Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

Had you taken any tests before this morning?

My rhr has gone up this morning but only by 1bpm and I’m afraid at 10dpo it’s just not enough to make up for the humongous drop.

I keep peeing on OPKs for answers 🙈🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ which obviously won't tell me much 😂😂😂

CD2 and I'm so bored already lol! Keep checking when my next FW will be and getting annoyed it's so far away ha. I just want to get on with it to see if this cycle is the one or another dud.

I left a note with my GP yesterday to see what happens (quickest way to be seen at mine is via an online consultation) so should hopefully get a callback today.

Mine has gone back up 2 today so not really sure what it's doing now! It's probably in shock because I haven't drunk alcohol since Sunday 🤣 I'm 11dpo

I'm CD12 today, got Peak and lots of EWCM! Plus looks like my RHR has risen too for ovulation.

@poptypingchef yes, i generally have a dip after ovulation on either 2 or 3dpo.

Hi all, I've been lurking here a while because I find the whole rhr thing really interesting! I've got a Fitbit and have noticed changes throughout my cycle recently, so thought I would say hi 🤗

@Moominmiss my chart looks really similar to yours this month. I'm around 8dpo, rhr shot up to 70bpm around ovulation time but has now dropped back down to 64bpm. Not sure what that means and whether I'm out this month, I had a few symptoms but they seem to have gone away today... Who knows!

Hi guys, My increase in Hr last month was related to the heatwave, as soon as the weather cooled my HR dropped- AF arrived and I’m now on cycle 6 or 7 since miscarriage in January.
Lost track now!
Here is my chart I’m on cycle day 11 so about 9 days from ovulation gonna give it a good go this month wish me luck

I’ve tested bfn today. 10dpo I’m thinking it’s too late for any kind of change now. Wasn’t even a hint of a second line.

Still, I’m due to have blood tests done for the fertility specialist now so can crack on with those 🤞🏻

@SmileyT @Moominmiss I stupidly tested today at 11DPO when my amazon order arrived with a FRER. Same for me not even a hint of a line. Feeling so down now! Contemplating just testing in the morning to use up the other test so I can't then test again before AF due 😕😩

@meb89 ahh sorry you got a shitty bfn too. It sucks doesn’t it. When is your af due?

I know it’s easy for me to say and I know I certainly don’t take my own advice but you really aren’t out until you’re out!

I can’t advise you on the test because I have zero willpower and would have probably already used the second test by now 🙈

Thankfully I only have a ton of cheapies so it satisfies my poas need without breaking the bank!

@Moominmiss we both just need to hold our longer and take our own advice!! AF due on Sunday according to both apps. I think I might do what you do and buy some cheap tests. At least that way I can keep testing without feeling guilty it's waste.

What's your RHR looking like now?

Evening everyone. Thought I would pop on. Not really dtd much in fertile week this month but thought I would attach my temp and rhr charts the first red circle is end of af and second red circle is ovulation. I love a good chart it's fascinating!!! 13dpo today and af due today but nothing at the moment, I might test soon if nothing in the next couple of days. Fx for everyone testing. X

@SmileyT Just seen your charts here 😍 Im just thinking, could you have ovulated on CD11 and then on CD18 that's implantation? Anyway it doesn't really matter. Loving all these charts.
Also for RHR do you all note it down in the morning for yesterday? As in I note todays RHR tomorrow morning?

Do it! Cheap tests are my saviour! I buy packs of 30 or 50 off eBay, just the one step strips. Think I paid about £4 for 30. I figure that once a month is nothing compared to what I could be wasting on frers. I try to save my good tests for if I get a proper visible line on a cheapie lol.

So my rhr is still at 68 so still looks exactly the same as what I posted further up this page. I just have a feeling that I’ll wake up tomorrow and it will either have dropped again or stay at 68. I have no symptoms of pregnancy at all, so I feel I’ve accepted it hasn’t happened this cycle.
