Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

Morning everyone! CD26/ 13DPO with AF due tomorrow/ Friday. My RHR has gone up again today to 69bpm (so far)! Last month it did go up to 67bpm randomly on the first day of AF so really hoping that's not happening. My RHR has been different from last few months so keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏼

@Fran2020 I'm so flipping excited - idk how you are not testing - I'd be pissing on ALL of the sticks lol.

That's looking quite positive @Fran2020 🤞 for another increase tomorrow and AF staying away!!

I've gone back up a beat today, at either 7 or 8 DPO.

@Juno231 I know right, I am impressed (and surprised) at my own willpower! I love that about pissing on ALL the sticks! 😂

@mumof23188 Thank you! Me too! I never thought I did, but since TTC and being more tuned in to my body, there seems to be lots of things! I have always spotted before AF properly starts though for 1-3 days. Main difference I've noticed this month is that for the last two weeks I keep waking up loads though the night and struggling to sleep. I'm still planning on trying to wait until Saturday! But I'll see what happens with my RHR and if any spotting comes. 😬🤞🏼

I'm worried about testing and getting a BFN or getting a BFP for it later to turn to a BFN! 😬 what cycle is everyone on again? This is my 13th 🍀

@fran2020 well let's hope it's a luck 13 for u.
I dont know when I ovulate or even if I still do. I'm 40 soon and only decided to ttc recently (cycle 2) my cycle is normally around the 30days but last was 33 🙄 what ever that was about. So going by my normal and recent cycle I'm due ov between 25th to 29th
So next few days DTD every 2nd /3rd day. And see about trying to do daily on those dates. I've opks this time so hoping to find out when if I do.
Do want to over do things or we would be out of steam if I ovulate later on those dates. Think that might be what happened last mths. App says I ov on 25th but with af late it was more than likely later. And we may have missed it. So fingers crossed this time

@fran2020 I'd love to hold off like you, would be so satisfying to finally see a BFP and it being a clear strong line rather than a squinter to worry about. I'm on cycle 7 :)

Finally my RHR is showing SOME sort of pattern 🥳 don't know what the random peaks in between are but my O was Saturday (or possibly Sunday) and seems to now be on the rise!

@2alreadywantanother Thabk you, me too!!! I've been so much more chilled this month, doing daily fertility yoga and had two acupuncture sessions. 🤞🏼that's good you've got OPKs, they are so helpful! Once I started using those, I found out I was ovulating earlier than the standard CD14! Yeah don't over do the DTD and be too exhausted for peak timing! Fingers crossed for you! 🤞🏼

@Juno231 Exactly, I want to see a nice clear line so there is no doubt! I honestly don't know how I'm not testing!! 😂 I hope this is your month 🤞🏼

I've asked on another thread but I wonder if you guys can help me too....

Me and my partner DTD tonight for the first time in a while and pretty much every position felt weird and uncomfortable. We eventually found one that felt ok. Also an hour of so later, I had the tiniest bit of blood when I wiped.

Has anyone else experienced that? Could it be early pregnancy signs?

@Fran2020 I’ve never experienced it so can’t give any advice. Sorry. Maybe it irritated your cervix? I know pregnancy causes swelling due to the rush of blood to the area but I don’t know if it’s a direct symptom of pregnancy. If I were you I would test tomorrow?

@mumof23188 Thanks, yeah that's what I was thinking. Also read somewhere that implantation bleeding can happen a week after you actually implantation and sex could make some of the blood come out.
Me and my partner agreed to see what happens today as I may test tomorrow.
RHR looks like it's down again... let's hope that's M for mother! 🤞🏼

I haven't really had anything significant since my my big dip. Not sure which way it's gonna go!

Mine hasn't updated yet, but it reckons I only had 4.5 hours sleep last night when I know I was in bed and settled a good three hours before it thinks I fell asleep, so I have a feeling it was playing up yesterday! What with it telling me I was dead the other day and lying about my sleep now, I think it might need to be replaced soon 😅

Here it is - down a beat to 64bpm today at 8 possibly 9DPO...

@mrswilso I was hoping it's implantation bleeding. But I don't know if I'm clutching at straws...
There was a little bit of pink which looked mixed with CM and kind of a bit stretchy like EWCM. Since I've had a little bit of very light brown when I've wiped.
I do usually spot before AF but I'm not sure if this seems different or if that's just my mind playing tricks on me!

Just wondering if this could be anything? AF due in 5 days - no symptoms whatsoever. This time last month I had a really high peak and sore boobs and think possibly failed implantation?

@mrswilso they are literally identical aren't they... I couldn't see it at first, but we even have the same dip before it peaks for ovulation! Incredible. When are you testing again?

I'm doing my best to hold off until Saturday at the very earliest. Due AF on Sunday and haven't had my usual big horrible spot appear on my face yet as it usually does a few days before. I've also had some boob soreness, some pretty intense bloating and peeing much more than usual...we shall seeeeeee 🤔
