@Sydgal22 I was supposed to see my friend today who is currently 16 weeks and I actually lied so I didn't have to go and see her 😬😬 I just can't bare it at the moment and I know she'll ask how I'm getting on with ttc

My OH is working at one of his bosses daughters house today and he has another daughter a couple of years younger. Neither of them were trying for a baby and they both got pregnant at the same time, they're both together today and OH keeps sending me pictures of their babies ☹️

@marykay124 welcome! I wouldn't worry too much about it being cycle 10, it just takes some people longer than others! You should be fine on the CM side if you're using preseed, but as others said, upping your water, omega 3 and grapefruit juice are all things you can do to help it along if you want to.

I know it's tough though and I'm a hypocrite, cause I'm only on cycle 5 and worrying already as well. I'm taking ubiquinol nowadays to help improve my egg quality - that could be something you could start if this cycle doesn't pan out? I like to try/add something new each month just to feel like I am doing SOMETHING to help it along. E.g. I'm thinking I'll start tracking BBT next cycle in case my OPKs have been misleading :)

@krk05 I did! Still continuing too... Very unlike me and no change to my diet or hydration levels 🤷🏼‍♀️
I do tend to be constipated 2/3 days before AF but I'm still a week away from that

@lucyrp Im drinking loads and peeing loads, and ran out of electrolyte tablets so making my own 😆 I dont think its pregnancy sympton just me lacking salt in my diet

@lucyrp put salt in your water! You're probably dehydrated and drank so much water you are taking salt out of your body. I take them in my water bottle on the bike and when running because I cramp a lot.

oh and it tastes vile so I put a dash of cordial in with it. Or squeeze a lemon in or something

So this afternoon symptom spotting for everyone. I am very nauseous, piercing headache, lower back pain and extremely tired 😫😂
