Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

Mine went up by 1 but AF started properly today!

Hmmmmm, either mine is glitching or I died a bit yesterday 😂 waiting for it to sort itself out but found my 0bpm RHR so funny I just had to share... Looks like I got a bit too chill 😎

@LV1987 ah I've had that too since the weekend! It works fine once you click into it but most of the time just says 0 on the front page lol. I've also been struggling with my AF tracking in fitbit - it doesn't seem to recognise the one I input the other week but keeps suggesting a second one that I can't get rid of. Driving me nuts.

Mine literally never says 0bpm on the front page, but it has reset itself now, and has gone done another beat from yesterday. 6 or 7 DPO today...

I would have been really disappointed if I was dead, seeing as I've still got up and gone to work 😂😂

I am 4dpo (confirmed with OPK) and my HR is just doing the usual, no different from any other month but I have been more crampy the last couple of days. Far too early to be anything significant but a gal can hope😂 also used pre seed this month cos at this point I'll try anything 🙈 fingers crossed 🤞

Since and accidental pregnancy in November 2019 that sadly turned into a misscarriage. Wasn't sure I wanted kids till that happened. Since then I've had two chemicals and another misscarriage so it's all getting a bit stressful which probably doesn't help things!

@Alicespring I'm really sorry to hear that 😔 we're in our 13th month TTC now so I totally understand about things getting a bit stressful. Really hope it happens soon for you!

@Juno231 I had 0 this morning too - wonder if Fitbit was having a wee rest.

The last couple of months have been weird and not typical for me and probably due to my last chemical. However so far this month I’m following the same pattern right down to the same RHR on the same CDs. I gets crossed it will continue throughout the month. Doing all I can to make this one a success.

When is AF due for everyone? When do you plan to test? Before AF is due or after?

@fran2020 I'm only cd 10 so I'm a bit off, af was late last month so that pushed it out further so see what happens.

I'm only 4dpo 😂😂 will probably test around day 10/11 just because if I'm having another chemical I would like to know.
AF due on the 31st of July which is also my birthday so would be the best present if I got a BFP!

@Alicespring I really hope you get this as your birthday present! Would be fantastic.

@fran2020 In theory AF is due the 5th or 6th of Aug I think but was thinking I'd test at 11DPO as I haven't got the patience or discipline to wait until AF is late... So you'll see me in here with a BFN on the 3rd I suspect lol!

@Fran2020 I'm due 28th or 29th, but we've been invited to a free bar event on Saturday afternoon so I'm going to test that morning so I don't miss out if I don't have to 🙊 I'm thinking that will be close enough to be decisive either way!

@Juno231 how long do they reckon that ‘extra fertile’ period lasts? This will be my 3rd cycle since then although the other two were weird.

I’m CD8 - if I can I’ll hold out till AF is due, I’m pretty good st staying strong ... she says confidently 😂😂😂

I'm cd12 so probably just in fw although been ill so not fancied any sex yet. Need to get myself in the mood soon though or I'll be annoyed if i miss a cycle!

I'm out guys, AF has arrived properly today plus another 2bpm drop! I'm now out of the game until July/August next year (I'm actually fine about it though) sending lots and lots of luck to you all 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

@2alreadywantanother Ah that makes sense to be a bit later. When do you usually ovulate?

@Alicespring Hmm yeah I guess that's one good thing of testing early, then you can tell the doctor if needed. That would be the best birthday present EVER!!
