TWW - anyone want to join?

Hey guys

Is anyone else in the TWW and want to join me in desperately trying not to test 😂

Currently 4DPO in cycle 9 of TTC, and frantically googling when is the absolute earliest I can test, driving myself insane!

How's everyone else finding the TWW at the min? Lockdown is making it harder cause I'm home all day with all my tests 🤦‍♀️

No AF for me yet but I kind of feel like she's on the way. I'll test again tomorrow if still nothing, it's our wedding anniversary next week so would be a really nice time to find out. But we'll see 🤞

I'm not sure @Bims2019 as I wasn't using OPKs but I think I'm around 15dpo as I had EWCM on day 13. Today was day 28 of my cycle and my period was due tomorrow.

@Pr24 my cycles are so all over the place to be honest! So it's hard to gage really! This is my first month using OPKs so I'm not sure what my LP length usually is. This is deffo the longest cycle I've had so far though so I'm probably going to test again Friday if there's no sign of AF! As for tips I would say make sure you're taking prenatal stuff if you aren't already, SMEP is meant to be good so you DTD every other day up to a certain point then DTD every day over ovulation and it's meant to give the best chance of conceiving from what I've read. What's your CM like at OV? If you don't have a lot of CM try Pre-seed or some other fertility friendly lube they can help the sperm get to the egg. During implantation it's recommended to stay warm so in the TWW wear fluffy socks. That's about all the tips I know of so far! I've read mixed reviews on certain positions being more likely for conception (sorry TMI hahaha) so you could always try that too, doesn't hurt to try I guess

Hi ladies sorry I have been quiet have just been catching up with the chat today congratulations @helia that is a strong positive I have been symptom spotting much this cycle I got my DD a puppy for her birthday so this has kept me occupied with sleepless nights and training this is a photo of the little terror here lol

Thank you for the congratulations too. I'm in a bit of a daze. I am glad I held off testing now and waited until the end of my cycle. I'm trying to decide whether to tell my parents and sister yet. I'm pretty anxious re coronavirus and I think it would help them understand why I want to carry on being cautious if they knew. I didn't tell them until I was 12 or 13 weeks with DS!

@helia she is a la chon so a cross with Lhaso Apso and bichon frise. Yeah it’s always a hard one on when you should tell anyone I didn’t really tell anyone until after my 12 week scan with DD but I suppose it’s just when you feel comfortable to tell anyone exciting times for you

My family holiday for the end of September has just been cancelled due to coronavirus so as a lovely surprise my parents rebooked a new one for us August next year! They don't know we're ttc so now I'm worried about the timing of getting pregnant/having a baby and the holiday in August next year omg the stress haha

Been getting small amounts of brown discharge this afternoon, so scared AF is going to come now :( I just don't know what to think. I got a definite faint BFP this morning so surely it wouldn't happen so fast if it was a chemical?

@JTB123 the brown discharge seems to have went away now, fingers crossed there's nothing in the morning 🤞🏼 I hav two FRER's and two clear blue digital left so I'm determined to get a BFP on a digital this week!!

How typical.. Af due today took a test bfn which I expected but right after I took the test af came!

Woke up to some more spotting and was dark red so unsure of what's happening, haven't taken another test yet too scared 😭 just want to cry. Second time this has happened if it continues

@mrsgtobe97 oh no! I've never had this, I don't know what it is sorry. Are you able to get an appointment with your gp or someone?

@Pr24 going to monitor it today, it looks a tad lighter now so unsure if it's going to stop, will know in the next few hours I guess 🤞🏼

The test is now negative, was a chemical pregnancy 😭
