AF due on/around 11/07 2ww buddies

Hi all, I'm trying for my second baby. My first is 2 and that physical need for a newborn baby has crept back again!! This is my first cycle trying. I have a 28 day cycle but generally have late ovulation (usually between cd16-18) and therefore I have quite a short luteal phase. I don't usually test ovulation I just base this on the consistency (tmi) of my cm!

Anyway I'm about 3dpo now... Anyone else?

@ario I’m failing miserably at the not google searching. I had lots of cramping and spotting 3 dpo. (Also had spotting on day of ovulation) so I don’t know what the 3 day one was. I’m assuming due to change in hormones as too early for anything pregnancy related. Cramps now better but 5 dpo and still lots of cm so 🤞🤞

So good to have lots of others due at the same time. Hope for lots of bfp s

@ario. I said I wouldn’t test early but I’m lying to myself haha. I’ll probably test at 12 dpo which is a week today....the wait is killing me tho!

@ario what about you? Are you waiting to see if af comes or testing early?

I've ordered some cheap pg tests online which arrive Monday.. I'll try to wait for fmu on Tuesday but realistically I reckon I'll do it straight away when they arrive!! I'll be 10dpo

I have a few cheap tests and 2 frer tests in a drawer so waiting is definitely going to be tricky haha

My frers arrived last night. I have lots of cheapies though so I’ll be very proud of myself if I resist testing with the cheapies on Sunday 😂

Earliest I’ve had a positive test is 10dpo and it was a squinter. They did get darker by evening though so I think evening pee is more potent

Hi ladies, have just been having a read and thought I'd say hi as AF is due on the 8th for me and I'm currently 7dpo...although I have suspected PCOS so it's always tricky knowing if I have actually ovulated as get high OPKs on and off throughout the month, but temps went up (albeit slowly) so hoping I did. My cycles are between 27-37 (this is a longer than normal one) - I cant imagine how you ladies coping with even longer cycles than mine do it. It drives me nuts waiting for O!

Me and my husband have been trying for 10 months and I'm finding TTC tough now - I'm 34 and my husband is 37 so all our close friends have families already or are pregnant. I know that shouldn't matter, but we just desperately want children.

@SkyBlue20 your experience sounds utterly heartbreaking, I can imagine when you get your BFP it'll be an anxious time. Really hope you get it soon and everything works out x

8 or 9 DPO here. No symptoms but have creamy cm discharge for 2 days. Can this mean anything? AF due approx monday 6th July 😬 always too scared to test. 3rd cycle ttc #1. Had MMC last Nov x

4dpo and counting down to when I can test 😬 cd105 ordered some frer off Amazon last night in anticipation

@Purplefairy25 I ordered some too in anticipation. And the cb how many weeks just so I can see it in writing 😂 I've only done it because I know that if I do get a slight line I will be too inpatient to wait for amazon to deliver

@Nazz10 I think I'll start testing on Tuesday with the IC just on the off chance. At least I'll feel like I'm doing something. I'm so hopeful that for a bfp

I'm now off to compare prices for CB digi tests 😂

You guys made me crumble and I've just bought FRER online too. Think they're coming on Monday. Usually use B&M cheapies 😂😂

@Purplefairy25 😂 yeah I'm going to use ICs first then if I get a line I'll use FRER and then use cb digital if it's looking good. We are hoping it's a BFP too. It's only our 2nd cycle TTC but we have 1 maybe 2 more cycles to try after this one before leaving it until next year so really want this to work.
How many dpo will you be on Tuesday?

@ALew15 I've seen that creamy CM is a positive sign so fx for you. Mines kinda gone clumpy now 🤔 so who knows.

I'm 6dpo and had no symptoms at all today except quite a lot of saliva?!! I had loads of cramping yesterday but that's gone now.

I'm hoping to hold out until Tuesday.

@SkyBlue20 The story with my previous (and first) pregnancy is very similar to yours and this is also my first cycle trying again.
My MMC has messed up my cycles entirely so I think I could be due AF anytime between 8th and 14th July.
I got pregnant very easily first time round so I've not yet got in to the monitoring side of ovulation too closely- just going on EWCM I think it was a week ago but my fitbit tracker thinks Monday just gone. Currently either 6 or 3 dpo!
2ww feels tough but we have done everything we could have and in some ways the pressure is off now for this month as we wait.
I cannot express how much I wish the best of luck to everyone.

@ALew15 😂 sorry! It is the way to go though if you're impatient and would be moody if you didn't have one in your cupboard as soon as you needed it (like me) 🙊😂😂

@Thewhalewhisperer welcome! Sorry to hear about that 😢 hope you're ok. This is one thing I fear the most when TTC. But I guess we can't mess with biology and nature and whatever happens will happen for a good reason. When do you think you're going to test?

@Purplefairy25 ooh exciting. The days go by so slowly. It felt like weeks ago since I got my positive OPK. It's only been 5 days 😫 Going to try and hold out until 10dpo

Thank you. I am still up and down. Today is difficult as I am working for a friend and she has a huge bump and is the same stage of pregnancy I would have been. I am obviously devastated it happened but at the same time I can see how much it has made me grow as an individual and my husband and I have grown even closer. It has made me more certain than ever that I want to start a family!

May I ask why it is you only have a couple more cycles before you need to stop for a while?
I do seasonal work and am self employed so timing is a consideration for me too. Waiting another month would have been sensible but I am scared to delay as I'm 34 and husband almost 40.

@Nazz10 I should probably hold out to at least Wednesday or Thursday but I know what I'm like 😂 I have had a bfp at 9dpo before. He's asleep in bed can you tell I have no patience when it comes to poas? 😂

@Purplefairy25 I'm going to try to wait until Wednesday too. The plan is just not to buy any until then. That way I can't do a spur of the moment poas but it will have to be a carefully planned one.... seems like a bad way to build up pressure though!

@Thewhalewhisperer aww I bet it's the worst feeling 😞 you sound quite positive though and I'm glad you're seeing the positive side of it.

We are getting married next August. It was supposed to be May just gone but due to obvious reasons we had to postpone it. We were supposed to be TTC straight after our original wedding date but on the day we postponed it we decided for me to stop taking the pill and we will just give it a shot for the next 3-4 months. If we're not lucky enough to conceive by the 4th month then we will just leave it until after the wedding.
I would love to carry on trying but I really don't want to be pregnant on our wedding day. Plus I picked my dress up just before lockdown and if I was pregnant then it would mean I would have to buy a new dress and it's an additional stress (mentally and financially) that I probably wouldn't appreciate as a pregnant woman. Particularly the financial side of it. With all the baby stuff you have to buy etc

What seasonal work do you do if you don't mind me asking?
