Ok, girls, our last thread did get crazy long so I am starting this one. If you don't like the name - well... too bad You'll get used to it over time .

ILTC, hi there sista! I feel like we're SO alike. Can you believe that my bleeding started again today? I was quite . And out of all places it started in a zoo when we were watching little sheep at the "petting zoo" section with DS and DH. Grrreat!~ Hope you're feeling better and this mess if over soon for all of us .

Rosybelle, hi there~ [sends a wave] Com'on over - sorry you're here but it's easier to get through things together. If you read my previous posts you know what I have to say - ERPC (or D&C) all the way. Good luck!

Scully, hi... you sound like me... actually my DH who is very much doubting TCC'ing again. And that's just after one MC! Well... we did have a stillborn DD1 but went on to have a beautiful DS. What would have happened if we got scared back then and didn't do it. Ooops, promised not to talk about it until mid-Oct. That's when my MC blood/ tissue results are back from the lab to tell us what was wrong with the baby. We agreed we wouldn't make any decisions until we find out.

Cricri, I know you won't be chechking this thread until later but hope your weekend in Holland is fab!

Hugs and smooches to all!

NH- fantastic news......as I have already said on other thread.

Seems where you lead, others follow...because I got a very faint line too. Well, actually I got four very faint lines. Because you can't tell from one can you???

iliketosleep · 21/09/2007 13:42

lucky dp isnt here or i would be dragging him to bed around about now

goingfor3 · 21/09/2007 13:51

flosspot LOL This is turing out to be a very lucky thread! Congratulations!!!!!!! I admit I just did abother test to double check and the line was very strong this time so I can now accept 100% that I'm pregnant.

flosspot · 21/09/2007 13:57

I admit I'm testing every hour at the moment. Don't think it's quite sunk in yet, G43, and naturally still very early days [fingers crossed emoticon]....

am going to stick around for a while if noone minds. Not quite ready to move on.

RosyBelle · 21/09/2007 14:08

NH & Flosspot, GF3 & Ellie - wow congrats to you all... .
I am so but you all deserve it so much.

becklespeckle · 21/09/2007 14:23

Congrats Flosspot! Hopefully there will be even more of you joining us on the pg after m/c thread in the next couple of weeks!

Ooo ooo ooo flosspot! So excited hurray! This is the MOST exciting thread of the week

LittleSquirt · 21/09/2007 15:01

Congratulations Flosspot!!!!!!! Wonderful news! x

nh101 · 21/09/2007 15:11

Yey Flosspot - that's wonderful!!! Come and join me and G43 on the Due in June 08 thread soon (we're the only ones there at the mo!)

I got it wrong before with the counting. Count from OV but not counting OV, which makes me 3+4 (four weeks PG on Monday which will be two weeks and one day after OV))

I do hope more people are lucky soon. I know how it can make you cos I have been there when everyone else is getting BFPs and it is all you so depserately want.

ladylush · 21/09/2007 15:12

Fantastic news nh and flosspot - delighted for you both Lots of rest and belly stroking on prescription for you.

Rosy - really hope it is coming to an end and that erpc won't be necessary. Yes I have been seen by a recurrent miscarriage clinic. Wasn't impressed as the dr was a man of few words and didn't say anything apart from telling me what he was testing for (chromosome problem and clotting problem). He scanned my uterus too - nothing there that would explain early m/c. The thing is, I have read a lot now on other causes of m/c such as a short luteal phase, thyroid problems, infection requiring prophlactic anti-biotics and immunity problems and none of these have been mentioned by the consultant or my GP.

katendmom · 21/09/2007 16:07

OH MY GOD!!! nh101 and flosspot - CONGRATS!!! I am SO happy for you! Well done, ladies, well done! And as a June baby myself (June 7) - we're the best . We're Gemini so we're smart, and funny, and great friends, and just all that and a bag of chips! Seriously - HUGE CONGRATS!!!

Now, PLEASE, don't leave this thread. Of course go ahead and start your own but remember we hoped that we could all stay together regardless of at what stage of the "baby manufacturing" we're. I feel like we have just built our own virtual lounge (with some help from our virtual Ikea) and I would hate to see you leave.

