Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

@2alreadywantanother wow can see those lines! Good luck in the morning! Is it a normal CB or digital CB?

@fran2020 normal says can be used up to 4 days early. So fingers crossed

@mumof23188 Hmm yeah, really hope that's a good sign for you!! I'm feeling alright thank you, 6DPO now and got some pineapple in my weekly food shop so been eating that to help implantation 😊

Omg @mumof23188 that’s amazing ! Congrats - so early too!!!! 😱 I tested this morn, also only 8dpo but got a stark white bfn .

@Fran2020 glad you are ok ☺️. Ah yes I’ve heard about pineapple being good. I’m willing to give it a try next cycle. Will have a read up about it!

@Mrsi2020 ahh you are so kind! Thank you but the more I think about it the more I’m not convinced. It is probably just an evap or false positive! I only tested because I had a positive OPK and it happened to me last time I conceived. Definitely still very early for you! How’s your HR looking?

@SarahTTC2020 yeah clearblue is expensive so maybe only just buy one pack but worth a try! I’ll wait to see if AF is late, been trying over a year and it’s too heartbreaking now to test early and see the stark white!

@Fran2020 thanks - got a RHR jump today but considering I got up twice in night and had to move into living room as so hot, not putting much stock in it yet 😂

Anyone else get hardly any sleep last night with all of the thunder? (Assuming it wasn't just local thunder ). Checked my BBT and it's 36.77 which is high given AF is due, and RHR seems to have stayed at 71bpm, but with the very little sleep I had I'm not sure it can be trusted!

@hansbanans this is my chart.
I'm going to stop charging as will worry if it dropped and dont want stressing. My RHR has sat on 69 this few days. Last month after ov I went to 69, dropped then up again stayed at 69 for 2 days then started to decline b4 at. This one dipped after ov then started to rise and stay up.

@LS2020 Yeah it HR gets so affected but other things like that so not 100% reliable! It's crazy hot, woken up today with a headache. 😫

I'm 7DPO today and my RHR has dipped again.... 🤞🏼 for implantation!

@fran2020 look back at my chart. Mine went up and down around implantation time. So fingers and toes crossed for u.
According to ff I'm 14dpo and going to tell him when hes home from work. Didn't want planting it on him as he was going out as his head would be in over drive all day.
Gona do a loading sign on my tummy saying due apr 2021 🥰

@2alreadywantanother My fingers are crossed so tightly! 🤞🏼 I've had a dips before around implantation time but I think implantation might have failed before.
Good plan! I wouldn't want to tell my partner and then he left for the day. His brain would go in to overdrive too! Awww that's such a cute way to tell him! 😊

I’m 9dpo today. I’d usually have a shadow or something by 9dpo so I’m not hopeful but I do know im not out until af is here lol xx

Ah @Fran2020 🤞🏻 For you it’s a nice implantation dip! I’m so dehydrated and dizzy this morning, ready for work to be over 😫 fitbits revised my RHR down 1bpm so still up but no great gain, don’t think is in the cards this month sadly!

@2alreadywantanother what a lovely way to tell him tonight, I don’t know how I would want to do it as this would be our first so feel like need to make a big thing?!
