Ok, girls, our last thread did get crazy long so I am starting this one. If you don't like the name - well... too bad You'll get used to it over time .

ILTC, hi there sista! I feel like we're SO alike. Can you believe that my bleeding started again today? I was quite . And out of all places it started in a zoo when we were watching little sheep at the "petting zoo" section with DS and DH. Grrreat!~ Hope you're feeling better and this mess if over soon for all of us .

Rosybelle, hi there~ [sends a wave] Com'on over - sorry you're here but it's easier to get through things together. If you read my previous posts you know what I have to say - ERPC (or D&C) all the way. Good luck!

Scully, hi... you sound like me... actually my DH who is very much doubting TCC'ing again. And that's just after one MC! Well... we did have a stillborn DD1 but went on to have a beautiful DS. What would have happened if we got scared back then and didn't do it. Ooops, promised not to talk about it until mid-Oct. That's when my MC blood/ tissue results are back from the lab to tell us what was wrong with the baby. We agreed we wouldn't make any decisions until we find out.

Cricri, I know you won't be chechking this thread until later but hope your weekend in Holland is fab!

Hugs and smooches to all!

Morning all

Kateandmom - Sorry to hear about your experience with nurse. I hate it when doctors and nurses give you totally unscientific advise based on what they think rather than research [grrrr]

It is 4 days until my period - i am going CRAZY. I have no normal period symptoms (e.g. sore boobs) but also no pregnancy symptoms. I have become a boob checker because last time i was pregnant i got raised veins on my boobs. Any way i tested this morning using cheapy test from internet - BFN - i know it is to early but just want to know

winemakesmummyclever · 21/09/2007 09:19

Morning,

Well, just a day away from MN and look what goes and happens....

nh101 & triggles - I have got everything crossed for you guys. Here's to BFPs for you both and many more to come for therest of us [hopeful, positive grin].

Katendmom - we were told to wait for a least one cycle if we wanted to be sure of dates etc, but the nurse said that few people wait. Glad that dh is back with the programme .

rosy - I had a dark brown loss for 3 days before the m/c started properly - I ended up an ERPC in the end. It is different for everyone, but I will say to keep yourself topped up with strong painkillers as no-one can predict how it is going to be for you. Keep the appointment just in case. Hope things won't be too bad for you.

SK - I'm doing librarianship/info management. Yup, I am a nerdy geek. It's part time, so I should be able to manage the work if I pull my socks up and demand time for me. That's something I'm not very good at the mo - I feel guilty because I chose to be SAHM & dh works full time & does OT every week or two. I'm hoping for a summer baby to fit in the summer break, but tbh, I'm going through an "it'll never happen" phase. Guess I'm still not right in the head IYKWIM.

If my previously regular cycle stays at 28, AF should be due next Tuesday (28 days post-ERPC). I don't think there'll be a BFP this month, though if cycle has been mucked up, I'll be peeing on sticks by Wed morning.

Take care everyone .

goingfor3 · 21/09/2007 10:06

nh101 & triggles any news?

katendmom thank you for the offer. The dr has prescribed something though I'm not usre what as he faxed the prescription straight over to the pharmacy and they didn't have it in stock so I will pick it up later on today though ironically it's gone now! I think that the pessaires did clear the thrush but also caused a reaction which made me sore and itchy. I didn't use on last night and feel like now. Sorry that the nurse was so rubbish. My friend used to work as a receptionist and said that you should never tell the receptionist anything as they are just nosey and can't help, the same goes for your nurse too!

sweetkitty my gp is referring me straight to the gynae dr rather than the antenatal clinic so hopefully things will happen quickly. I would like to have a scan at around 10 weeks or so to check the condition of my cervix, seeing the baby won't reassure me in any way as both of my mc's were mid term and I had seen or heard the baby just acouple of days before and felt them moving too.

nh101 · 21/09/2007 10:57

BFP

I had to take two tests because the first one had such a faint line I was convinced it was an evap line, although DH said he could see it too so I knew I wasn't being totally bonkers. That was with the first wee of the day, so half an hour later (before I'd had anything to drink) I squeezed out a bit more wee and the line was much stronger - a definite line!

It is six months to the day since my MC was confirmed.

My period isn't even due to Monday so fingers crossed this is not a chemical PG....

But for now I am happy!

goingfor3 · 21/09/2007 11:04

I'm so happy for you nh101 . You must be due in June to then!

Lcy · 21/09/2007 11:18

nh101 · 21/09/2007 11:31

That's great goingfor3! I thought you'd be May. I am either June 1 or June 3 depending on what calendar I use.

EllieG · 21/09/2007 11:32

Yey nh! I'm welling up! Oh I'm so so so glad for you hon - I feel like I've known you for a long time cos of being on same MC thread and I know how much you've hurt over all this....wonderful, wonderful news. Am doing a little spinny chair dance for you and your BFP bean. Lots and lots of love to you and Mr NH

nh101 · 21/09/2007 11:34

Goingfor3 - I'd say count from when you OV'd (if you know), including the day you OV'd, and add 14 (the two weeks before the egg is released).

That makes me 3+5 (OV'd Sunday 9 sept).

EllieG · 21/09/2007 11:35

nh - this thread is good for pg after MC worries. Lots of lovely ladies who have all been in the same boat
