since coming off the pill - 24-25 days. Interested to see how everybody else is getting on with the sticks - do you see the LH Surge every month?

So I tested again this morning using the IC sticks and I'm still in the high % we had a day off yesterday DTD but will try today this is my first time tracking to see if I can see my LH surge.

@ElzP amazon delivered them pretty quick and for the price £4.35 for 30 + 5 pregnancies test I think is great and every test I've done a line has come up so far so they are definitely working As this is my fertile week so far only in the high category at 26% will test again this afternoon which is suppose to be stronger I read we normal has more LH from between 12pm-4pm I read online.

@Tiff94 so I got them! .... I think I can see a very very faint line (for the first time!) but the sticks say low even after 10 mins - maybe tomorrow for me as I'm a day after you! Fingers crossed

Wondering if I can join, I am not up to scratch with the lingo so will be doing lots of googling for that, this is our first month of TTC our first baby, after making the decision to postpone our wedding.

I am using the app clue but we are going to try and DTD every other day.

It says I am due to ovulate 18/7/2020
I have a 30.5 day cycle
AF is due 01/08/2020

Other than this I have no clue what I am doing so hoping for some advice and positive results for everyone x

Hi all so on my app (flo) it said today is ovulation day and it shows 7 possible days for preg but last month showed ten days I will attach photo to show , the hearts are when we dtd even though last month is first month trying and due to work etc we didn't do too well I've been off pull 3 months (have a 7 month old)

@lastbany my apps say I'm ovulating today now they changed all 3 to say today. I'd had EWCM and cramps all day so definitely know I'm starting to ovulating we DTD sat/sun tue today and will probably do again tomorrow/sat just for luck. Finger crossed this month it works

@ElzP my last test has been really faint today I can see a line but can't get it to scan sometimes try rescanning and better light.

@Tiff94 I have had period cramps today is this what you get? You would never think this is my 4th babay!! I'm useless! I have attached a photo of last and this month! Do you know why blue days are so much less?

@lastbany yes similar to period cramps just not as bad I get this almost every month at ovulation only some women feel it so if your having that then definitely ovulation time for you too we ovulation day buddies 😂 umm I'm not sure why flo is showing extra days for the previous month I use flo as well I would stay maybe they didn't know you ovulation date last month as you only have the 5/7blue days 5 before ovulation and two after predicted day for the egg to travel. Thats how I would understand it

@Tiff94 ah great!! A really hope so then! Can't see how we could dtd anymore than we have haha! So supose it's gonna be the tww now!! Ahhhhhh

Hello ladies 👋🏼 I am on cycle 3 of TTC baby #2. I used the CB OPK last month. This month I am also using some cheap OPK strips to also test in between, temping, following SMEP, and using pretty much every app going 😂

Really interesting they all predict different dates for my fertile week and expected ovulation. Got my first flashing smile on the CB this morning so expecting to ovulate hopefully Monday - Wednesday?

Is anyone else measuring their BBT? My readings seem to be all over the place!

@lastbany I've still got cramping this morning and EWCM so will DTD again today and then I'm sure I'm with u in the TWW

@mylittlebean2019 I'm following SEMP this month also for the first time to try see if it works but I never got my LH surge but definitely know I'm I'm ovulating stage at the present. So fingers crossed it's works this month for us all and we see BFP in about 2/3weeks

@lastbany I just had a though have you got flo app set to try to conceive I know when I had it at avoid pregnancy before we Started TTC it would show more fertile days so you can tell when not o do it haha maybe check your settings to make sure and id get Second or third app just to cross reference them together better way to pin point ovulation. ☺️

It's ovulation day for me. Had my surge last night and ovulation pains.

Im also doing SMEP and started seed cycling a few days ago.

Hoping this is my cycle. Sending baby dust

@lastbany once you change it it will definitely give you better predictions on ovulation hopefully you don't need to after this month baby dust to everyone 🧚‍♀️
