13dpo today and af is imminent as temp dropped to cover line plus a bfn. So who's joining me?
TTC #1
This will be cycle 13 since mmc (Feb 19) but been TTC since June 2018 so a horribly momentous month for me.

Bought some vitamins recommended by it starts with the egg for this month and also male conception tablets for DH. So we shall see 🤞🏼

I love my bullet! We use it together but to be fair I prefer that bit on my own - I used to have all sorts when I was younger but I think I've defo calmed down a bit 😂😂 my OH has defo got more adventurous since being with me! If you persist gals they might eventually say yes to a finger up the bum! Hahaa they love it really 😂

@OnNaturesCourse agree!! No condoms and no contraception is the way forward, think I'll stick with natural contraception and withdrawal if I hopefully conceive ❤️

I feel soooo fat atm I lost a stone and was back to my pre baby weight this time last year but due to holidays and having too much fun I’ve put it all back on and now I’m a stone heavier than before I had DC1 which isn’t ideal but it is what it is. Lockdown isn’t helping like you say can’t get to shops as much and the first few weeks we ate and drank like we were on an all inclusive holiday. I did do two weeks of lots of exercise but saw no results then I guess I’ve resigned myself to oh well no point now really!! I’m classing the baby years as the fatter years and hoping once we complete our family I can lose it. I just find dieting is the only way to get it off which means I hardly eat anything and don’t drink etc which isn’t fun and I don’t feel in the right frame of mind to do it atm! Hope I’m not the only one who feels this way!!! Xx

I also agree contraception is rubbish except the only useful thing is being able to run packets on to delay a period if you’re going on holiday etc but I think I’m going to stay contraceptive free from now until we finish having babies xx

@Cocoblue22 I've put on about 9lbs since the lockdown began, every day I think I'll start a diet and then I think fuck it doubt I'll be on a beach anytime soon so who cares (she says eating a sharer bag of crisps even though DP has left chicken, rice and veg all plated up for me 😂)

I'm new to mumsnet so looking forward to all your advice and support. I have been TTC for the last 3 months with no luck. My daughter is 10 years old and finally after completing my degree we are ready for baby number 2! Been using ovulation tests but they are always negative although I have been having small cramps and CM is very slimy and clear. Looking for advice please?

@lucyrp I had my ds after 30, whenever it is te right time for you, I have friends that say they wouldn’t want to do the baby stage again at our age, but our family is just not complete.

@SmileyT I’m laughing so much about the finger in the bum! It’s similar here but the other way round my DH always says to me to wind me up “oh you never let me do you up the bum” (Cos of all my abdominal surgery it is STRICTLY OFF LIMITS) & I’m like “one of these days I’ll get a big dildo & you see how you like it!” But a cheeky finger each of us don’t mind it’s all on how the mood takes!!

@CxSmith, 👋🏻 I also have a 10 year old boy, in a way I think it’ll be easier to combine both stages, and to dedicate more time to baby with an older child, but I am also fitting the narrative to the reality

Welcome @CxSmith I use opks and haven't noticed any CM around ovulation particularly so can't give any advice I'm afraid. Where are you in your cycle? And how long are they normally? Xx

You have all lost the run if yourselves today 😂 since I'm not ttc this month after all I'm just hanging around for the bfps but this has definitely being eye opening! 🥴
I got a positive opk Wednesday eve, static smilie yesterday morning on CB and ovulation pain yesterday evening so looks like the last time we dtd was 4 days and 6 days before O so even though we put a halt to ttc (just to save making something medical more complicated) I'm now thinking it could dtill be possible.
