My cycle is also only 24 days not. Shorter on the luteal phase. Still ovulate on cd14.

Thank you @Rumi1 and @lucieloos it's reassuring to hear others have had a change in cycle timings.
Im on CD12 today and got a positive opk, so I guess something must be working....

How are you getting on?

CD13 here today and positive opk. Managed to dtd today and probably tomorrow as well but that's all for this cycle. Just not feeling it and needed a bit of a break.

Just got a negative pregnancy test result on a chemist own-brand “early detector” test (AF due in 2 days). I feel crushed, but I knew AF would be here soon because I’ve been so moody etc.

Now a part of my brain is saying “maybe 2 days is too early”. I shouldn’t test until AF is late (it never is), so I don’t know why I get myself into that spiral! Ahh!

@Tiletiletile1 could be too early, and AF symptoms can be the same as early pregnancy.

I'm staying away from tests, a negative just seems to make the disappointment last longer every month. I'd rather hold onto positivity for as long as possible. Then when AF comes, you're at least on countdown to fertile week already.

Im on cd18 I ovulated on day 9. Its only my second cycle after coming off the pill so I'm still a bit up in air but im taking it my cycle is 28days for now. I defo ovulated day 9 . We dtd day 9 10 and 11.
I've had cramping on and for a few days now. Like period pains. Could be AF on its way. When could I test? Xx

@Tiletiletile1 still could be to early for uou. Dont give up hope yet.

@selina37 im thinking the same. Just wait another 2 weeks and I can test. Im just so impatient xx

@Hayleywoody82 I could be wrong but I would be surprised if you had a 28 day cycle if you ovulated on day 9. That would make your luteal phase 19 days long which would be a normally long. Average I would say is somewhere around 11-13 days so the cramps could mean af might be on way unfortunately.

I have gotten a stronger line this morning on a opk. Going to take it I'm ovulating at around CD 13/14 which means I'll probably be testing in 6 days (it will be 6 days before af is due) because I'm a complete sucker for punishment.

I usually don’t keep pregnancy tests in the house because I can’t resist - but happened to be in the pharmacy yesterday for something else, and bought one before I could stop myself! 😅

@lucieloos I was hoping couldbe implantation pains maybe. But your probably right. My cycles used to be about 31 days but that was a very long time ago. Since coming off the pill it seems there alot shorter.
I will just have to sit back and wait see if AF arrives xx

@LouJ85 it depends on your cycle length. There is instructions in the box that tell you what day to test as per your cycle. I was unsure of my cycle so guessed 28 days to start with xx

Thanks @Hayleywoody82 - I'm pretty sure before I was on the pill it was either 28 or 29.

Anyone else in TWW? I'm about 4DPO and it's going sooo slowly. 😬

@LouJ85 I use Femometer ones but start testing around cd8/9 just once a day so I don’t miss it. There’s a guide somewhere for when to start depending on length of your cycle

@lastditchattempt20 my tww is going so slowly too!! I still have about 6-10 days before af Is due and I don’t have any symptoms at all. If I don’t fall this month we will give next month everything we got and then I’ll get in touch with the drs as we will have been trying for 9 months. How long until your AF is meant to show?

@lastditchattempt20 do you go through all the emotions in the tww like yes this is going to be the month, it’s definitely going to be the month I can feel it and then changes to- no this isn’t the month, I can tell it’s Definitely not the month!

I'm in the tww too. 9 dpo today. Feel like I've got a second shot at it as I found out I ovulated later 😂

AF definitely on its way for me. my cycle has changed so much. Its so much shorter.
I really thought I had a chance this month. I kniw exactly when I ovulated and we dtd on time.

I'm just into my fertile week. I think I'll ovulate Thursday or maybe Friday. Aiming to DTD pretty much every day as I feel like we maybe didn't do it enough last month. My main aim this month is to not let ttc take over my life. It's too upsetting.
