Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

@mrswilso on Saturday 😊 I don't really feel much differently to previous months, and I'm not due until Tuesday, but we've got drinks planned for Saturday so I want to know whether I can join in or not. Fingers crossed for not 🤞🤞

@mrswilso @chrissagcat @mumof23188 Thanks! I've had some spotting today which I always get before AF. I can't tell if it's different from usual or if that's my mind playing tricks on me! I read that implantation bleeding can happen 7 days after actual implantation. It most likely means AF is on its way though. I reckon I'll at least take an IC tomorrow morning whatever is happening the rest of the day. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've attached my chart for shits and giggles - it's completely random and I haven't ovulated yet so there's not much to track but hey ho. CD15 tomorrow so let's hope I finally get my peak OPK!

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been missing for a couple of weeks, it's been a bit rough. My other half lost his job and I've found out that unless I start back to work full time then I don't have a job.

Anyway, things will sort out. I'm currently 2dpo today and only dtd once on ovulation day. How is everyone?? Xxx

@mrswilso what's yours looking like today? Mine seems to have plateaued which is decidedly boring for 9 possibly 10dpo! Not sure whether it will be a wasted test tomorrow 🙄

Morning, so I was pretty sure AF had started this morning but I tested anyway and got a BFN on an IC and the CBFM. 😭 Cycle 14 now! I've been feeling really awful today too: headache, nausea and cramps as well as emotional. 😢 I rang the doctors first thing to get the ball rolling on the next steps there and waiting for a call back this afternoon.

I'm sorry it wasn't the news you wanted @Fran2020 ❤️ hopefully getting the ball rolling with the doctors will be on of those sods law moments for you and you'll catch next cycle 🤞🤞🤞

@LV1987 exactly the same again!! I've stuck on 69bpm again today too - it's actually creeping me out how similar we are this month haha!

Ooooh show us your graph then @mrswilso! Are you still testing tomorrow? And how does 69bpm compare with your RHR pre ovulation? I'm currently at 64bpm but that's 3bpm faster than "normal" for me. Its creeping me out a little too!!

69bpm is what I was at when I got my peak reading! So it's not dropped any lower than ovulation yet...and I'm still 2/3 beats higher than before fertile week too...ooooh I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much haha!
Praying it shoots up 3bpm tonight haha!

I know what you mean @mrswilso I'm trying not to get my hopes up too... Mainly because I'm worried that being over excited might make my RHR jump and give me a false reading 😂😂😂

I'll know in about 18 hours either way, and I'm currently cool with that... But ask me again in 6 hours 😂😂

I'm creeping up too by another bpm. I was supposedly ovulating on 14th but would you say the app shows it more likely a few days later when it plateaued ? Was such a short period (21/2 days) last month so j just don't know when it could've been! @Fran2020 you aren't out until AF is here 😘 @mrswilso let us know how you get on tomo!

AF definitely arrived today so cycle 14 now! I've been feeling sad especially as I seemed to have different symptoms this time. Trying to keep positive though but it's hard 😔

The doctors called me back and I am going in on Tuesday for her to check my cervix and do some swabs. She'll also referring me for a scan and to the fertility clinic for HSG (but there's a bit of a backlog for there). Feel good to be doing something though! Hopefully get my partners semen analysis back early next week too.

@Fran2020 I am so sorry AF arrived. Look after yourself. You are bound to feel sad 😔. That’s brilliant that you’ve got the ball rolling with the doctors. Hopefully you get some answers soon 💕

My Fitbit died yesterday 😔 so no more RHR tracking for a while.
The data I have so far for this month Is strange for me.
It doesn’t look like I ovulated, I haven’t had any ovulation pains that I normally have either.
First pic is this month can see it doesn’t go above 66bpm
Second photo is last month- my LH peak was day 19 (72bpm) and i ovulated on day 20 at the currently on day 27 of a 30-34 day cycle so still got plenty of time for AF to show up. Only symptom is bit of sore boob on the sides. But not unusual symptom for AF.
Gutted that I won’t have my HR tracking for a while

@poptypingchef yeah they can, tbh they looked at everything for me, jobshare etc. Nothing is feasible really because my job is so time intensive and if it gets split then the data could be misinterpreted. Anyway, I'm on the lookout now, I really don't care what it is.

How's everyone doing, I finally caught up on the thread. How is everyone feeling this month? I'm not super positive really, supposed to have ovulated 3 days ago but had LOADS of ewcm today, to the point I had to put a liner in. I'm thinking I've missed it and couldn't dtd tonight cuz my OH has injured his leg running and slipped on mud. Boo!

I’ve had another weird drop in my chart, not ovulated yet but it’s decided to drop back down to AF level. It has however now started heading up today and I had my first flashing Smiley so looks like I’m bang on time.
