Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

Cycle day 38 now, still nothing and rhr continuing to drop. Never been this late in a long time! 6 days late now I think it is.

@Fran2020 seem to be having same thing as you this month, my RHR dropped after O and has then just flatlined.. I’m about 9-10dpo today (the big first drop is AF and then then high 3 days were O) so think I’m almost deffo out.

@ambs1994 how strange, it certainly looks like my normal charts where AF has arrived, do you think it’s just possibly a missed period?

Well...I give up...🤣 supposedly 4dpo today CD17.

@Fran2020 ah that’s what I normally get, a small decrease after O and then as progesterone ramps up, it rises again so hopefully it will carry upwards for you!

I’m just worried it’s supposed to be even lower as it’s been absolutely boiling these past few days so would have thought my RHR would be higher with not being able to sleep

So I didn't take a test this morning because I'm sick of seeing BFNs but just checked my chart. Hope it doesn't drop back down

@Mrsi2020 lol I see you're still an early tester! 7DPO would be progesterone symptoms and probs not even had implantation yet so might be best to pee on an IC and not waste the FRERs just yet! Even Wednesday will be too early to test really :)

@mrswilso never give up! 😊 is it different to what usually happens for you?

@LS2020 mines doing similar, rose a couple of days ago following a drunken Saturday and just flatlining again. Mine did similar cycle before last so I Def think I'm out and also wondering whether I only ovulate every other cycle.
Be shit if that's the case because my cycles are 35-43 days long as it is 😭

Yeah I've never had it drop so low mid cycle, usually get a nice increase. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see...again! 😂
Starting to get fed up with my body...hubby keeps catching me shouting "just do your fucking job!" at my uterus after DTD 🤣

@Fran2020 I did have a bit similar last month and got a quick peak and then straight back down so not feeling hopeful. My progesterone has hit with a vengeance (I think it knew I was having day 21 bloods yesterday) which is making me sad as all the symptoms are so similar.

@SarahTTC2020 that is a very up and down graph! It’s frustrating about your cycles and can empathise when it’s so long to wait. I only have 26 day cycles and I’m tearing my hair out after 10 days so feel for you. Do you do OPKs?

@mrswilso hmm that one isn’t in my fertility meditation but maybe I’ll give it a go 🤣

@LS2020 I do OPKs yeah but only did them daily and think I maybe missed a peak by doing them 24hrs apart (I had lows both days), or maybe I just didn't ovulate.
This cycle is weird and I just have no idea when AF will turn up!

I’m trying not to symptom spot but I’ve got weird aching in my groin today! Obviously could be anything but feels achy both sides! No nausea which I usually get and dizzy but that’s probably the insane heat 😂😂

@SarahTTC2020 which ones do you use? I use cb and work fine but tried cheapies for a spell and they showed nothing so might be worth checking brands out?
Your graph looks quite similar to mine, could you be 9-10dpo too?

@LS2020 I just use ICs at the moment so yeah maybe they just aren't that good! Yes I think I'm 9/10 dpo if I did ovulate!
Will you test or wait for AF? I think I'll wait this time but ask me again at the end of the week 🤣

Girls am I crazy? Been getting almost positive OPks so took a test! Can you see it?

@2alreadywantanother only approx 8dpo! Green is OPK, blue is preg test

@mumof23188 ah ok. I can see a faint on the 1 on it's own. It's very early tho. Implantation may not have happened yet. No advice on the opk sorry

I tested again on IC and got this. Gona do CB in the morning. Dying to tell DH but need proper confirmation 1st. I feel starved but sickly if u get me.

Perfect lines there! Will be blazing on a CB! Totally get you. Was you nauseous with your previous pregnancies? I suffer bad but never sick!

Not really. A bit, more felt sick and water brash. My poor sister and SIL both had awful sickness.
