Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

@Mrsi2020 total torture 😩. Yes had drank a fair bit. It’s so hot isn’t it!! Ahh I don’t know. I’m thinking it’s probably to good to be true.

I know I shouldn’t but I looked at the test again! It’s probably an evap now but can anybody see a vvvfl?

I can see it too but not sure if it’s evap either. I’ve had a bfn from the clearblue! 😭 xx

@Mrsi2020 thanks! I’m glad you can see it too. Makes me feel better 😂 but yes prob an evap now! Ahh no way!! I can see a line tho on the first pic!! I don’t think clear blue are very good tho are they?

@Mrsi2020 I can see a faint line on the Tesco one and possibly a hint of something on the CB. When will you test next?

@LS2020 Thats annoying when it revises it back down. What does your graph look like now? How many DPO are you now? Mine went up today from 64 to 69.

@Fran2020 yay glad yours has jumped so much 😊 attached mine, looks like I’ve flatlined 😂 I’m 11dpo and due on Sunday so not hopeful. Last month I ended up with huge spike 2 days before and then dropped right off day AF was due so will have to see what tomorrow’s looks like I guess

@LS2020 that’s so annoying when it does that! Mine was 64 all day yesterday then at 11.30 ish it changed to 65! Is your chart different from your other cycles?

@Parkandride that's definitely good and my RHR has been going down in the heat so I'm not sure it affects it really!

@mumof23188 Thank you! 🤞🏼 It's so annoying when the HR adjusts (obv ok if it goes higher!). Awww sorry about the test but I don't rate IC. I thought they were supposed to be accurate for low levels of HCG but I don't think they can always be trusted. How many DPO are you now?

@Fran2020 🤞🤞🤞🤞. I’m keeping everything crossed for you! Yes it’s annoying isnt it! It’s stayed on 65 today. I’m probably out because it’s not getting any higher! That’s true, I don’t rate them much either. With my last baby I had nothing on an IC but a blazing positive on a FRER! I’m 10dpo today.
