@Suki2020 thanks for your optimism, I'm more inclined to believe I've just not ovulated yet after my last cycle was 97 days or something lol!

Hi everyone I just jumped on here after seeing a couple of familiar faces from another thread and wondered if anyone could give an pinion on my bbt chart as I'm losing the will to live. Had regular cycles before going on the depo came off thag last august and then cycles went back to normal at Christmas for 3/4 months then had a 7 week cycle with a couple of positive tests and negatives. Think it was a cp. since then I've had a 72 day, 47 day and I'm currently CD48. Any thoughts welcome

So ladies I had a cold around the time of my 5 or so high temps in a row but left them on the chart anyway. I've just recorded them as abnormal or taken them off and this is whag all of my apps have come up with. Do we think I finally ovulated on CD45?

@lucyrp it looks better than with the Temps on.. Keep temping and use opks if you have them to check that your body isn't going to try and ovulate again. You don't want to accidentally miss it!

@Pol96 i don't use opks as i never know when to use them. i used the CB digital ones for a couple of cycles hoping they'd return to normal lengths and i'd pick a peak up but gave up after 10 days of highs. i used a whole box of 50 fermometer ones in my 72 day cycle and gave up after that. i just temp now and that doesn't bring much joy either so thought about giving that up next cycle too
