TTC after miscarriage - May 2020

I'm CD1 of cycle 2 TTC #1 so thought I'd start a new thread for anybody in the same situation who didn't get their April BFP.

I had a MMC found on a scan at 9.5weeks after seeing HB at 7 weeks 🙁 I had SMM on the 19th March but no luck in my first month and AF got me today. Normal cycles are 28days so I hope to be testing around the 20th May. This month I will be tracking ovulation using CB connected and trying out Preseed for the first time hoping this helps towards my 🌈 but tonight I'll just be having a G&T 💁🏾‍♀️

Ah ladies I have a question, just gone toilet and when I wiped I had quite a bit of EWCM and some of it had a slight streak of blood. It was literally a tiny bit. Do you think this could be OV bleed!? I have been crampy today. Xx

@VP91 it could be! Have u got ur peak yet, iv never had ov bleed but iv heard about it xx

@2020wish yeah i will dtd anyway ... I feel crampy today so I'm guessing thats whats happening hopefully will catch the bugger one way or another 🙈 x

Hey ladies! Just caught up with all your messages. Still no smiley face - flashy or static - and it’s bloody CD18! I usually have a 28/29 day cycle so have nooooo idea wth is going on! So thinking I’m out this month. Probably best as the only time we can DTD is at night since we’re fasting all day - and I’m in a food coma once we’ve ate for the rest of the night haha.

I think I’m gonna not use OPKs next month as I’m finding them hard & expensive - I’m on the 2nd pack of CB digi & advanced this and all I’ve had are ⭕️ rolls eyes. I’m gonna just DTD like crazy around my predicted ovulating week.

@Niisa hey, those circles are annoying , how many have u taken so far i had tones of flashing last month and my static did come in the end. This month i started with cheapies later on rather than use cb ones early and get lots of flashies and i had 4 circles then It went straight to peak so this can happen its happened to a Few of us x

Hi ladies I hope you are all well. I've got a question about Uti's I've suffered from these in the past and always get abdo and back pain as well as sore when peeing and needing to pee more. Over the last couple of days when going to pee it's been quite sore and I just feel really irritated I'm not sure if it is a uti or not any advice? Xx

@Hayleylou89 I started testing early - from CD7 onwards simply because when I got pregnant in January, we only DTD once on CD9 so thought it wouldn’t hurt to start testing early lol from this cycle I’ll be able to figure out the window of ovulation. Currently in my 2nd cycle post AF. Would be annoying if my cycles were to change now as my cycles are sooo regular I got my first AF exactly 4 weeks after first day of MC

@Niisa it might be that they have changed and ur testing too early , would u not get cheapies as i do find these really reliable especially since using them alongside cb sticks they are really accurate and saves u using so many sticks x

@VP91x could be ovulation spotting, never had it but have read about it

@Niisa have you always fasted during the day? As that can messed up ur cycles and ovulation if it’s a new thing. Just a thought

Bit of a downer today.. was feeling good and then my 12 week scan appointment/booking appointment letter came through the door today. You would think they would communicate within the departments of a mc :(

@2020wish ahh crap, I'm sorry that happened. I had a call on the day of what would have been my 12 week asking me if I was ok and why I didn't attend. I felt bad for the lady ringing who now had an upset person on the other end of the phone and for myself. Hope you are okay xx

@2020wish sorry to hear that! I had to cancel my midwife appointment as almost a month after my MC, I was still being asked to confirm if I would attend!!! I hadn’t realized fasting could affect it! Just been fasting for the last week & a half or so for Ramadan. AF meant I missed the first week of fasting xx

@Sallyjo27 your ic detects lh but CB flashes when it detects oestrogen surge so they will only correlate at peak (static smile =lh surge =positive ic), means you are well and truly in fertile period though.

@mumoftwobeauts welcome 🙏 I'd DTD tomorrow aswell as you've likely ovulated today 🙌🏾

@Niisa ive got to think that Ramadan has an impact on your cycle, even when I've changed my diet slightly it's shifted my cycle so I'd see this as an anomaly one and just try as much as you can to be patient with it x

I totally feel you ladies talking about worry when you get pregnant, I had 2 early scans before the MMC was found so I think I'll be a nervous wreck but after all the effort I'm putting in to get there I'm going to try as much as possible to enjoy it (if it even happens)

10dpo over here and just patiently waiting, busy day in the office so now just home to read MN, watch working moms and meditate 😂

@Hayleylou89 I’n just catching up so this is probably already answered! But I was doing a lot of LH research this week during my opk tracking - you ivulate 10-12 hours after the peak - so the darkest line you get. Some people have a slow overall surge to get to their peak - but I discovered mine goes from barely making a line on the stick to super dark by the next day, then it frops back down the day after!! It’s like my body wants to run on military precision! So def today and tomo drd for sure :)

Thanks @Bellabubble i got my peak on cb yest afternoon but last night at about 9pm it got really dark on the ic then its faded today so will dtd tonight and hopefully tomorrow too 🤞🏻

@Niisa I get the home health ones on ebay there so cheap x

@Hayleylou89 that sounds similar to me - apparently it is rapid onset Lh surge (I read a lot of LH surge science journals this weekend 😂) OH and I dtd day of peak and day after - 🤞🏻 For you :)

@Hayleylou89 think you're fine babe just because the lines faded doesnt mean ovualtion happened , it can happen like a day after you get your peak so could be tonight ... and you DTD yday as well as tonight so deffo covered xxx

@2020wish I also got a call from the midwife about my 16 week appointment.. few weeks after MC she was so apologetic saying the message should have been passed on. Doesnt look like it gets done ! Does suck xxx sending hugs xxxxx

@Renna thanks for the reassurance... iv been getting quite strong ovulation pains today so i think somethings happening .... will dtd and use the ferti lily tonight :) x

@Hayleylou89 we are literally identical, I had strong positive 2pm yesterday then this morning faded!! We could have the exact same due date if we're successful! Haha

I had a miscarriage on the 5th April and bleed for 7-10 days - we then had sex on 26th April and the pregnancy test is showing pregnant - could that be I am actually pregnant or that after 7 weeks my hormones levels are still high? Has anyone had this?
