@lucyrp & @blodyn91, Lucy great advice there about the salt, or you could try eating crisps & drinking flat coke for headaches I was advised that by my migraine clinic & weirdly coffee too as it constructs your blood vessels. Leave a coke out for an hour or so, lucozade lites are also good, low sugar but full of electrolytes. That’s why I drink it on a hangover!

I have to have an additional teaspoon of salt a day as I have to drink 3 litres of fluid a day. Bodies hey! They are weird!

I thought my wave of nausea had gone as my best friend dropped off a McDonald's (naughty) for me and an hour later I feel so sick again 🤢

@Minster2012 I shall try it! I used to get terrible migraines and was prescribed those tablets but god they made it worse i since had my daith pierced and haven't had a problem with them since really. Salt in my next glass of water!

@SmileyT 😔 hope you had somebody to comfort you at work! This TTC is bloody draining, especially when our hormones are up and down week by week! Do you have to meet up with said friend tonight? Although might make you feel better seeing her.

Well ladies at 16dpo I now have spotting and another BFN so AF will no doubt follow in full force soon. So this is me! Boiling bath and cocktail at 5pm... cheers to the weekend girls!!

@unluckyducky yeah for migraines/headaches quick help flat coke, salty packet of crisps overall help is waking at same time each day, don’t go hungry eat little & often & yes id love to be godmother of maybe baby!

@lucyrp I heard this recently too but I had a look online there wasnt too much about it, I didnt stop anyway I love a warm bath, I dont have a toasting hot bath anyway or feel all faint after so I just continued my cosy baths & didnt affect me 🤷🏼‍♀️

@KRK05 I normally do mine too hot and when I get up to get out nearly pass out 😂🙈
