I never seem to quite fit into any of the existing posts so thought I’d create my own.

Feel free to join me.

I ‘think’ I’m due af around 17th May, but knowing me will start testing from around 11th onwards as I’m a total poas addict.

I say I think that’s when my af is due because in the past my cycles have been around 37 dats long. Ovulating around cd22.

But thus cycle I took soy isoflavones after researching about them, hearing they can bring ovulation forward, and amazingly I got my positive ovulation test on cd14! So if my luteal phase remains the same which I think it’s meant to, then I’d be due af 14 days after that (my luteal phase is 14 days long).

I’ve been known to test from 7dpo though so not holding out much hope of me staying strong 😂 that’s the trouble with having a ton of ic tests burning a hole in my drawer!

@MrsLully I can see those lines!! The boots own early brand gave me better lines than the frer early on - eeek! Exciting!! Xx

Just tested BFN, I'm only 9 dpo but it's put me in a grump anyway!

Blimey!! Tested a couple of hours later with the same kind of test and I think there's something there

@Moominmiss I'm 12 or 13 DPO I think. I had ovulation pain for a couple of days so I'm not sure. I've never used opks so can't really know

Bloody test today was bfn. Why do I do this to myself

@DressingGownofDoom don’t count yourself out yet though. Your urine could have just been less concentrated.
I’ve always always found fmu to be pretty rubbish with me, and get far better lines in the afternoon/evening and tmi but unless my urine is really dark then I struggle to get lines even when I’ve been properly pregnant before.

Will keep my fingers crossed for you still!

So the jury’s our with me at the moment. I’m not convinced yet. But I did a test yesterday at 8dpo and got a hint of a line On an ic within the time frame, like probably under a minute.
Tried not to think about it too much, then did another ic this morning and again another line. Pretty sure it has some colour to it, but equally could be my eyes wanting to see colour 😂
Will probably test again later today as I’ve always got better tests later in the day.
Tbh even if there is a line I won’t believe it’s not going to turn into a chemical anyway, why should this time be any different. I swear testing early is far more a curse than a blessing lol

Was it the same kind of test @DressingGownofDoom? You got the line in the afternoon before & like Moominmiss said, maybe your urine is better later in the day? It’s still early days, keeping everything crossed for you x

@Moominmiss great lines! 🤞🏻 They keep getting darker. Not every pregnancy is the same, you’ve every chance this could be successful x
