Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

@2alreadywantanother I mean if I was preg I imagine I’d have a squinted, I’ve been pregnant a few times (2 kids , 5 mc’s) and usually always have some kind of a faint line at 9dpo xx

@mrsi2020 the chances of even getting a faint that early are slim. Let's hope ur body is just playing tricks on u

7DPO...I woke up today with a headache. Now feeling really sicky and generally rubbish. I know it's hot but I feel even worse today. 😔 I really can't focus on my work either!

@mrsi2020 I've had to contain myself since Monday 🙈 nearly there now. I've been dropping wee hints saying God I feel hungry but sickly and my boobs are sore etc.

@fran2020 from 6/7 dpo I started having a headache. I'd headaches with my other 2 pregnancies. I had like ovulation twinges then too

@Fran2020 headache is a very good sign 😊 but also try keep hydrated incase it is the heat too!

Im 10dpo I think (my OPKs didn’t work this month). Had very weird symptoms this month. About 2-4dpo I had awful cramps and literally felt like AF was here, then over last couple of days boobs have been swollen but not sore and had a bit of nausea and funny tummy but not sure if that’s like a sickness bug? I’ve been a bit dizzy too but I think that’s heat so not putting much stock in symptom spotting this time 😂 just got to try hold off testing as it’s too much disappointment now I’m past the year mark

@Fran2020 eeekk, what about your fat burn zone have you got that on your gadget lol?

Last month I had a headache on 2DPO and 9&10 DPO
Month before on 4DPO
Month before on 7DPO
So who knows! I seems to always get weird cramp feelings for my TWW. But I'm not sure if today they are feeling different. 😬🤷🏻‍♀️🤞🏼

It’s a mind game the whole lot, pure booody torture (literally!) lol

My rhr is the highest it’s been at 79!!! Xx

@LS2020 🤞🏼 Yeah I'm trying my best to keep hydrated but sometimes drinking water can make me feel sicky. I will keep drinking it though regardless as I know in the long run, it'll help! Yeah I'm the same, this is cycle 14 so I don't put too much stock in symptom spotting anymore either! 😂

@Mrsi2020 No I don't seem to have the same but looking at my daily HR graphs, it's all green (unless I have exercised).

Im the same s as bout symptom spotting! I would never begrudge anyone getting pregnant easily and having an easy pregnancy but I really want that for myself too 🤣 , my journey seems to be getting more difficult! I have to remind myself I am sooooo lucky with the 2 kids I have and if I never have another I’m still so blessed xx

@2alreadywantanother yay!!!! Massive congratulations 😍😍 what a super strong positive. Lovely way to tell DH aswell. I didn’t test today as have no IC left. Got a free one with my OPks! Will do an OPK soon tho 😂

So stuck on 64 today! Had an awful sleep last night because of my little one being to hot. Has anybody ever had really aching groins in TWW? I feel like I’ve walked miles and it’s been like it for a few days now! I’ve barely done anything in this heat 🥵. I’ll attach my chart! Can anybody see a possible implantation dip?

I’ve added my last two cycles aswell! They look different compared to this one so far!

I'm not sure when AF is due. My cycles the past couple months have ranged from 33-47 days. I'm on CD43 today so I'll probably hold off testing until next week. I've gone through loads of ICs this week which I couldn't see anything on. I've got an FRER as well but don't want to waste it

@mumof23188 this is my chart see the implication dip. Went up and down then back up as far as peak after ovulation

@Fran2020 yeah I’ve had every symptom in the book and it’s got me no where so have decided symptoms are rubbish 🤣

@Mrsi2020 I don’t think you need to be worrying about symptoms with a fab graph like that!!

@mumof23188 I’m due on Sunday so not too long to wait I guess but not too long for my RHR to shot up! Hmm I think you may have had a dip on Saturday - does that work right for your dates? That’s a lovely patterned cycle though!

@HansBanans yes it’s totally different isn’t it! Good luck for when you do test again. Have you had any symptoms at all?

@LS2020 ah not to long to wait! Will you test before or wait to see if AF is a no show first? Yes can see what you mean with mine. Maybe that’s it? Not sure tho. Probably means nothing on mine 😂

@mumof23188 thank you. Not particularly ☹️ the only thing I've noticed is more CM than usual before AF and I'm absolutely melting today

Oh girls , I love you all, I pray there’s a bfp round the corner for me. This will be 5th bfp this year if so, bht this month I’ve been taking baby aspirin and really hoping it makes a difference!

@Mrsi2020 gosh has it been 4 already! Are you getting it investigated? I think you can get the ball rolling on that after 3 if i recall correctly.

Yep , got day 21 bloods checked and all checked and all was excellent apparently. They’re not checking his sperm as I get preg easily but may check it later if needed. Gp has referred me to fertility but said to keep trying and hopefully I don’t need it. She said I could try baby aspirin as long as I had no side effects (which I haven’t) as it can stop early mc . She said the fact I got positive digis on them all that she would class them all as mc and not cp. but either way I just wanna get and stay preg now lol. We won’t take any intervention tbh but we’ll get checked and if we can’t get preg we’ll stop trying. Xxx
