Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

Once a day until you get a darker line then step it up to twice daily @2alreadywantanother
I really should have stopped after I got my peak too - but I'm a bit of a geek and was interested to see what I got afterwards 🤣 next cycle I won't bother continuing after peak.

@mrswilso 😂😂 I'm predicting around the 25th. App is predicting the 29th. Either way the hubby will be happy 😂

@LV1987 it's so interesting to see the differences between the months! Do you think an dip in RHR could happen before, during or after possible implantation?

@mrswilso That's weird with a second peak, not sure why that would happen. I don't continue testing.

@mrswilso haha I know what you mean, there's always another way of tracking to add into the mix isn't there! I don't envisage myself adding fern testing to my schedule though...

@2alreadywantanother what mrswilso said! I test once a day (around noon) until it starts getting a bit darker and then up it to 2-3 times per day (12-4-8pm) as my peak is quite short and I've missed it in the past.

@juno231 the fern one is so weird! TTC is a whole new world of body awareness haha!

@Fran2020 glad you are ok and keeping positive 🤞 I think AF will arrive tonight or tomorrow morning. The cramps have started now!

@2alreadywantanother @Fran2020 ahh thank you both very much. Started with pink CM so I don’t suppose I will class today as CD1? Should I wait until it really gets going? Probably tomorrow?

Thank you @Fran2020 that’s what I thought but it’s so nice to be able to ask others ☺️. How’s your HR today? I’m interested to see if mine will drop to 60 tomorrow which was the same as CD1 of this cycle!

@mumof23188 definitely nice to be able to ask others! Its falling, really hope that doesn't mean it's just continuing to fall to AF. 😕 yeah that'll be interesting! Mine seems to do different things!

@Fran2020 When are you testing? Ahh I really hope it doesn’t! Is this usual for you? Does it drop off this early on? Hope it picks back up. If this is out of the ordinary for you maybe it’s a good sign! 🤞

@mumof23188 I think it does usually start falling on these kind of cycle days. But I haven't had a fall then rise like the other day. Argh who knows! Why does TTC have to be so complex! 😩 keeping optimistic though and wait to test on Saturday (af due Thursday/ Friday). We should get the results from my partners SA back at the end of this week/ start of next week too.

@mumof23188 well certainly not a fall around days that could be implantation I don't think.

My RHR is currently up again, wonder if it'll adjust down by much today 🤷🏻‍♀️
How's everyone else doing?

I'm back up by 1bpm this morning - 🤞🏻 fingers crossed it starts shooting up over the next few days!

@Fran2020 mines still huset trying to find its feet after two boozy weekends 🙊. OD some time this week but I reckon I won't be able to tell by rhr this time. I've attached my bbt chart too so you can see it working in tandem with my temps.
