@whatsthecraic91 that’s so interesting you say that. I don’t really feel warm but I feel like there is warmth radiating from me lol if that makes sense

whatsthecraic91 · 09/09/2020 15:34

@XjustagirlX the only reason I tested was because I had sweated so much in bed for a couple of nights in a row! Is your BBT still up

Annny27 · 09/09/2020 15:42

@whatsthecraic91 @xjustagirlx when I was pregnant I was boiling 11 and 12dpo and thats why I tssted haha. Like sooo sweaty and hot at night!

whatsthecraic91 · 09/09/2020 15:53

@Annny27 I'm still sweating now 😂 thank god it's coming into winter ❄️

XjustagirlX · 09/09/2020 16:44

My bbt is still high. It’s not super high but it’s above the cover line. I keep monitoring my spotting. Last time I had dark brown which would drip out (sorry tmi). This time it’s just when I wipe and it’s watery. I don’t feel pregnant. I’m also trying not to get excited.

Helenh19 · 09/09/2020 18:18

Hi ladies, how’s everyone doing? I’m on my second cycle, tests say I’m ovulation as we speak. So we’re “trying” regularly this week, and we will wait and see if AF makes an appearance! Anybody looking hopeful this month?

XjustagirlX · 10/09/2020 07:14

So my bbt dropped this morning to below the cover line. I did another frer and it was negative. Does this mean it’s classed as a chemical?

orangeloo · 10/09/2020 07:32

@XjustagirlX so sorry 😔. I'm no expert and it's never happened to me but I would have thought this was a chemical. X

Annny27 · 10/09/2020 08:06

@XjustagirlX depending on how faint your frer was it could have been an evaluation or a chemical. I have had a convincing evap line where it looks a line and even had colour but i wasn't pregnant.

@Helenh19 good luck :) I am 8dpo, no symptoms or anything so we'll see :)

I think it might be a chemical as my period is also late. I’m looking into private clinics for recurrent miscarriage but they are quite difficult to find. Does anyone have any recommendations around the north west?

XjustagirlX · 10/09/2020 14:21

When I looked at the test again there was a really faint line. I did a clearblue digital and it said 1-2 weeks. I also have had some red blood today. Very light but red. I think it’s going wrong again. I phoned the hospital to ask for a hcg test to see if it’s progressing or not. They won’t see me unless I’m in lots of pain or bleeding heavily.

Annny27 · 10/09/2020 14:34

Oh if you have had another positive test but bleeding than it may be a chemical :( so sorry lovely that this keeps happening. Could you ask for progesterone suppositories? Might help with future pregnancies @XjustagirlX

Hi, can I join ladies? Also ttc number 1.

XjustagirlX · 10/09/2020 14:39

@Annny27 I have my nhs fertility call next week so I am going to ask what else they can give me. I’m frustrated with the nhs testing as it seems to be basic tests then ivf with nothing in between. No one has checked me for low progesterone or PCOS or endometriosis.

If it is another one then I’m going to ask my gp to refer me to recurrent miscarriage unit as I have had 3 then. I’m hoping that the recurrent miscarriage unit do more tests. But I’m also looking into going private as I can’t put myself through the waiting anymore.

LittleTiger007 · 10/09/2020 14:40

@Annny27 I am also hot and sweaty at night at the moment. More than usual and fidgety too. Now would be a good time to get pregnant for that reason, it’s apparently a nightmare being heavily pregnant in the summer. My sister had two of her babies in September and the one she had in the spring was a lot more comfortable!
I’m 13 dpo. My symptoms seem to be easing today. Maybe af will arrive tomorrow.

LittleTiger007 · 10/09/2020 14:43

@XjustagirlX hi, when I had my miscarriage in July they did something called a hysteroscopy. They went in with a camera to do the d&c and they found some endometriosis and a polyp which they removed and tested. It might be worth asking for this. It was all on the nhs and during lock down. Good luck

annahannah · 11/09/2020 07:39

Morning all - 5th day of the clearblue digital sticks telling me high fertility, but still not had a peak fertility test yet. We have DTD everyday for the last 5 days so hoping we don't lose momentum before the peak day.

@Helenh19 cycle 2 over here as well. Wishing you all the best.

@LittleTiger007 Welcome! Smile

@XjustagirlX Sorry you're going through this. Hope the call is helpful and you are offered some options.

Annny27 · 11/09/2020 09:22

Morning everyone :) 9dpo!

@annahannah is this the first time you have used them? If so i thunk the first month can show high fertility days for longer than normal because its determining your levels of LH etc.etc

@littletiger007 welcome! Thata promissing that you have been feeling hot :) hopefully AF stays away!

@xjustagirlx yes definitley ask for recurrent miscarriage referral, its usually a lot quicker than fertility referrals! Any updates on AF or tests?

Helenh19 · 11/09/2020 10:21

Hi everyone. I’m on day 24 now. Does anyone else have really long cycles? My app has worked out that my average cycle is around 35-38 days long. It makes working things out very difficult.

annahannah · 11/09/2020 16:50

@Annny27 That's useful to know, thank you! I have used the ClearBlue digital ones before but never the blue ones that tell you high and peak days, just the pink ones that tells you when you're at peak fertility.

@Helenh19 Yes, I do. Within the last 6 months I've had cycles of 33, 47, 45 and 30 days! Have found ovulation tracking really helpful to know what is going on at what point in my cycle, and just to reassure myself that I actually am ovulating. You're right, otherwise it can be really tricky to work things out!

Annny27 · 13/09/2020 08:57

Morning everybody:) how are we all? I am 11dpo this morning and nothing going on symptom wise. Boobs are bigger like normal and am feeling a bit hot at night but nothing too crazy

@annahannah have you had your peak yet?

@helenh19 my cyckes can vary from on average 27-31 days but I have had the occasional 37 day cycle!

@xjustagirlx any update on your tests or period arriving?

How are myoriginal ladies? @kiza @lottiepink @orangeloo @lozzlepop

@Annny27 ooh hot at night sounds positive!

Got my earliest positive OPK ever this morning CD12 which is not goodfor me. DP isn't home from work until tomorrow afternoon and although I've explained the urgency of DTD ASAP I don't think he truly understands. It's so frustrating, I also don't know why I'm ovulating earlier and is it a bad sign. Ugh why do our bodies never do what we want. Fx that egg doesn't pop out too soon haha.

Yes any update @XjustagirlX ? Hope you are okay.

orangeloo · 13/09/2020 09:56

Oh and I had nhs fertility nurse phone consult on Friday. Just kind of registering me I guess all the standard questions. Need to get infection screening which is standard procedure then speak to a consultant again via phone which she reckons would be November. Hopefully I can get a cancellation and make it sooner.

Side note I have now asked two nhs people about transferring my ivf funding to a private clinic (that take nhs patients) and how this works and neither of them had a clue. I know it's a thing and is possible- does anyone know anything about this?

Kiza · 13/09/2020 13:18

Hi Ladies, sport I've been so quiet, just needing to take a break as the frustration of our ivf date being pushed back and pushed back is getting frustrating, especially as my 40th birthday looks closer and closer.

@orangeloo you/ or your ivf clinic manager has to ask your CCG. Some CCG's allow it, some don't. You need to wait until your IVf funding has been approved (I think) and then ask them to transfer it. My CCG won't transfer me so stuck with bloody nhs

orangeloo · 13/09/2020 19:44

@Kiza thank u for that info. Sorry you can't move. I have a feeling mine won't either and that's why both times I've mentioned it the staff didn't know what I was talking about but I will find out now I've got something to go off.

Sorry to hear your ivf dates are being pushed back. Is that due to Covid? X
