AF due on/around 11/07 2ww buddies

Hi all, I'm trying for my second baby. My first is 2 and that physical need for a newborn baby has crept back again!! This is my first cycle trying. I have a 28 day cycle but generally have late ovulation (usually between cd16-18) and therefore I have quite a short luteal phase. I don't usually test ovulation I just base this on the consistency (tmi) of my cm!

Anyway I'm about 3dpo now... Anyone else?

I'm due AF 10.7 🤞 this month is the month! I'm 8DPO and just trying to put it out of my head until next week 😩

I've followed threads like this for a little while and now it is my turn to join in. Ttc # First cycle after a MMC *@SkyBlue20* The story with my previous (and first) pregnancy is very similar to yours and this is also my first cycle trying again. My MMC has messed up my cycles entirely so I think I could be due AF anytime between 8th and 14th July. I got pregnant very easily first time round so I've not yet got in to the monitoring side of ovulation too closely- just going on EWCM I think it was a week ago but my fitbit tracker thinks Monday just gone. Currently either 6 or 3 dpo! 2ww feels tough but we have done everything we could have and in some ways the pressure is off now for this month as we wait. I cannot express how much I wish the best of luck to everyone.

I’m with you on that! I don’t have them in the house so then I can’t test! I’m aiming for next weekend if AF hasn’t arrived but possibly Wednesday if I just need to know. Will Amazon Prime a rest when I’m ready... This TWW feels the longest ever. I’m not even sure we caught ovulation tbh but we’ll see - I have had some symptoms but not nearly as strong as last time.

I'm going to ruin my plans entirely today and buy some tests. You can only get them in pharmacies here (france) and I'm going to a cheap one today. I'll try to hold out to Weds still but I don't trust myself!
I am sure I had sore boobs last night and this morning and my brain says "if there is enough going on to give you fore boobs then there must be enough to show on a test."

To answer your question,i work in the ski holiday industry. So obscenely busy December-April, a decent amount of work July and August for summer holidays but bugger all the rest of the time.
Maternity pay for self employed is decent here, based on the previous 12 months. I'm not sure if the impact of covid will be taken in to account. But either way, it would be much better for me to be off work during a quiet period. Beggars can't be chooses though and any date would be wonderful!

How many DPO are you @ALew15? In the 10 months we've been trying I've not tested (just waited for AF), but we've booked to go to the pub tomorrow (we're that excited about the pubs reopening 😂) and now want to test so I know if I can have a few gins or not! Guessing 8DPO is far too early??

@skyblue20 thank the lord for amazon prime haha. I ordered the one step ones from eBay. They're due either tomorrow or Monday!

I'm 7dpo today and feeling totally fine except still increased saliva 🤔

Canes and did a cheap test this morning at 8 dpo 🤦🏻‍♀️😂. No idea why and obv got a bfn.
I have a frer in the drawer so think I’ll hold off now until start of the week when I’m 10-12 dpo to test

Me too @LT103! I'm 9dpo...of course was a bfn!

Hmmm also started spotting this morning. Hoping it’s implantation and not af but I spotted for 5 days before af last cycle 😢

@LT103 and @Tink2019 I did too this morning at 8dpo - my tests arrived early and obviously got bfn. I know it'd early but it is still disheartening isn't it?

LT - spotting is a great sign fx for you! If it is implantation apparently HCG can show up 2/3 days later. I've had a bit of cramping today 🤔

I’m just worried I’m going to do the same as last month and spot for a few days then turn into af. It was unusual for me last month but hoped it was just a one off. Been cramping on and off since ovulation too! I guess no way to know other Than wait it out and see. Time goes slow when you’re having to wait!!

@ARIO it really is, although I did mine at 3.30am as just couldn't hold a wee in any longer so didn't think too much about it after as fell straight back to sleep. Not sure if I should've waited until I actually got up, never tested before.

@LT103 I've had cramping since O too, but I do often get cramps during 2WW so don't think it's a good symptom for me.

It’s comforting having people at the same stage. I can’t talk to any friends or family about this! I think so long as you held it in for 4hrs it’s fine. I’m planning to check a frer on Monday I think. Not checking tomorrow as Dont imagine will be any change.

I'm 4 dpo, came off pill earlier this month so no idea when af is due. But based on approx 12-14 days after ovulation I'd say it's due anywhere from 12th -14th July. So similar stage to most of you! I think we DTD slightly too early - it was early hrs of Sat morning and I got a positive opk on Mon & Tues... but who knows! Fingers crossed for us all

@Thewhalewhisperer sorry for the delayed response. Work has been crazy and I am utterly exhausted today.

I'm glad we postponed now actually. We've been able to start work on the house to prepare for a family (our hallway is very tiny so we are extended it by getting an open plan porch to allow for a pram to get through easily)

@LouJ85 welcome!! This is my 2nd cycle off the pill. I didn't ovulate at all during the first one (well I never got a positive OPK). But my cycle was 27 days. When are you thinking of testing?

@LouJ85 hey! Sperm can live up to 5 days so you can definitely still be in with a chance!

@ARIO I hope so. If it's not that then I hope it isn't ovulation bleeding. My OPKs are still negative so I can't see it being anything else. I'm 7dpo today

@LouJ85 I wouldn’t count yourself out. Even if you didn’t ovulate til the Wednesday, the sperm can survive up to 5 days so you’re still in with a shout!
