Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

@LS2020 how are you cycle buddy? I have zero smidgens of a symptom and my HR has stuck at 55 which is so low 😭 if it doesn't rise soon I dont know what's going on because it can't dip from here at AF or my heart may as well stop 🤣

@mumof23188 I'm really hoping I'm in an implantation dip right now and then my RHR rises again. 🤞🏼Your current cycle looks really different to your previous two so that's promising. Oooh and OPK is interesting too!!! 🤞🏼

@Mrsi2020 Really hope there's a sticky BFP coming for you! 9 DPO could still be too early. Did you hold your wee for long before that IC?

So much for me staying cool. I decided I miss peeing on sticks and did an ovulation test, thing is I'm rubbish at reading them what do you think?

@2alreadywantanother think I’m going to buy some FRER ready for the morning! Will test with an OPK again and if it’s positive I will go and buy some!

@BabyDust13 which cycle day are you on? It’s not quite positive just yet but looking like it’s heading that way.

I have absolutely no idea what cycle day I'm on I haven't had a period yet since having a d&c 3 weeks ago but we wanted to start trying again straight away.

@2alreadywantanother ah I know what you mean! I just don’t trust the cheapies all that much! I didn’t have anything on it with my last baby and got a blazing positive on a FRER. Will be 10dpo tomorrow. The more I think about, I’m probs just going to wait 😂😂

I'm tentatively dipping a toe over here as I had an IVF transfer a week ago so have been keeping an eye on my fitbit. HR is usually 59 and doesn't vary much throughout the month and is creeping up a bit, now at 63.
Does that sound a positive change, or is it just the heat!?

Started having cramps now 😩 typical isn’t it! Don’t think I will bother testing early ever again 😭 sorry to have a moan!!

@mumof23188 I'm getting mild jabs and stretching cramps. Totally normal

@SarahTTC2020 mines gone up 1bpm but considering how hot and much lack of sleep I got, I’m not counting it as a rise 😭 haha oh gosh, hopefully it won’t drop much more, I normally go to about 53 for AF. Had very progesterone types symptoms but think that’s my body playing up as got my bloods done. I don’t think AF has been due on a Sunday for a while so feel this weekend is going to drag.

90 min hold on a Tesco . Can anyone see something ? Don’t worry I’m not getting my hopes up, but I could only get blue dyed tests as on hols so I bought these and a pack of clearblue . Will do frer when I get home on Friday if I think I need to xx

Shuda sent it cracked out of case. I’m going to wait for 3 hours and try not drink anything and do the clearblue! If it’s bfn I’ll commiserate with a vod haha . 🤞🏻 xxx
