So cd12 for me today. I got ⭕️ on cb digi opk but I know I normally ovulate on cd14 and at times don't get a high reading just straight to peak tomorrow. I know I should be getting on and dtd tonight and tomorrow but just feel like I can't really be bothered lol. It feels an effort to bring it up with dh and he's due an op next month on to sort out a narrowing of urethra which makes me think that may have been our problem conceiving in the first place so just wonder if there's any point now until he's had that done. I should make the effort though but ugghh.

I'm in the same boat as you @Muda 2DPO and desperate to test. Had chemical pregnancy last month so hoping more fertile?? But going to try and wait it out...

I'm being very laidback this month! Consciously ignoring my body and just trying to enjoy me life, trying to recreate some of the honeymoon period, which in some ways we are in again. (While secretly knowing when I should ovulate!)

Just trying to go very much with the flow. It's difficult, especially at this time of life, but the only 'tip' that seems to work is RELAXING about TTC. Couple that with knowing when you most probably ovulate, it's the only way I know how at the moment! 😀

@Loladoodle yeah same here I don't think it's happening tonight. I wouldn't mind but after last month I just don't really know how to initiate things around this time again so it doesn't look forced and I'm just tired of thinking about it really. See if things are any different tomorrow.

Do most of you ovulate around the same time each month? Last month was my first month tracking and if it falls on same day this cycle, oh will be away for work day before and day of ovulation 😩. Just need to squeeze in what we can around it I guess?

CD16 here and the CBFM is still showing a low reading. I would normally have had a few days of highs by now if not a peak already.

I think it must be the CoEQ10 that's delaying things this month as Ive read similar things here. I don't know if to stop it and hope i ovulate soon/things go back to normal next cycle, or to stick with it. I'm worried my luteal phase will end up being too short if it makes me ovulate late in the cycle.

What does CoEQ10 do @Semele5069 ? I'm a bit clueless with supplements and tbh usually forget even to take my multivitamins. It's amazing that it might disrupt your cycle like that.

Hi @Sleeeeeepy It's ubiquinone/ubiquinol and there's a lot of evidence that it improves egg quality in older women.

I've decided I'm going to keep taking it and give it a proper chance (apparently takes 3 months to make a difference to egg quality), I've just thrown everything at TTC since my April miscarriage and unfortunately some of the strong supplements seemed to make my cycle go haywire so I've regretted that! My cycle was really regular before so I hope it will reset now I'm back to just folic, Vit D and CoEQ10.

Where does everyone get their ubiquinol from? It's so expensive.

I am 39 and ttc #3. DC are 6 and 2 and this will be our first cycle after finally convincing the other half to have one more.

My cycles have changed quite a lot since I had DC2, I've gone from a 28 to a 24 day cycle, anyone else experience this as they have gotten a little older?

I bought mine from Amazon.

It did lengthen my cycles a bit, went from 28 days to 34.
Not sure about egg quality as I didn't get any tests whilst taking it

I'm 37 , me and hubby have 2 beautiful boys ( 16 &5) we don't really feel complete hence why we are trying for number 3

My cycles have changed since turning 37 in March

I've gone from a regular 28 day cycle to 24 days - ovulating in CD 11/12

Never before have i had this

Definitely noticed some changes

And I'm only on for 2-4 days if that
Currently In the process of checking FSH levels through blood testing
