@duckii I agree, keep testing as your peak may be around the corner or just passed if they get lighter. I never manage to catch mine properly, always seem to test just after!

@Suki2020 yay for cover line and shorter cycle! Have you done anything differently?
I'm 5dpo and apart from slightly tender breasts nothing at all. Maybe the odd light cramp here and there. I soooo want this as our second wedding anniversary is on the 8th and I would love to give dh a positive stick as a surprise 😭😭💕

justlonelystars · 29/07/2020 09:13

So my tests have all came back as BFNs since the maybe-line on 10DPO. Never mind! Maybe next month :)

Newbie0818 · 29/07/2020 09:25

Aww so sorry @justlonelystars ! It's very lucky to get a bfp after only one month, I'm sure you'll get it soon :) still sucks though x

justlonelystars · 29/07/2020 09:29

@Newbie0818 yeah I know, I’m not upset to be honest as I never convinced myself it was anything other than a shadow on my picture.
I’m so broody though, I just can’t wait until I do get a BFP!

duckii · 29/07/2020 09:40

Thanks! So this morning I did a clear blue, and it's a static smiley. This is a week and half earlier than I had thought. I have been taking inositol as well like @Newbie0818
We dtd the 2 days ago. Will try tonight and tomorrow. But my DH is away Friday to Sunday. May try dtd Sunday night if he's not too tired. Do you think I have missed it? Did not plan for it come to early! Sad

SarahTTC2020 · 29/07/2020 10:36

@duckii mine surprised me last cycle too, wasn't expecting for another 10 days so only did it once

This cycle I'm on cd19 with no inkling of ov yet so I'm wondering if it'll be same as cycle before last which was cd26 ov.
Should be starting DH plan of lunchtime quickies m/w/f today (who cares about romance 🤣) so 🤞

Tink2019 · 29/07/2020 11:23

@duckii I may be wrong but I think you can ovulate up to 48 hours after getting a positive OPK, so you should be covered DTD wise - good luck 🤞🏻

duckii · 29/07/2020 12:33

Thanks @Tink2019 @SarahTTC2020 How are you both getting on?

I actually think I'm getting ovulation pains and sore boobs. Very rarely get that, it feels like af is about to start! Did you get this with inositol @Newbie0818 ?

duckii · 29/07/2020 12:35

Romance is out the window whilst ttc! Grin it is actually hard work esp with a toddler who doesn't sleep! Good luck x

Tink2019 · 29/07/2020 13:02

@duckii those sound like very positive O signs 👍🏻 I'm 6dpo now and temps still good, but I think both my apps my have got O date wrong and I'm actually only 3dpo...we'll see when AF arrives (although of course hoping it doesn't!)

Newbie0818 · 29/07/2020 13:08

@duckii I always get cramps and tender boobs when I'm about to ovulate, so I don't think the inositol made a difference there, I think it's just natural for some women. I don't think the pills have actually made any difference to my usual symptoms apart from bringing it forward. And yes you'll ov up to 48 hrs after positive opk so as long as you've DTD in the days leading up to it you'll be fine :)

Rosegold3112 · 29/07/2020 13:48

I'm in limbo. Went for my first b12 injection today and was expecting to get the hormone results back from my blood test. I didn't realise until last night how worried I am about it as I felt so sick just thinking about it. Trying to tell myself it's better to know and all that, felt prepared when heading to my doctors. I asked the nurse if she had the results while she did my injection and she checked the notes and all it said was discuss results with Gp. Now I've been booked in for a phone call tomorrow morning.
I understand if it's routine but the nurse on the phone last week told me to ask while getting my injection so surely for normal or uncomplicated results they would have been able to discuss them with me there. It's got me worrying like mad and I have no energy to do anything today.

Anyone else had blood tests with ominous results? I know there's no use speculating and tomorrow morning I will know one way or the other if there is something wrong but still I can't help but want some good news today 😔

Newbie0818 · 29/07/2020 16:28

@Rosegold3112 I had that when I had my b12 and folate tests, and it's just a case of they can't let you know themselves, please don't worry. You're probably a bit deficient and the doctor needs to talk it through with you themselves and take you through treatment options. You'll be fine I promise 💕

Rosegold3112 · 29/07/2020 17:45

@newbie0818 thank you that means so much. I've been really stressing about it and you know when you just don't want to burden people ❤️

SarahTTC2020 · 29/07/2020 17:47

@Rosegold3112 bless you, glad you found someone on here then who has had it before!

We did a lunch break quickie so I'm happy! Took the pressure off so it feels like this is sustainable whilst I have no idea when fw will start!

Tink2019 · 29/07/2020 18:10

@Rosegold3112 you poor thing - totally normal to panic and so good @Newbie0818 can give a little comfort x

@SarahTTC2020 random time quickies are the only positive of lockdown!

Newbie0818 · 29/07/2020 19:25

@Rosegold3112 you're welcome! Don't stress, they're there to help you :)

@SarahTTC2020 love a lunchtime quickie!

Suki2020 · 29/07/2020 19:47

@Newbie0818 no nothing different, still taking Agnus Castus though and I swear by it. I’m on my third cycle with it now and I’ve gone from 60+days to 43 days to 35days. So I’m happy with that. It’s nice to still be on the same timeline as you again

Newbie0818 · 29/07/2020 20:20

@Suki2020 that's good :) yeah it's nice we always keep each other company haha.

Newbie0818 · 30/07/2020 07:14

My chart is quite different to last months, I'm now certain I ovulated 🙌🏼
Although surely if my temp gets higher I'll have to self isolate or something?!

Tink2019 · 30/07/2020 07:46

Great chart @Newbie0818 - mine went up to today too to 36.95. Think you only have to self-isolate if it's above 38, but I may be wrong!

Newbie0818 · 30/07/2020 07:54

@Tink2019 I wasn't really going to 😜 but yay for a rise on yours too!
I don't want to get ahead of myself but my boobs are sore, which is very unusual for me. Probably just a result of an actual ovulation progesterone rise 🤷🏼‍♀️

justlonelystars · 30/07/2020 08:43

My period arrived this morning, meaning last cycle was 39 days (I’m usually 39 or 40). I intend to LH test every day of this cycle to really get an understanding of it. Wish me luck!

Tink2019 · 30/07/2020 09:36

@Newbie0818 🤣🤣🤣 Hopefully the sore boobs aren't just the progesterone rise. Why is the TWW so torturous?!

@justlonelystars good luck! Definitely good to collect as much data as you can. You'll be an OPK pro by next cycle!

Angelchops30 · 30/07/2020 10:43

Hey guys, hope you don't mind me joining, I've been on the depo for the last few years but my last one was due at the end of March and we decided to ttc so I didn't have it. Long story short still no af but my body seems to be settling down abit now so I'm hopeful that I'm not completely broken 🙈
@Newbie0818 I've been taking inositol for about 2 weeks and did a lot of research, some things I've read suggest it lowers the chance of miscarriage if continued after bfp, but obviously I would do your own research to make your own mind up
Sorry for the long post!
