It’s hard when af symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms are so similar.
If AF is going to show up this month I’d rather she show up sooner than later as I have a week of annual leave and would like what so I can at least try and relax a bit more!

@Muda I'm in the same mindset! I'm going to see my GP if we don't get a positive this month, so the hopeful part of me feels this will be the time it works!

So many of my friends have stories of giving up and making appointments with GPs or to start IVF only to get pregnant once they don't expect it anymore. I believe stress plays a huge part.

CD16 here and I finally got a high on the CBFM. Don't think my high days have ever started so late. Hopefully won't have to wait long for a peak reading as ive been concerned my luteal phase is getting shorter so I want to ovulate in time to have a proper shot.

Im hoping AF doesn't comr before Wednesday then at least that will off give me 12 days of luteal phase. I didnt have a clue about it cause I'm new to all this until someone mentioned it. I read 10 days or less of luteal phase isnt good.
Im on day 10 now of luteal phase so fingers crossed. Xx

Pretty sure I’m out but didn’t expect much from this cycle. Day 26 and having some spotting already so expect to start in the next day or so.
It’s weird having periods after so long (13yrs!!)

I’ve been testing with CB since Wednesday, had a flashing smiley face since Thursday so we’ve been DTD every day since. Was expecting the static smiley today but nope, still flashing. Maybe tomorrow but if not I’m guessing I haven’t ovulated?! Or can it be missed? Haven’t had my usual twinges yet so may just be later this month. Unless I think I’ve been ovulating but actually don’t. If there’s no joy this month it’s definitely a GP appointment for me

@shinylovesshoes once you get a flashey you test twice a day. I did then on 3rd on 2nd test of the day in the afternoon I got a static xx

Hi ladies cd12 for me. Tested with CBA first thing and got low. Tested again this afternoon and got peak. Thought it was a bit strange that I went from low to peak. We were visiting family this weekend so have not dtd since last Wednesday. Hoping to catch it by dtd today and next two days 🙏

At least twice a day. When my cheapies start getting darker I can test 5 or 6 times in a day (not necessarily all with cbd as that's crazy expensive lol) but definitely with cheapies

@Hayleywoody82 @claireb707 didn’t realise this, thanks! I’ve probably done it wrong this month then 😩 I’ve got a few left so will test again today and tomorrow and then leave it for this month and just hope we’ve DTD at the right time

@lastditchattempt20 AF got me, was so convinced I had got lucky too. Hate that PMS symptoms are so similar to early pregnancy! Anyways, it finished today and I'm raring to go again lol. Since I've only had one bleed after getting my coil out, I have no idea the length of my cycle. Without starting OPKs, when should I start DTD after stopping bleeding to make sure I catch my fertile window? x

@EJay84 I have a short cycle (26 days) so I start testing on CD8. As you don't know your cycle yet, might be worth starting early so you can make sure you don't miss it.

Just checking in and catching up.
Day one or two of the tww and feeling pretty blah. I've had pelvic pain for the last 3 days, which has now subsided, so assuming it's been ovulation as I got my positive opk on Saturday/Sunday and a fair amount of ewm today....

@lastditchattempt20 how do I count what CD 8 is? x

Oh- CD1 is the first day of your period.

Told myself to go with the flow this month do obvs been checking CM like a mad lady!

Think I am around O time, feel a few twinges etc but CM only seemed to change at the end of the day. DTD last night and will again tonight anyway. Will try not to read into everything too much this month 😬

So how is everyone doing? I got my peak opk this morning just in time for oh going away for 2 days with work 🙄. Managed to dtd last night though which was 4 days in a row so hopefully that will be fine. Not convinced we’ll manage anything tomorrow night when he’s back So that’s probably my effort for this month. Typical it happened to be the worst day for going away!!

Managed to be a bit more relaxed about it this time but will see how the 2ww goes.

Am I the only one that feels relieved when it gets to the end of fw? 😂😂

I'm relived when it's over but that's when I start getting obsessive and negative thoughts! Trying not to think about it much at the moment but it's just so difficult 🧐

Well yes. I was still on furlough last 2ww so spent whole time googling every little symptom. Hoping it will be easier this time around now I’m back at work.

I always just worry about timing dtd and what if oh too tired at right time etc. I can cope with it taking time to conceive but I’d hate to not even be in with a chance so I now feel like I can relax for a bit......until next week when I start having to resist the urge to POAS 😂

Although today was my first time having to check an opk at work haha. That was fun trying to sneak it in and out to toilets 🙈

@LT103 Yeh I look forward to the rest when fw ends 🤭 and it takes a bit of effort to time it right and life has a habit of getting in the way. Last month the mil turned up for dinner on peak day 🙄 of all days.
