Long Cycle girls TTC :)

Hi everyone who read this! My typical cycle is 34-37 days long but everyone I talk to seems to have shorter cycles. I'm looking for others like myself who have long cycles and are ttc :) we are trying for our first baby x

@Newbie0818 when is af due for you?? Yeah its actually went very fast but trying to think about implantation lol🙈 x

@Pol96 I am resisting the urge to test lol I don't think I will this month! Did you have any symptoms at 7dpo? X

@xoJellyBean not really other than cm and noticing my boobs weren't hurting as much as they normally do before af. 8dpo I got slight pains on my right side which came on and off for a couple of days then bfp at 10dpo so think it was implantation cramps.

@Newbie0818 implantation cramps? 🤞Yeah me too.. Just need to stop stressing.. Easier said than done!

@Pol96 ooooh. If af is actually due on Sunday, usually by the time I have pms skin and sore boobs😱 hopefully that's a good sign I havent got either yet 🤞🏻 watching how my wee dog is around me too but he's still his goofy self😂 have you heard any more about your scan x

😂 Don't worry about the animals being different yet.. I googled it and it happens much later! Hoping your lack of normal pms symptoms is a good sign! Nope nothing. Going to call the surgery on Friday and see if I can get an update, I don't wanna be too pushy though.

@xoJellyBean @Pol96 I doubt it this early haha. But I've just had a load of ewcm and now I'm confused as hell 😂 I'll just keep DTD and wait and see 🤷🏼‍♀️ flo predicts af on 17th but I'm not testing x

@xoJellyBean At 5dpo though? I don't even dare to think that lol. I think I'm broken? God I really hope af stays away as I've been having cramps since last night :(

Hey ladies, not been on for a while sorry. I find it hard having long cycles and seeing loads of ladies getting their BFP and knowing I have a long wait for ovulation to happen again. Although I’m so happy for everyone of the ladies getting there BFP I just want mine. 😩 I’m currently cd 19 been doing opk since cd11.

@Suki2020 I know what you mean, AF turned up a couple of days ago so I know I have 3.5 weeks til ov again and it just feels so long!

@SarahTTC2020 it’s horrible isn’t it. I have no idea when ov will arrive as my cycles change every cycle. My last cycle was 63days one before that was 35days before that was 76days. Ordered another 50opk’s so hopefully that will be enough this cycle.

Dull pain on my lower right hand side every so often, 8dpo. Any ideas girls?🙈

@xoJellyBean I only took it once. I guess I'll find out tomorrow when I take it too?

@Suki2020 there hasn't been a normal. They've been 33,35,42,47,56 so far since coming off the pill

Hi everyone, been lurking on this thread for comfort as I have like 43 day cycles on average, but I'm currently on day 60 this time! Need some advice please: We dtd on 27th&28th May but the lateness of my period made me overenthiastic and I got a negative test last Friday, which I guess was too soon. I haven't been tracking temp or anything so no idea about actual dpo but tomorrow will be 15 days since dtd- is that still too soon to test? (I'm abroad so tests are pretty expensive and bit of hassle to get, so I have been saving the one test I have for when I can be certain of the result!)

@@coinkidinks I'm not sure 🙈 would you have any inclination as to when you ovulated?

@coinkidinks I agree with jellybean, it's difficult to say unless you definitely ovulated then. But as a rule they generally say 2 weeks from when you had unprotected sex, and an extra week to be safe.

Guess I didn't ovulate ☹️

'A temp drop around 5DPO is pretty normal. This is called the corpus lutuem drop. when I used to temp I would occasionally drop down even below the coverline and then the next day it would come back up. I tended to notice it seemed co-inside with when it was slightly colder in our bedroom too'

Thanks @xoJellyBean I read that somewhere too, but what worries me is I'm still below the cover line?
Feeling quite unwell today 🤢 not a symptom, but I think I have a stomach infection like one I had a few months ago. My body is really hating me at the moment!

@xoJellyBean I normally ovulate around CD21 but if that was the case I would have had a positive test last week so I just don't know if I'm having a crazy long cycle caused by lockdown stress rather than anything more exciting!
@Newbie0818 Yeah I was confused by NHS advice saying to wait 3weeks and most other sites saying wait 14days (from unprotected sex) so I guess best to just try and wait it out until next week!
Hate these stupid long cycles- wish AF would just come so I can move on rather than have false hope!
