AF due on/around 11/07 2ww buddies

Hi all, I'm trying for my second baby. My first is 2 and that physical need for a newborn baby has crept back again!! This is my first cycle trying. I have a 28 day cycle but generally have late ovulation (usually between cd16-18) and therefore I have quite a short luteal phase. I don't usually test ovulation I just base this on the consistency (tmi) of my cm!

Anyway I'm about 3dpo now... Anyone else?

@bluemints oooh that's so lucky! I wish I was able to just relax but I'm worried that I'd miss my fertile window and then get myself down that I wasn't actively trying. We were supposed to get married in May but postponed to August 2021 and would really love to have a baby by then so we're going to give it another cycle (if not successful this cycle) but then put it on hold until after the wedding if still no BFP. After that we have all the time in the world to relax and enjoy it

@JellyJean welcome! I had an issue with one step OPKs. Then bought another brand and they worked better for me. Got my first highs and peaks this cycle. How many times a day were you testing?
I felt very exhausted yesterday. Had no energy whatsoever to do anything but I put it down to exhaustion from DTD so much and late nights. Feel a bit more energetic today though. When are you thinking of testing?

Hi! I'm due 10-12th July on two different apps. This is my 2nd cycle off the pill and I've had success with an OPK this month.

Considering buying some ICs but they all have terrible reviews on Amazon 😂

@Sdoo4 are you doing SMEP? If so, I'm sure you DTD for 3 days straight then skip one then DTD one more from your first positive OPK not your peak but I could be wrong. I'd say if you've both got the stamina then do it. There's nothing to lose I'm pretty sure I ovulated the day after my peak but there's no sure way to know other than tracking BBT from my understanding. From your peak, estimated ovulation time 12-36 hours afterwards I believe (completely new to this tracking game so correct me if I'm wrong)[/quote]
I did SMEP this month
I’m sure I’ve done enough on the BD front but I got a positive OPK a few days earlier than normal. It usually happens on CD14. Wish I’d have BD on CD11 now but was filling SMEP to the letter. I done my miss a day and I deffo ovulated on the Green Day because I had horrific ovulation pain all that day

@Balajake I e never used fertility friend before. Do the triangles represent DTD days?

@Nazz10 I’ve tried to follow a SMEP but the guides start from CD8 and testing from CD10 so usually ovulating around CD14. This is CD21 for me as I have a long cycle so it gets confusing. Last month I ovulated early on CD17 so was prepared with the OPKs in case I ovulated earlier but seems I’m ovulating later this month. So far we have BD on CD8, 11, 14,16,18,19,20 and will try again later since I got my peak today.

I’ve just googled though and it says BD for three days in a row from when you get a peak. Don’t think I can handle anymore and if there will be any sperm left lol!

Also feeling quite crampy now so something is happening in there.

Due af 12th July. Currently 2dpo after getting positive opks at the weekend. Feeling really hopeful for this cycle as I've been having really long cycles. Currently standing at over 100 days I will probably test early as I have no willpower

@Balajake ahh yeah I bet it's more frustrating with longer cycles and much more hard work 😂
Ahh ok so it's from peak not just positive. I got my high in the morning and then peak in the evening so hopefully I'm covered.

So this cycle so far:
cd1-6: AF
cd8: BD
cd11: BD
cd14: BD + EWCM + low LH am/pm
cd15: BD + high LH in am, peak in pm
cd16: BD + high in am, low in pm. O day.
cd17: BD

On cd19 today so will DTD tonight just to get that last chance in.
So we didn't start off every other day like SMEP recommends (due to shift patterns) but think we might have covered it around ovulation. Wish we would have DTD on cd13 though

Yeah I feel a little bit crampy today too. Hopefully a good sign 🤞🏼

@Purplefairy25 100 days!!! Wow! I would die from anxiety and frustration 😂 when are you going to test?

@Nazz10 I nearly did 😂 probably from wed/Thurs as that would make me 10/11 dpo. I've got a bunch of ic to burn through and then will probably get a couple of frer ones for when I'm actually due

@Nazz10 I was doing once a day until the CB test popped up with the peak then I did 2 further cheap strip tests that day and the following...as I say I think I just missed the peak with them but they did at least show a rise, then the line disappeared completely the next day. I only used the CB advanced with my last pregnancy (and we conceived 1st cycle) so still getting to grips with the other tests this time!
I'm thinking I might test next Weds/Thurs but will try and hold out as long as possible!

So nice there's so many of us due to twat around the same time. I didn't use Opks but think I'm now 5dpo. Although I keep telling myself it's too early to have symptoms... I've had loads of cramping and back ache. I usually get some around ovulation but this has been really quite bad to the point I had to take paracetamol. I've also been gassy (sorry tmi) and had heartburn which I never get. So who knows of that means anything or not 🤷

I've order some cheap pregnancy tests that are due to arrive Monday which will be my 10dpo so I might test then or maybe morning urine on Tuesday (11dpo)

@Purplefairy25 sounds promising for this month. Gosh 100 days!!

@Nazz10 @Balajakethe SMEP sounds interesting if I don't have a lucky month this month I might try next month!

@ario cramps, backache and gas were some of my symptoms for my pregnancy so sounding positive! I also had symptoms from what I’m sure was around 3DPO (sore nipples).

All of my symptoms seem to have disappeared this morning so not hopeful for this cycle but I guess time will tell 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ah thanks. I have a 2 year old DD but can't foe the life of me remember what the 2ww was like!!

How many dpo are you @skyblue20? Don't rule things out just yet!!

@ario I tracked my last cycle in Ovia so keep looking back to see what my symptoms were. It’s good as it’s a reminder but bad as I’m comparing them to this time and having to remind myself it may not be exactly the same - it would be a whole new pregnancy.
I don’t know how many DPO I am as not too sure on my cycles and it’s my first after a MMC, when they can be messed up anyway, so it’s a bit of a waiting game. I’m CD25 of what I think is usually a 32-35 day cycle so trying to hold out another week or so before testing if AF doesn’t show...

Is anyone else getting twinges? I've not been searching for symptoms as convinced it's not my month but I only get these twinges when I lie down!

Been crampy in my left hip. Hoping to feel nothing at all because I didn’t feel anything but sore boobs at 9dpo in my other pregnancies 😒.

I’m a huge believer in no symptoms being a good sign. 4dpo today

Hi there. Af due 11/7 for me too. This is my 3rd month ttc number 1, first month properly trying. Tracked ovulation this month. Got peak ppl on cd13 and pain/spotting on cd14 so assume ovulation. Had cramps and spotting again about 2 days ago but seems to have settled now so not sure what that was. Currently 5dpo and resisting to the urge to google every little twinge just in case it could be pregnancy 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Ario haha same for me, my DS is 14 months but I can't remember the tww last time at all either! The only thing I wrote down was sore boobs about 3dpo but I can't really go by that this time - as I'm still bf but trying to stop, so the discomfort that causes could easily be mixed up with this!
@Nazz10 no twinges as such but I'm definitely getting crampy feelings now and then.

@Nazz10 yes twinges and cramping for me today at 5dpo. Also feeling very run down today like I'm getting a cold but I didn't sleep well last night so could be why.

Hey @LT103 I'm 5dpo too. So hard not to symptom search.

Everyone is so different and every pregnancy is different but I still can't help wanting to compare!