GF3, glad you're getting some relief but the offer is still on a table. If you want me to - I'd be glad to ship you some Monistat. Also, I can relate to your anxiety, honestly, with not being able to relax because of your previous history. I think I mentioned that we lost our DD at 35 pg (we later found out she had DS). I have to say - when I was pg with our DS - I was very-very nervous all the way till the end. So with that said - just try to concentrate on the positive and as soon as a negative thought comes - just tell yourself "nope, I won't think about it today. Not good for baby and me." This type of auto training is hard to get a handle on but it really really works. Good luck!!!

All, thanks for your words of support re: my yesterday's situation with the nurse. I have been so lucky with coming across only great and supportive med staff that I was taken back in shock. I feel like you all do - the body is ready when the body is ready. I have stopped bleeding (whatever that means) and if it happens sooner than later, then great. If it doesn't -well, then it will be my body, not some freaky nurse, that will be regulating the things.

Lcy, please don't get discouraged too soon. You're saying it's too early - so it is too early. Please give it a couple more days. What's the worst that can happen? Probably that you and I will have to start our "Due in July 2008 thread!"

wheelybug · 21/09/2007 16:38

Great news NH and FLosspot ! Congrats!!!

Lcy · 21/09/2007 16:57

Congratulations Flosspot

Thanks Kateandmom - July 2008 here we come

winemakesmummyclever · 21/09/2007 17:28

Flosspot - you too - fantastic news!

Take a seat on the comfy couch of conception, and put your feet up with all the other lucky BFP ladies!

Went to loo earlier and there was a bit of bright red blood when I wiped. Looks like my once clockwork cycle has been sent haywire . Will have to see if it persists. Ho hum....

cricri · 21/09/2007 17:52

Congratulations too Flosspot! I hope this a lucky thread for all of us on here...
WMMC - I'm sure it's normal for everything to go a bit haywire after ERPC/mc. Hopefully next month everything will be back to normal again. Not what you want to hear, I know .
Fingers crossed we'll be joining Lcy and Katenmom on the Due in July thread!

goingfor3 · 21/09/2007 17:57

winemakesmummyclever I had spotting before my last af started and also earlier on in the year after the cycle when I had a very faint bfp in the morning and then started bleeding in the afternoon, a very early mc. It does make your cycle go funny for a month or two.

PiggyPenguin · 21/09/2007 18:13

wow, I don't read this thread for a few days, come back and ohmygod! three bfps, that is such fabulous news. Flosspot, Goingfor3 and NH, I am soooooooo jealous. But also thrilled for you. Hope this means we will all be on the June conception thread...

Pass that lucky babydust around won't you!

winemakesmummyclever · 21/09/2007 18:55

Ds decided that he wanted to go to bed at 6 o'clock , dh isn't home yet , but I'm going to crack open a beer and put my feet up as he's said he'll bring take out home with him .

Cricri & G43 - yeah, I kind of expected that things would go a bit off, but really hoped that they wouldn't. I'm sure everything will settle down soon.

iliketosleep · 21/09/2007 19:05

lcy and katendmoms are pregnant?????

or am i just being thick as shit again?? lol

katendmom · 21/09/2007 19:14

No, my friend, Lcy and I are not just yet and we doubt we will be this month. That's why we won't be able to join the other girls in the EDD June crowd.

But I promised Lcy that if it is not this month (highly unlikely for me, I am just over 1 week after D&C!) - then it is next month. Getting pg next month will bring us to July EDD

OP posts:
flosspot · 21/09/2007 19:28

Thanks everyone. If you don't mind, I'm not yet ready to 'graduate'....we're not on the thread for those whose pg were breezy!

Taking the weekend off with my DH. No doubt I'll be peeing on a stick every few hours!

iliketosleep · 21/09/2007 19:35

thank god for that! I did wonder about the erpc lol thought ihad missed it all!!!

do you think i should promise a july edd aswell or stick to my routes and go with august, yet again.......

katendmom · 21/09/2007 19:38

flosspot take your time and start to enjoy your new experience. But even when you're ready to graduate - you still have to hang out with us once in a while on this thread.

Hey, girls, just thought of something How can it be that boys/ men on many occasions tend to miss the toilet when peeing and they have this really handy 'equipment' but yet we can target and hit those tiny little dinky sticks WITHOUT the handy-dandy equipment (you know what I mean), just controlling the stream with our consciousness?!

Awww I amuse myself sometimes with thoughts that go through my mind.

I blame the last one on the chocolate cake I just had! A girl in the office starts a new job on Monday and we had a "farewell" cake for her .
